    Hi JochenBake!

    Can you give us a link to the website please? Looks like it is using the NextGen Gallery which comes with its own lightbox plugin. You can disable the default prettyPhoto plugin of Enfold. Edit js > avia.js, find this code:

    //activates the prettyphoto lightbox
    		if($.fn.avia_activate_lightbox)
    		$(container).avia_activate_lightbox();

    Replace it with:

    //activates the prettyphoto lightbox
    		//if($.fn.avia_activate_lightbox)
    		//$(container).avia_activate_lightbox();

    Remove browser cache then reload the page a few times. Unfortunately, we can’t give you full support for third party plugins.

    Cheers!

    Hey mattock!

    You can add this on your custom.css or Quick CSS to move the icon upwards:

    .image-overlay .image-overlay-inside:before {
    line-height: 70px;
    }

    Adjust the line-height if necessary.

    Cheers!

    Hello stephanusdekock!

    Follow these steps:

    1.) Create a page then switch to Advance Layout Builder.

    2.) Insert the Text Block element. Configure the text block then switch to Text or HTML mode.

    3.) Paste the Tableu Software code:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://public.tableausoftware.com/javascripts/api/viz_v1.js"></script><div class="tableauPlaceholder" style="width:654px; height:855px;"><noscript><a href="http://www.tableausoftware.com/public/gallery/making-pay-gap-look-good"><img alt=" " src="http://public.tableausoftware.com/static/images/Me/Medianpay-blog_2/Searchbysalary___/1_rss.png" style="border: none" /></a></noscript><object class="tableauViz" width="654" height="855" style="display:none;"><param name="host_url" value="http%3A%2F%2Fpublic.tableausoftware.com%2F" /><param name="site_root" value="" /><param name="name" value="Medianpay-blog_2/Searchbysalary___" /><param name="tabs" value="yes" /><param name="toolbar" value="yes" /><param name="static_image" value="http://public.tableausoftware.com/static/images/Me/Medianpay-blog_2/Searchbysalary___/1.png" /><param name="animate_transition" value="yes" /><param name="display_static_image" value="yes" /><param name="display_spinner" value="yes" /><param name="display_overlay" value="yes" /><param name="display_count" value="yes" /></object></div><div style="width:654px;height:22px;padding:0px 10px 0px 0px;color:black;font:normal 8pt verdana,helvetica,arial,sans-serif;"><div style="float:right; padding-right:8px;"><a href="http://www.tableausoftware.com/public/about-tableau-products?ref=http://public.tableausoftware.com/views/Medianpay-blog_2/Searchbysalary___" target="_blank">Learn About Tableau</a></div></div>

    This is what I have on my end:

    Hi!

    You can add this on your custom.css or Quick CSS:

    #header {
    background-color: transparent;
    background: url(https://westernstarbutter.staging.safecom.com.au/wp-content/uploads/christmas-ribbon-nav.png) no-repeat bottom center;
    }

    Cheers!

    Hello!

    Ok, please revert the change and try following css code

    .js_active .portfolio-preview-content .tab_content {
    clear: none;
    }

    You can get rid if the caption link with following css code

    #top .portfolio-preview-image .avia-gallery-caption { display: none; }

    3) You can actually switch the thumbnail size in the portfolio option window: http://www.clipular.com/c?6068435528187904=W6HGVd_YZ5RBxt5NcgmpbZqIMRE&f=.png

    You need to select a thumbnail size which is applied to all images – i.e. if an image does not reach the thumbnail height or width wordpress will not re-size it and you’ll see an uneven grid.

    Cheers!

    You can add the rel=”noLightbox” on the anchor tag.

    <a rel="noLightbox" href="LINK HERE">LINK</a>

    Hello mattb1169!

    I checked the site on IE8, IE9 and IE10 and they are working fine. Did you turn on the compatibility view on IE10? Please turn it off.

    In reply to: Image display issue

    Why, all the sudden would the images be right aligned and cause the blog posts to center align? Doesn’t make any sense. I would rather find the source of the problem and fix it…not adjust the issue to look right. Know what I mean?

    Yigit –

    The image in the purple area should be within the content area. Right now it is halfway on the screen.

    Hey!

    You’d need to implement an external script, maybe a jQuery plugin: http://www.desiznworld.com/2013/07/free-jquery-parallax-scrolling-plugins.html

    Hello!

    I’m sorry but that customization is beyond the scope of our support form. If you really need it try hiring a freelancer for the job.

    Is there a way to get the LayerSlider – Small Header, which contains a full width image, to appear on the search results page? If you do a search for “test” you will see what I mean. The rest of the layout is perfect, (sidebar and menu on the left), and results on the right. I just need the full width image which is contained in the small LayerSlider element, to appear in the location between the header and the content, as it does on all the other pages.

    See: http://otsecure.net/techserv/

    Thank you so much for your help.

    Thanks Yigit!

    Hey zerozendesign!

    1) You can remove overlay effect by adding following code to Quick CSS

    .image-overlay { display: none!important; }

    2) Please refer to this topic https://kriesi.at/support/topic/rollover-disc-arrow-replacement-part-2/

    Something is off. the image is moved up 50px’s, but the background color of the wave is still white eve though it is a semi-transparent png file with the top part transparent and bottom solid white. Check out my site http://homesmartsecure.com to see what I mean.

    I added background-color: none !important; to your code and placed all of it in custom css, because quick css never works for me. The solid white background should be clear. What am I doing wrong. Here’s my code:

    .avia-section {
    border: none !important;
    }

    #wave-section-up {
    margin-top: -50px;
    background-color: none !important;
    }

    #wave-section-down {
    margin-top: 50px;
    background-color: none !important;
    }

    When viewing my new site in IE 10, http://www.gowestit.com, it is not loading the simple slider properly, the text boxes are not aligned properly within the slider. Also, the image boxes on the home page, below the slider, are not loading properly. The formatting is off and one element completely disappears (there should be 4 boxes).

    #168848

    Hello!

    You can use this plugin to change the crop/size of your images: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/simple-image-sizes/

    Just make sure to also regenerate the thumbnails for any old photos already uploaded.

    Best regards,
    Devin

    In reply to: Many IE8 Issues

    2) I’m not getting the white background issue on my end but I can check with another machine later.

    3) Clear out your local browser cache for the icon issue. That has been the solution for 99% of people at this point with icons not displaying.

    5) Have you changed any of the theme’s image sizes that are being generated? Either with a plugin or modifying functions?

    6) All I can suggest is to modify both values and use this as a reference for break points of devices: http://screensiz.es/
