Thank you for the link to your site, please try disabling your caching plugin “siteground-optimizer” and disable Enfold Theme Options ▸ Performance ▸ JS & CSS file merging and compression, and enable Enfold Theme Options ▸ Performance ▸ Delete old CSS and JS files and ensure that Enfold Theme Options ▸ Performance ▸ Load jQuery in your footer is not enabled.
If this doesn’t help then please leave these changes in place and include an admin login so we can investigate.

First of all, did you register your theme license? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

If the updates should not come through after properly registering your license, then please try to install and configure this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/

I’m not sure if Envato has any download limits, but if that is the case, then it’s not a theme problem. It would have to be raised at Envato support if you should need further clarification or help on that topic.
