2. No, as long as you have a valid support period for one license, then you can access the support forum.

I’m not aware of any legal problems in regards to not being able to provide free support, but that is a requirement we have been given by Envato.

You can set a custom page as footer by selecting the 5th or 6th option (Default Footer & Socket Settings) in the Enfold > Footer > Default Footer & Socket Settings, and use Advance Layout Builder to create the content of the custom footer page.

We may need to access the dashboard in order to see the preview. Please post the login details in the private field, and make sure that the Appearance > Theme File Editor is accessible.

Did you enable the consent message bar in the Enfold > Privacy & Cookies panel? The privacy settings can prevent videos (youtube, vimeo) from loading, and may require consent from the users.

You can apply the background to a Color Section element and set its minimum height to 100%, or use a Fullscreen Slider. The elements are available in the Advance Layout Builder (ALB).

Glad to hear, I don’t believe that you would see this error naturally occur from Enfold sites that were updated in the past or will be updated in the future, our Dev Team has been very pro active in keeping the theme backward compatible. I have seen very old versions updated to the latest version successfully.
Please note that if a user edits an ALB page with a different editor, such as the Classic Editor, Block Editor, or some other editor plugin, they will not be able to convert it back to an ALB page automatically, it will become a hybrid page. I only point this out should a client add some builder plugin and start editing pages.

Sorry for the problem. Since you are running a very old version of the theme, I would recommend that you update to the latest version first of all. The update to 4.9.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

If updating does not solve your problem, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.

Thanks for the screenshots, is there a possibility that the person who previously built this site in 2014 had added the shortcodes in the text elements using the Shortcode Wand from the Classic Editor?
I have seen some sites where people have done this and everything works fine on the frontend, it just looks odd in the backend.
Unfortunately, there is not an automatic way to convert these hybrid pages to strictly ALB pages, but if you want to manually adjust these you could Enable the Avia Layout Builder Debugger to do so.
I recommend saving plain text copies of the full page shortcode just in case you somehow brake the shortcode, don’t depend on the revisions.
