I have spoke to my hosting and they told be this
I have tried increasing the Memory limit I could see that there seems to be issue with the theme as it is not supporting the memory limit so I suggest you to check with the theme vendor and also the PHP requirements of the website.
Now site is saying this
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12288 bytes) in /home/goldbet4/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/base-classes/class-modal-elements.php on line 3107
Avia Layout Builder is somehow “frozen”. I can’t scroll when editing a page.
I tried disabling all plugins.
Cleared cache.
Tried switching theme and then back to Enfold.
Tried different browsers and different computers.
None of it helped.
The problem happened after weeks where I haven’t been locked into WordPress…
Hey lilijabula,
Enfold is not responsible for that, please try to edit it on the page in private.
I’m not sure that I understand your second question, please try to explain it a bit further or post a screenshot highlighting it.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hey Alex,
Did you register your theme license? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
If the updates should not come through via the theme, then please try using this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
Best regards,
Rikard
Have been using enfold for years has always worked great.
Just did the update and am getting a critical error in the theme. Moving to a basic it works formatting is messed up as expected but works. Ive doable all plugins and it still wont come up.
Page speed on some of my pages on MOBILE is 7 AND 8 SECONDS.
I asked for help once before, and I was told to use images no larger than 800 wide.
Here is a page that I did exactly what you told me, and it takes 7 seconds on mobile but is super fast on desktop.
I also had asked for help in setting the Enfold theme settings Website Performance And Optimization But I was not offered much help.
Since this is your theme dont you have any tutoritals or anything to figure out this confusing page??
I really have to figure out why this is happening. Page speed insights says: Avoid an excessive DOM size 1,115 elements
A large DOM will increase memory usage, cause longer style calculations, and produce costly layout reflows. Learn how to avoid an excessive DOM size.TBT
I don’t know how to fix any of this… any help will be greatly appreciated.
Is there anyway to get someone who is willing to help me on this topic?
THANK YOU..

Hello there
Currently I`m running Enfold version (5.5). The system says that’s the latest one. How can I upgrade to the really latest 7.x
Thanks for your help.
Alex
Hey Martin Riemer,
To update your version of Enfold you will need to download the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New

after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue

then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.
Best regards,
Mike

Hey myadminsuper,
It sounds like your theme is using the old API key.

Hey christian.wien,
Try this CSS in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:
#top #main a:where(:not(.wp-element-button,.avia-button)) {
text-decoration: underline;
}
Please ensure to copy the code from the forum and not an email notification so the symbols are not converted.
After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.

Hey nis59,
unfortunately, OVH blocks our IP so you will not be able to download the demos.
I can recommend manually installing the demo by first importing the demo on a localhost and copying the images to your online host via FTP using the same directory structure then editing the .xml demo file found at \wp-content\themes\enfold\includes\admin\demo_files\enfold-2017.xml by replacing http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/files/ with https://Your-Domain.com/wp-content/uploads/ in a plain text editor such as vscode, please note the trailing slash and the https if your site is using https this should replace about 243 instances, the rest of the link should remain the same, such as /2015/07/marker3.png because you uploaded the images using the same directory structure.
After all of this you will still need to do a little tweaking such as setting the correct menu in the menu options and sorting out the footer widgets
Or you could install the demo on a localhost and then use the plugin Duplicator to move to your live site, this works well for hosts that blocks our IP.
Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
Thank you for your patience, we have asked the Dev Team to review your IP address, only a few has access to this.

background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, .7);

Hello, we’ve been using Enfold for over 9 years. Lately, we’ve been experiencing some dependency issues with Avia, which are causing slowdowns on the website. How can we tell if we’re using the WordPress “Classic Editor”?
Thank you in advance for your response

Hello,
Since the last update of WordPress 6.8, with my Enfold theme 7.1, when I want to create or edit a page, the scroll bar for the Layout / Content / Media elements does not go down and remains at the top of the page.
This prevents them from being able to be used in Advanced Layout Editor mode.
Best regards
Hi:
The website is finally working. I had to turn off all the plugins. I ended up deleting 3 of them. The biggest problem was with one called Yet Another Related Posts Plugin (YARPP). I know Enfold can suggest additional blog posts. But, it looks like a bunch of hoops to make it focus on categories and not just tags. So I was using the other.
Hey Gianluca,
Try this CSS in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:
@media only screen and (max-width: 391px) {
.responsive .avia_ajax_form .form_element {
margin-right: -90px;
}
}
@media only screen and (max-width: 320px) {
.av-recaptcha-area * {
max-width: 252px !important;
}
}
@media only screen and (min-width: 392x) and (max-width: 479px) {
.responsive .avia_ajax_form .form_element {
margin-right: -15px;
}
}
Please ensure to copy the code from the forum and not an email notification so the symbols are not converted.
After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.

Hello,
I’m using Enfold 7.1 on a OVH shared webserver.
The easy way to import a demo by clicking the download button does not work for a while (cURL timeout) as it the seems that OVH is blocking.
Adding “add_theme_support( ‘avia_demo_store_downloaded_files’ ); ” to functions php and respect the path was working fine.
But now with Enfold 7.1 and PHP 8.2.21 the « 3 step process with buttons to download, to import and to delete » does not work anymore, the system still tries to DOWNLOAD and I get a cURL timeout.
I’ve tried the XML import method which timeouts before loading enfold-2017.
Please can you fix the 3 steps import process which was working fine ?
Best regards,
I am trying to learn how to use Lotties. The Lottie website is very hard to understand, and I cannot find tutorials. I was able to create a Lottie, but they use < > characters in the code that says it will break the theme. Are there instructions to change the code and still have the Lottie work?
This may be too hard and ready to give up. I see there is one lottie available in the Enfold theme to use. I wish there were more.
Or any other instuctions on lotties would be helpful.
Thanks for your help
Hi Mike,
I thought of that. But … wordpress says its Enfold causing the issue.
I will try it regardless. But, this page is vital and time sensitive.
Hi,
Thanks for the update. Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hey Diana,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#top #wrap_all .avia-button.av-lvywmnms-38518dacec6c365c5bc557c866be5427:hover {
background-color: #fff !important;
}
