You can go to ThemeForest and login with the account you purchased Enfold and download it manually from “Downloads” section then try to update it via FTP

YigitI saw in your suggestions on the themeforest site for the update to replace the entire Enfold folder on the server. Is this better than just using the “Theme Updates” tab within the “Enfold Theme Options”?

I’m using Enfold with a client – the client was insistent on using Instabuilder to create some of the content on their site.
It looks like some of Enfold’s CSS is interfering with the Instabuilder’s ability to be responsive
Example of it scaling incorrectly.

I updated to 2.3 and am having several issues with IE8 now.
1. I am getting this error:

If you previously had some custom CSS that might be the reason, when i updated my Enfold to version 2.3 there was no issue with bottom border :)

Topic: wp-postratings doesn't work
hi,
i am using enfold 1.6 and have difficulties to install the wp-postratings plugin. it doesn’t work when i implement it directly to the content with [rating] nore when i implement the function the_ratings() to the template-builder.php file. the problem is that the wp-postratings div doesn’t get any post-id, so instead of “id=post-ratings-SOMEID” i get only “id=post-ratings-“.
when i implement the the_ratings() function to the loop-index file it works fine.what can i do?

Please do a cache refresh for your browser. The font files of the previous Enfold versions use a different character set than the latest one. If your browser fetches the old file from your browser cache you will encounter the problems described above.

KriesiHello. I just tested upgrading to the new version on my staging server via wordpress update. All of our customizations are ina child theme. Upon refreshing the admin after the update, all settings in the enfold settings menu have been reset. We lost all our logo, color defaults etc.
Anyone else having that issue?The only other problem we seem to have is we added a small phone icon from the iconfont manually to the top navbar and its not loading anymore…
