That is not the element in question. I am referring to the Events Countdown. Its a Plugin Addition.
[av_events_countdown min='1' max='4' align='av-align-center' size='' title='bottom' style='av-trans-light-style' av_uid='av-2quprx' custom_class='']I found your files at /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/countdown. I think we need to work on /enfold-child/shortcodes/events-countdown.php. That is where I was trying to insert you snippet
FYI – I tested the Animated Countdown and tz option is working there

After I updated to last version the following error shows up and the website is no more responding:

Hey Dean,
Sorry for the late reply, if I understand correctly you were working with a developer that was assisting with a timezone issue you were having in the events calendar plugin, after solving that you are now having a time zone issue in the events countdown element.
So this sounds like you need to adjust the events countdown element time zone independently.
I see that the config-templatebuilder > avia-shortcodes > events_countdown.php on about line 186 has $time = time(); which I believe can be adjusted to include a time zone using this code as a example
I’m not really good at that, but I’m sure your developer could adjust it. I hope this gets you going in the right direction.Best regards,

The problem is solved nowit was easy to solve this problem with the plugin: Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File
And to create an new Envato Token here in German

If you should get that error again then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then upload the new one after that.

So just to unpack this issue:
If I upgrade WP first (to 5.0.3) the front end stays ok, but the Avia Layout editor doesn’t load in the CMS, If I then load the latest Enfold via FTP, the site breaks with the following error:

The site is currently running on PHP 5.6 But I tried upgrading to PHP 7.0 and 7.1, but I was getting the same problem.

Just recently updated to 4.5.1 from an earlier version.
After update was completed i’m getting the following error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in /home4/spinks/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php:16) in /home4/spinks/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php on line 8I looked over the forums and saw other people having this issue previously, and tried to manually copy the Avia-shortcodes folder found in the config-templatebuilder folder as Yigit mentioned for what he did. (i probably didn’t do it correctly)

I think I may have found the problem.
The fresh upload of enfold 4.5.2 may not have been a fresh upload. I discovered that I had unzipped the file and overwrote the original enfold file on my local machine. I then FTP’d this to the server thinking it was a fresh install but it was not the latest file but a combination of the old and new. Looking at this file, I discovered duplicate instances of the events_countdown.php (which I notified you about on the 17th above.)
I will now extract a fresh upload of 4.5.2 and FTP to the server (first deleting the existing enfold folder) – hopefully this will fix the problem. It is very late now so will do this in the morning but wanted to inform you not to spend anymore time on this until I had proved this is the fix (which I am sure it is)

Searched for the solution on forums and can see it is related to file events_countdown.php
You can also provide above logs to plugin provider”I only have two instances of the theme in that directory, the active 4.4.1 and the new 4.5.2 which
I FTP’d over to a clean directory.The reason this is on my development server is I copied there from the live site (on a different server) which was having the same issue.
Therefore the problem is not unique to this server.Please have a look at the error log and see for your self.

I was running php5.4 when I received error
I upgraded to 7.2 and still get the 500 error
I spoke qwith my server people and they looked at the server logs but nothing.
However they did come up with something, see below
“I would suggest to contact plugin provider and ask for php requirements as the logs are not getting generated for the same, there are surely some php requirements, that needs to be done on server”
They then added

I’ve upgraded the theme from version 4.1.2 (I think) to the latest version and now the website gives a HTTP Error 500 message.
Any ideas? Its a testing site so it doesn’t efect the main site for the moment. These are the latest error codes:
