Talking with the host, they are saying this:
You won’t be able to send without an email address and password to sent through the SMTP server.
But there is nowhere to specify that in the enfold admin for the contact page? Please let me know if I need to swap to another contact form…In reply to: Footer missing

RikardHello! We migrated to a new server and everything seems to be working, but we’re no longer receiving emails from the contact page. There are no front end errors, I’m trying to work with the hosting company to check and see if it is something on the back end there, too but have to try and get this resolved asap! Please let me know if there is anything that could cause that with Enfold… server info in private post.

Rikard*I tried adding Linkedin icon to my footer widget by reapplying the code that was there for YouTube, but it did not work. My goal is to have the Linkedin social media icon have the same effect as the Facebook, Instagram & YouTube icons.
I’ve added the code that I tried and admin credentials in the Private Section below.
Your help with this would be greatly appreciated. If there is a documented resource or example that I can follow, please direct me to it as I was unable to find anything when searching the forum and Enfold documentation. Thank you.

I don’t know what to call this area, but I tried changing a few things in the enfold settings and couldn’t find this area.
I don’t want such a dark color, I’d rather have a light grey #bbb or something. Or remove it altogether.

we use a contact form for booking with two fields “Credit Card number” and “Expiration date”.
Is there a possibility to exclude the two fields in the Autoresponder mail?best regards

We get this error whenever we try to validate the API key.
Geocoding Service: This API project is not authorized to use this API. For more information on authentication and Google Maps JavaScript API services please see: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key
This means that the Geocoding Service API is not enabled. This is one of the requirements of the map API. This documentation should show you how to enable these services.

Hi Ismael,
I have updated Enfold to the last version but the issue persists. As you can see, from the video below, the English version of the website has lost the main navigation menu and I cannot fix the issue from the backend.
I have also contacted WPML and they told me that is a theme issue. But at this point it might be something else.

D.We are looking for information regarding secure operation of the Enfold Theme with ALB in the future. I understand WP core supports the classic editor until the end of ’22. What does that mean for Enfold customers going forward? Will the editor operate independently from WP core?

we noticed a issue regarding the shop-manager user role. we included in our pages enfold code blocks with schema markups for youtube videos. the code within the element starts with
<script type="application/ld+json">– if a admin or author user edits the page everything is saved as expected. because of user right restriction we are using for some editors now the shop manager user role, but – if someone with this user role is editing a page the<script type="application/ld+json">part at front and the end of the code is deleted and the code shows up in the front end.How can we fix this behaviour of shop manager user role?

Looks like you are already trying to move the mobile menu icon to the top bar. Please remove the current modifications temporarily, the use this css code instead.

enfold 4.7.6.4, wp 5.9.2
Logo black is Logo, transparency Logo is white –
image is replaced by imagify – from png to webp – but alternate logo is not showing on front page.
Alternate Logo is available as class subtext, but didnt make it into the header.

Thank you for the inquiry.
The theme doesn’t have translations for the Euskara language yet, so you may need to create them yourself. You can find the translation files in the wp-content > themes > enfold > lang folder, which can be reused to create another language file. You can use the POEdit software to edit the .po file and compile it to .mo.

If I understand correctly, on mobile view, the lightbox doesn’t work when the gallery is inside a tab section. Is that correct? Please provide the site URL in the private field so that we can check the issue further.
We tested this on a browser emulation and it seems to be working properly. We tested it on Enfold version 4.9.2.1 and WordPress 5.9.2.

enter a valid Google Maps API Key.Yes, this is correct. You can actually enter your API key in the provided field within the Enfold > Google Services > Google Maps section. Please check the following documentation for more info on how to register your own API key.

In what I thought would be a simple pursuit, I have not be able to find what i need, so I am asking here.
WooCommerce grid display on Enfold seems to have a minimum of two-column display, even on mobiles. I have tried to manually create grids, both using ALB and via shortcode, but no matter what I do, I cannot get it to show a single column on a mobile device. The two-column display just does not look good, nor does it fit well. Is there something I am missing to achieve this? Ideally, I was hoping the grid would be responsive, so that wide layouts could utilize any number of columns, while narrow displays can have that single column, clean and clear layout.
