Hey MulderMind!
1.) You can set the content background on Enfold > Styling. What do you mean by ” x%”? Can you give us a screenshot of what you’re trying to do?
2.) You can add this on your custom.css to change the color of the image circle overlay:
.main_color .image-overlay .image-overlay-inside::before {
background: red;
}
3.) What type of header do you have right now? You can use this:
#header_meta {
box-shadow: none;
}
#header_main {
border-top: none;
}

Ismael
Ok, I’m on to something. I trying to give you guys everything you need to help me with this issue. Thank you for baring with me.
1. I applied the example that Josue referenced to me on how to use media queries for specific browsers and made the menu items BOLD within Safari
2. There were (3) specific menu items that remain NORMAL weight, and the rest are BOLD.
3. I (replaced) one of the NORMAL menu items (pages) with a new page I created named “Test Page.” Attached is a screenshot of what’s going on.

As you can see there is some craziness happening here. If it’s not my custom CSS, and it’s not the browser or my hosting, it has to be the theme. Please please please help me with this guys. This is it. I will have to go with another theme and spend weeks re-custimizing it (dozens of hours). I have never experienced this level of issues without a theme developer offering to login to my admin and help out. I’m 98% sure it’s a theme issue.
RECAP :
1. I’ve tried clearing out ALL myc custom css. – Issue remained
2. I am running the latest version of Safari.
3. My hosting provider says it’s not a server issue.
4. I deactivated ALL my plugins – issue remained.
5. I updated the theme – issue remained
6. I tried a different font – issue remained
Whatever is left to do is beyond my expertise.
please help
I posted a support forum question yesterday, but am unable to find it under my profile or anywhere within the forum, so I am posting it again. If it has been answered, I apologise.
I am wondering how do I reduce the size of the padding in Media boxes, eg. padding around images and also on text boxes. There appear to be large gaps between the four images (on either side and also top and bottom) on the images between below the slider and also above the text box underneath and I can’t figure out how to reduce them.
This is the website I am talking about: http://www.kinderart.com.au
If you can please let me know the css code that would be great.
Many thanks
Ivana
Fixed. Seems all of my images needed to reference https and not http. A lot of errors were ocurring as they were not secure links (yes, the SSL I have kicked up flags due to them not being HTTPS). Thanks anyway.

I think I finally figured out the issue. I had the portfolio column set to 4, but only had 3 images. I changed the column setting to (3) and then when the images opened up in the lightbox it looked good. I will change it back to (4) columns when I get more images.
So to conclude, it seems as though you have to have a minimum or 4 images if you choose 4 columns. Same would go for 3 columns and so on.
Resolved! :-)
Hi there,
I have a couple of questions and I hope you guys have the answers ;-)
Here we go;
– First of all, is it possible to set the different content backgrounds on and x% transparent?
– Is it possible to give the image containers a custom mouse over effect – as it is now you get the cirle with the Arrow in it. I want it to be the same image as before you mause over but then in a different color?
– and the last one; is it possible to completly remove the top menu borders?
Hope to hear from you!
With kind regards,
Jeroen
Hi malkoin!
Your images should be as big or bigger than the largest possible size you want to use. If you want to use the fullscreen slider then you should get images that are 1920px wide and whatever height you want to use (but generally 600px or so tall).
Regards,
Devin
Hey ubercool!
The placeholder icons are only there if you don’t have featured images on your posts. So you can add your own “icon” type image as needed.
Best regards,
Devin
Hey disruptivevision!
Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling
td { padding: 0; }
Best regards,
Yigit
EDIT: I checked your website on my iphone and images look the same as they are on desktop

I have performed the suggestions and still can not import the dummy data.
Changing the wp-config did not work.
I am able to switch to a default wp theme and upload an image.
I am able to upload an image directly to the media.
Please provide a solution to the issue.
Thanks – Mel
Hi guys!
If I want to use a youtube link in my contents I have this error:
Image cannot be loaded!
How can I resolve this problem?
Thangs Devin,
i’ve try, but with this i lost the fading animation, from 0 to 1.
I need to have opacity 1 for the orange circle (.image-overlay-inside), only at the end of the animation, but at the beginnig of the animation both opacity (image-overlay and image-overlay-inside) set to 0, in order to have a fade-in animation.
Hey Chris!
Try adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:
.image-overlay:hover {
opacity: 1 !important;
}
Best regards,
Devin
Hi Devin,
I´ll try that. And I´m sorry about the double post.
Thanks,
Fabiana.
While building the PRICE MEMBERSHIP page, the client likes the use of the “Main Color” (in this case, yellow); however, it’s hard to see the numbers (prices) on the page.
Here is an Image: http://imgur.com/IOQPDPo
Also, I’ve asked this before, and a rep told me that there was “space” in the section and I just needed to remove said space. That did not work.
Here is an image: http://imgur.com/coubHE7
And while I’m asking, is it possible to change the FONT just inside this one box? They want something scripty and feminine.
Can you please help?
Thank you.

