Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience!
We are going to release Enfold 4.9.2 in a few hours which will include the fix.
If you would like to apply the fix in 4.9.1, please go to Appearance > Editor and replace the content of enfold\config-woocommerce\config.php file with – https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_9_1/WooCommerce/config.php
I wanted to update the file on your website however Editor is missing under Appearance tab so I could not.

Hey, I would like to purchase the enfold theme, I’m curious about the price. A few more details of what I’m interested in building:
– This company has 3 branches (Protection, FIrefighters and Technical Services) that need a website – the first one was built with this theme and I’m wondering if I need to actually get 3 different themes. They have the same design but different logos and branding colours.
hello guys,
I have created a website with a shop. Looks good so far, but a few little things aren’t right.
There is a sort function on the product overview page. I just need price up and price down and name. I can’t customize anything.
In addition, the prices on the product overview page are “plus shipping costs”. Can this be written in one line? Current is above incl. and below shipping costs.
Cross-selling should appear at the bottom of the product pages.
The related products are already hidden, but there is still a gray box. Can you remove it?
Mobile, it should be like this https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-shop/.
And the checkout is not displayed correctly. What can you do here?
Is it possible to create a menu which is only showing on the shop and product pages?
Thank you for the support.
Best wishes

Hi, I have a similar issues…
All the widgets on the footer are not displayed anymore since 4.9…
They are replaced by the default ones when you install the Enfold theme..
Someone can help me to fix this ? or maybe its a bug from the theme ?
Thanks ,
When I update to Enfold 4.9 last February I got a problem with unwanted changes in my footer.
It turned out that this issue was caused because I overide the footer.php file in my Child Theme. After replacing the footer,php file in my Child Theme with the parent theme version footer.php file did solve the issue (but I lost my edits)
I have 5 Enfold websites and all of them have a Child Theme with a footer.php and also a header.php file. For example, I use the header.php file for adding Google Analytics code in there, because by default Enfold is placing GA code in the footer which I don’t want.
But the issues with my footer after update 4.9 got me thinking: I don’t want to take the risk that after an Enfold update my footer.php and/or header.php file is causing issues because I overide them in my Child Theme.
So I quess that to be save from this kind of issues it’s better practice to only keep a style.css file in the Child Themes, and no further files?
Thanks,
Alwin

Agree with @ishish
I can confirm that WooCommerce products are failing to display on a site updated to 4.9.1-dev-1 this morning for me.
I’ve rolled back to 4.9 and all is displaying as expected.

We built a lot of website using Enfold. Everywhere the theme updates automatically when a new version is available. In our last project this is not the case. I still run Enfold 4.8.9.1. Did I miss a setting somewhere?
Thank you.
Best,
Dorothea
Hi Chermann and Niko,
Beneath this rule, I will explain the bug I discovered this morning. I hope you will fix it and help other people.
The sidebar options on all pages I have made have ‘default sidebar’ selected in the layout options’ so the pages all have a sidebar on the right side.
In the Widgets I created some objects and put it in the Widget ‘displayed everywhere’. The first widget above page and blogs. Then this widget will automatically shows on every page because of the selection ‘default sidebar’.
This works for almost 5 years now. No problems till today.
This morning (I am from The Netherlands) I was updating to 4.9.1-dev-1 (Why dev-1?) and all the sidebars next to my pages on the website are gone. Instead it now shows automatically a sidebar navigation for all nested subpages of a page. And the option is still turned off in the ‘sidebar options’ of Enfold.
I’m glad I didn’t do the updates to all of my websites. But for this website the only solution for now was to go to every single page and select ‘displayed everywhere’ instead of ‘default sidebar’ in the layout options of the sidebar options.
Cheers, Marcel from The Netherlands
Hi
i can’t open a new post for an issue… maybe my subscription stop ???
But i bought about 25 Enfold licences (you can see on my account)
I have an issue on my menu:
I want to display a picture (a flag for language) but when adding on menu scr and url for my image, the picture do not display only transparency.
Maybe beacause i use a transparency menu?
Can you help for that?
Hi there,
i used this
to create my header in enfold. So far working fine. Link in private content.
On mobile view i made the two widgets invisible (display: none). The logo is centered and the burger icon centered under the logo. BUT: i want the logo to be left and the burger to be right, both on top of the page .. is there a solution for this problem?
Thanks a lot, Sven
Dear support team,
I would like to create my own design for the blog / blog posts, a layout, that corresponds to the rest of the website.
(see private content)
The first page with overview of all posts:
And the page with one single post shown:
I already read about it here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/blog-post/
But I do not really understand what I need to do. Can you recommend me a tutorial that could help me?
Thanks in advance and best regards
Josephine

Hi,
Since updating to Enfold (Child) 4.9.1-dev-1 the Portfolio Categories are not displayed anymore in the right sidebar of my pages
Good you please tell me how to fix this?
Best regards,
Reina
Hi cherrmann,
It’s safe to update to that version since it’s basically 4.9.1 with some of the minor fixes.
If you don’t experience any issues with 4.9.1 you don’t need to update to that version yet and wait for Enfold 4.9.2.
Best regards,
Nikko
Eine neue Version ( 4.9.1-dev-1) deines Parent Theme (Enfold) ist verfügbar! Du verwendest Version 4.9.
Can I safely update to a dev version or is this a bug?
Hi christiemade,
We’re glad that you were able to resolve the issue :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!
Best regards,
Nikko
Hey Justin,
Please add this CSS code in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width:767px) {
.responsive #top .logo .subtext img {
display: none;
}
}
Hope it helps.
Best regards,
Nikko
