It’s a PHP issue because Bluehost just updated their PHP version this month right when I started getting this.

I’ve updated my site’s PHP to the latest 8.1 and WordPress to the latest 5.9.2 and Enfold to 4.9.
Is Enfold compatible with PHP 8.1?

I updated my WordPress to the latest, and I have installed the latest 4.9 Enfold. I believe it just started saying this “Stack trace” stuff today after I updated WP.

I have followed this online instruction to my website enfold theme. The menu doesn’t center and the widget is not on the right. the website is showing the logo on the left, the menu on the right and the widget in the below the logo on the left side.

KerrinOur website running an old version of the Enfold theme displayed a critical error. We purchased a new version of the theme, but are still experiencing issues. When I try and create a child theme from the Enfold parent theme I receive the following message: Do Not Activate “Enfold”! A PHP FATAL ERROR has been detected.
I’ve tried disabling plugins, updating WordPress, updating the theme, recovering, and returning to an older backup. I’ve followed every suggestion listed and I cannot get the circle to go away, do anything but spin in Layout Builder. I’ve opened in private window, cleared cache and cookies to no avail. I cannot work on my client’s sites. I can see the layout, content, and media elements, but where these should appear is a spinning circle. Nothing is there. Please let me know if you can figure out what is going on. Then please explain how you fixed it, so I can apply to other Enfold sites with the same issue. Thank you.

I´m trying the rebuild our website with enfold by using the same layout like to old website.
On our old website we are using a blue border with radius on top of 3 1/3 column elements. I didn’t find a solution because i don’t have an element which ist covering the 3 columns.
In addition i wanted to build a small shadow around the three elements and had no success.

Sorry about the misspelling. I can’t even get ei or ie in the right order in English.
The correct username is attached. The hosting system prepended the environment name onto the SFTP account.
I’ve updated the core, all the plugins I could, and Enfold. Those elements are still not working, and the titles in the layerslider are also displaying in the wrong font.

Same things, used Enfold for years, this time seems to be a bug in the woo sidebar not loading the shop page sidebar widget and revert to default sidebar.
Only the shop page sidebar worked after setting manually the shop page sidebar, all shop categories and blog use the default sidebar.hello! Trying to resolve this error on my website:

I saw in a previous thread that this could be a php issue, the site is currently using 7.3 and we were going to migrate so we can get to 7.4. Any other ideas what could cause that so I don’t have to do the migration? thanks!
ok I also updated the theme manually to 4.9.2 and still have the errors… and also have a sticky header issue now… Please let me know!

Hi,
Your problem seems to be caused by caching, since it’s not happening when logged in, only when logged out. Please try clearing all caches on the site, and temporarily deactivate file compression under Enfold->Performance, if necessary. If that doesn’t help, then please deactivate your caching plugin.

Hi Rikard, I’ve just update Enfold on s test site but sounds that the issue is not “site specific” but a general theme issue..

As soon I use the full width easyslider in a post, the prev – next post navigation disappears from that post. Is this inevitable or is there a way to avoid this? Thank you in advance

Hi,
I am wondering if something has changed regarding adding images to the Mega Manu (I’ve done it a lot in other sites). In this new site, no matter what I do, or how I try it differnet ways, and I’ve done it the way I’ve always done, the image will not appear. The site is here: https://theproviderexperience.org/
I ‘ve added an image for the first column in the mega menu under Recruitment, but it does not appear. My code is this:
(I have done it exactly as I did this other enfold site, where the first column under Charters is a picture: https://takemetheresailing.com/ )
And it is placed in the first column, just as I have always done in the past, but it just appears blank. I’ve tried a differnet image to see if that’s the problem, to no avail.

If you try using the two elements on a page, then I think you will notice the difference between the two. If you want other content in the Tabs element, then you can try copying in shortcodes, or using the Magic Wand tool. You will have to enable debug mode to see the layout builder shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode
I’m not sure I understand your customisation request, please try to explain that a bit further.
The code highlighted in your screenshot is what comes after a Color Section element.

Thanks for taking a look and sorry to waste your time, I should have mentioned that the live site has been fixed (by turning off Enfold’s merging).

The username that you provided above is not valid. Please check the info carefully. Regarding the theme registration, please ask your colleague for the purchase code so that you can register an account here in the forum.
You should also update the theme to version 4.9.1 as soon as possible, then toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings afterwards.

With the code block on the landing page, I don’t think it’s in the head area.
I also tried to include the code in header.php under: /home/www/spreewald-luftaufnahme.de/wp-content/themes/enfold/
but that didn’t work either. It is also important that the code is preserved when an update comes.
Can you tell me where I have to embed the code to make it work?

Hey there,
4.9.2 didn’t solve my problem. All the sidebars next to my pages on the website are gone. Instead it now shows automatically a sidebar navigation for all pages. And the option is still turned off in the ‘sidebar options’ of Enfold. Some of my websites have more than 100 pages. I am afraid to update because then I have to change every single page by hand. I have to go to every single page and select ‘displayed everywhere’ instead of ‘default sidebar’ in the layout options of the sidebar options. Only than my sidebar is is back.

After update from 4.9 to 4.9.2 I discovered a bug this morning. I hope you will fix it and help other people.
The sidebar disappear on all pages of the Woocommerce and are replaced by a default sidebar.
The widgets and settings of Enfold are still there in the backend.
Hopefully, I had a backup and went back to the previous version (4.9).