Hi Pat!
Frames are actually image sprites. You can find these files in Enfold\js\prettyPhoto\images\prettyPhoto\default folder.
Regards,
Yigit
In the meantime I came up with:
#slide-coffee {
background-image: url(https://www.roberthunecke.com/redesign/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/coffee_beans_rendering.jpg);
background-repeat:no-repeat;
background-size: 100% auto;
background-position:50% 15%;
}
Unfortunately the slide will no longer be part of any transition :(
Any advice?
Hi Kriesi Team!
1. I need to reduce and even out the color section area like this http://s21.postimg.org/e5p261nc7/question1.png
2. I wish to add an icon of a cart and a phone to the menu like this http://s22.postimg.org/660fyx1ap/question2.png
3. Can I remove the dot points found on the side of a widget menu – http://s13.postimg.org/o1isppbtj/question3.png
4. How do I move an image in the footer upwards so there isnt a gap inbetween the menu and image – http://s22.postimg.org/459we355d/question4.png
Thanks guys!
:)
Works perfectly. Thanks heaps.
Can you confirm this will be fixed in the next Enfold release?
Cheers,
Jason
Hi,
My website is disruptivevision.com. I have uploaded the images in table format in home page. In desktop its looking good but when we see it in mobile view the images are too small and having more spacing.
could you help me out with this?
Cheers
Hello!
I checked the code and this is probably a side effect of the “css width” attribute which is calculated by the js function. I changed the code a bit ( https://gist.github.com/InoPlugs/ff21a064c574fc154794 ) and replaced
$('#header .logo,#header .logo a img').css('width',logo_width+"px");
with
$('#header .logo,#header .logo a img').css({'max-width':logo_width+"px", 'width':'auto'});
Now the browser should set the logo width automatically but the logo won’t overlap the items because of the max-width limitation
Regards,
Peter
Hi,
The code given for header is working great thanks, how ever we are having the trouble with the logo size now.
When we upload the logo in 343 width and 156 height it’s looking fine on the desktop but overlapping on the mobile. We uploaded a bunch of different sizes and found that 241 x 157 worked. The logo in the image is end to end horizontally but there is a lot of vertical space. This is ok but now the logo is too small, we tried increasing the width and expanding the logo in the image but that only seems to make the logo smaller.
Please help out with this
Cheers
Can you please tell me, on the Envato theme, how to remove the breadcrumb / title totally.
On the demo, you have it removed on the home page, but shows on the other pages, How can I edit the theme the same way?
Also, when viewing from a tablet, when the title is long, the breadcrumb overlaps the title. If there is a way to keep the title and just remove the breadcrumb or alter the responsive layout that it dosn’t overlap?
Thus the editing would be:
1- No title/breadcrumb on the homepage – slides should appear directly under the menu.
2. Title shows on pages without the breadcrumb. Even better if the responsive css can be changed that the breadcrumbs don’t overlap the title.
Herewith the link to the demo site: http://skillsjunky.com/gwmpretoria/vehicles/steed-5-double-cab/steed-5-2-0-vgt-diesel-double-cab-4×2-4×4
Also the client requested images in the mega menu if possible. Can it be added?

Hello,
I would like to reposition the background on one slide of my advanced layer slider (http://roberthunecke.com/redesign 4th slide).
I tried the following CSS using the ID I defined for the slide, leaving the background blank in the first place to avoid strange loading behaviour:
#slide-coffee {
background: url(https://roberthunecke.com/redesign/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/coffee_beans_rendering.jpg);
padding-top: 10%;
}
This works great, but now the image won’t scale up on resized pages. Extending the css using width: 100%; height: auto; doesn’t work eighter :(
Any idea, how I could fix it?
Thanks for your support!
kind regards,
Robert
