I have a problem I’m hoping there is a simple solution to.
I have a layer slider created with a background image along with 5 to 10 layered images… Really simple, plain background, images slide in over the top and slide out.
I have Slideshow will pause when mouse pointer is over LayerSlider. turned ON… and the bug I have is that while the slide freezes ( for debugging I have the Show bar timer ON ) and the slide freezes, but the layers just slide away…
I expected BOTH the slider and the layer slider to pause…
The scenario is this… I have images and song lyrics appearing over a plain background… so the user would pause the slide to read the lyrics, but they can’t… as they currently slide away leaving the user on a frozen plain coloured background!!
Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

IsmaelHey guys, sorry if this was already pointed out, but the image scaling for the fixed header logo in Firefox 25 is suddenly really poor once the header is resized. It was fine through Firefox 24, but it looks like image-redering: optimizequality is what’s messing it up, so maybe they deprecated that, or it’s a bug. It’s possibly just an issue on OS X, too, since I haven’t checked other platforms. (Edit: Looking at it closer, it actually affects all scaled images, which of course makes sense.)
I guess while I’m on the subject, I’d also like to point out that FF25 supports -moz-osx-font-smoothing: grayscale, which improves the way icon fonts will render if you apply it to them. It’s very similar to -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased. Lastly, Firefox will try to apply a faux bold to fonts that have no bold weight instead of ignoring it, and the faux bold search icon in the header has bothered me since v1.0, so if we could get a font-weight: normal on that, I’d appreciate it.

Is it possible for the blog post grid to display further information below the featured image?
I am currently using a plugin that I had created but the developer has disappeared and I can’t make any changes. I have seen that your enfold theme does everything that I would like it to. I would still use the plugin for the vehicles as it works just find but use the theme to display them. On a page using the blog posts feature and choosing the “display entries from a custom taxonomy” option, I would like it to show certain custom fields below the image and a button to take you to the page.

I have been searching the forum for solutions to implement google custom search with enfold. I do not need the AJAY Icon Search in the top menu bar, But I would like to have a search field in the sidebar.
So far, I installed the plugin Google CSE and set it up correctly. What do I have to do on your end now to make it work?Also, I want to display the images of google and I want to use
cse_img; ?>” /> in search php. but so far there is not img src that I could define…
Just wondered how i can have a custom image EG: My logo as the loading icon when a photo or something is slow loading.
It has the spinning dots as standard.

WordPress doesn’t support the data needed to build the mega menu so we can’t add it in to the xml dummy data file.
What you can do is set the item as a custom link and use a # symbol for the link.
When you designate an item as a mega menu, the next level item down will start a column. The column allows you to set a column title can either be text or if you use a – it will not show a header at all.

I had tried NextGen 2.0 and couldn’t make heads or tails of it. The Legacy version got me moving along.
1. I’ve created a gallery with pages as I would like, but when I click on the next arrow or any subsequent page number 2, 3, 4, etc. it doesn’t show the next set of images it is defaulting to a blog page. Under Enfold Theme Options, my blog field is empty, so I’m not sure where it’s pulling the template from.
Again, I’m using One Page and I’m not sure where/why it isn’t displaying the next page of images.

Hi the problem is on ipad and iphone
the last slide is appearing on top. I think it has to do with either some embed or iframe code in the theme. If I create a content slider with just text or images – it works correctly. I made the last slide iframe size smaller – so it is more obvious. The first slide video that should appear is “Gemco Valve Clean-in place” The last slide is “Variable…” the second slide is “Retractable…”

and if there is a way to create a gap between the main content and header? and take out the top menu as well….Also I Ended up centering the Menu … but now there is a black line that runs across the background image is there anyway to crop that out??

Should this work if I’m using a gallery short code ?

Another question, how do you get the slider to not show the wording (span) on a mobile (smaller) device? It just looks a tad silly on an iphone for example as the writing is so small. In this instance it would be good to just show the slider image.

Ok, I cannot understand how to set my megamenu the way you did in your live demo (the video on vimeo doesn’t help me. maybe I’m too dumb). I installed enfold on another site to discover it but you didn’t use megamenu in your dummy data. What I can’t understand is how to set the categories (see Pages in your live demo): what are “Example Pages”, “Slider”, “Blank Pages” and “Special Pages”? Just links with # or what else?

Please go to wp-content\themes\enfold\js folder and open avia.js file and find
el_height = $(elements).filter(':first').height(),and change it to
el_height = 200,200 here represents 200pixels. You can change the value so the header size would be the half of it when scrolled

That isn’t really supported within the theme at the moment. You could use some custom css and code to achieve it but there isn’t anything in place to do it otherwise.

see link below, on the front page (latest news) and the blog grid under “in the news” the feature image in IE8 is super tall, very weird.
any ideas?
