    Hey finchkelsey,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Did you install a pinterest or a social sharing plugin? Please deactivate the plugin temporarily, then toggle the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings to regenerate the scripts and stylesheets. Let us know if that helps remove the unwanted pinterest button.

    Did you try to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings after adding the css?

    We tried logging in to the site but the user account that you provided above seems to be invalid. Please check the info carefully or provide another login account.

    Hey tcampaner,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We were getting a script error in the console whenever we check the site and it is being generated from the compressed scripts, so we temporarily disabled the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings, which seems to have fixed the issue. The sliders and the hotspot elements are now working properly.

    Please make sure to purge the cache or remove the browser cache before attempting to check the page.

    This was the error in the console in case you are interested.

    Hi Dizi2002,

    The problem seems to be coming from the footer.php of your child theme, you’ll need to update it based on the latest version of Enfold (probably, header.php as well).
    If you need us to assist with you then please create a staging site, since your live site might have some visitors during the time when footer.php is being fixed.

    Hi J1L,

    Thanks for giving us admin access as well as FTP access.
    It seems all CSS files have been changed on your theme, for example admin.css is renamed to .admin.css.icloud (I’m not sure why this happens and it’s the first time I’ve seen this)
    I have now fixed it on your site.
    Also, I noticed that you have replaced the enfold folder’s name as well as the Theme Name and other details, you can just change it in the child theme and it should replace the labels, also I would suggest not removing the version so it’s easier to identify which version of Enfold you are currently using.

    The icon import option of Enfold is only intended for icon fonts.
    These have a predefined structure. To take full advantage of these font icons, they must still be monochrome black. It is therefore not possible to add coloured icons.
    The idea behind this is to be able to colour them using css: color (font color).
    However, coloured icons can be uploaded to the media library as svg or png. These could then replace existing icon fonts via css.

    L’idée derrière cela est de pouvoir les css: color en utilisant la couleur (couleur de la police).
    Toutefois, les icônes colorées peuvent être téléchargées dans la médiathèque sous forme de svg ou de png. Elles pourraient alors remplacer les fontes d’icônes existantes via css.

    the plugin mentioned here is now obsolete – because wordpress has adopted some of it in newer versions. If the update process finds a theme or plugin that is already installed, you will be prompted to overwrite the existing one or not.

    the question is – how did you update via ftp manually?
    Did you really erased the old enfold folder and upload a new one? or do you try to write over all existing files etc. pp.

    My way to update in a save way ( because you will have a rollback version ) is:

    You don’t need now the rollback – because the existing version is now corrupted or buggy. When overwriting an exiting folder it depends with the ftp programs on which parameters one sets. Is it always overwritten? What happens to files that are no longer in the new folder – or have been renamed? etc.

    Next – i see on your screenshot that your child is renamed to Fysio ( not Enfold ) – do you have that too for the parent theme? ( This would not be necessary – but some users even want to obfuscate even that ) – But there are a few things to keep in mind.

    J’aurais une question concernant l’ajout d’icones dans Enfold.

    Pouvons nous importer des icones venant de n’importe quel site ou simplement de Fontello et de Flaticon?

    Faut-il un format spécifiques pour les icones?

    Si je trouve plusieurs icones de sources différentes, le fait de créer un fichier zip avec les icones permettra de les importer?

    Hello! I am new to wordpress and would like to now if you can offer 7/14 days trials and / or limited features demos so I can test in my site? I am planning to use “easycart” by Josh Jones along with your enfold theme. he highly recommended your theme and gave good comments.

    my next question is, I will be setting up two sites, one for back up / testing and one for real world. the back up site is behind the internet and runs only on my nas. shall I get 2 licenses to 1 is okay?

    Thanks for posting the steps made to fix the issue.
    Lazyloading is also enabled by default in Enfold > Performance, maybe disabling it would fix the issue if the issue shows up again.

    Hi,

    The content is not showing on the website since 2 days. This occurred on the old Enfold version as well as on the new one.
    – the hotspots are not appearing on pictures;
    – gallery not showing up
    – video or image content in any module not showing up
    – content in tab not showing properly
    – etc.

    Please help as soon as possible.

    as mentioned, the issue occured already in the same way b e f o r e I used the caching plugin. Already with earlier Enfold versions and still now with 5.01. So my take is, there must be another reason. Maybe any other enfold settings and/or a certain custom css part?

    I’m using enfold 4.9.2.1 on my website, but it is stuck on loading screen for every page. I’ve tried updating the PHP to a more recent version (from 7.4 to 8.0) but with no success.

    Can you help me solve this issue?

    I’ve successfully updated PHP.

    As far as verifying my purchase and registering Enfold, I did that just a few weeks ago when updating. Please see here.

    So, do I really need to try to re-register the product?

    If not, should I try updating the theme again as a next step?

    I’m wary of this solution however, because you mentioned above that you tested you Google Maps API Key and it worked correctly.

    So, wouldn’t the problem still be with my Google account?

    Hi, If I try to update to the latest version of Enfold through ftp it totally breaks up my website. I’ve updated before in the past with no problems and checked everything 10 times but the problem keeps existing. Hope you can help me out.

    the jquery options had been disabled in enfold/performance since the beginning. And also before I´ve installed WP rocket (this was just a week ago), the problem occured – in fact from the beginning.

    yes – and the script is something i wrote in former enfold versions to have that behavior. No scroll on the background as long as the lightbox is opened.
    But for a while i do not need to insert that code above to have that – and i thought it is due to enfold got this as the normal behavior. But now i see on new demo that now i can scroll even the lightbox out of sight ( with the background )

    there is the possiblity to set in the callback :

          callbacks: {
        beforeOpen: function () {
          $('html').css("overflow-y", "hidden");
        },
        close: function() {
          $('html').css("overflow-y", "auto");
        },
      },

    that will do the job too.

    And very strange on that page here: https://enfold.webers-webdesign.de/#portfolio i wrote a custom magnificPopup script to change some settings ( animations ) but not these overflow-y thing from above.
    Only doing this the html styles are set. And you see that trying to scroll the background or the lightbox container does not work.

    but when i look to the js/avia-popup/jquery.magnific.popup.js file there are a lot of hints concerning to : fixedContentPos – and i thought that for a while this was default behavior.
