    Hi, I have several “Enfold” sites and they are all quite slow on the editing side. Now I have a big problem with one of the sites. I can’t date anything on the site. Even editing the header doesn’t work.

    I have already asked the server admins for help. They replied that the theme’s javascript is slowing down the entire site.

    Now I need your help to resolve this issue.

    I’m trying to import a demo layout in the Enfold theme on my website watchboks.com, but I’m receiving the following error:

    cURL error 28: Connection timed out

    I’ve checked with my hosting provider (Ones.com), and they have confirmed that all necessary plugins are deactivated. They believe the issue might be due to your server blocking their outgoing NAT IP address:

    193.202.110.34

    Could you please check if this IP is currently blocked, and if so, whitelist it to allow demo content to be downloaded?

    Hi Enfold Support,

    I’m having an issue where the Advanced Layout Builder (ALB) is no longer loading on my website and i get a grey screen. I’ve gone through all the recommended troubleshooting steps, but nothing has resolved it.

    Here’s a quick summary:

    🔧 What I’ve Tried:

    Purged cache via Breeze (Cloudways caching plugin)

    Cleared browser cache and tried multiple browsers

    Deactivated all plugins

    Switched from child theme to parent Enfold theme

    Disabled performance settings under Enfold > Performance

    Checked the console — the only error is a Google Maps API warning (no obvious JS errors from Enfold)

    WordPress version: [6.8]

    Enfold version: [6.0.6]

    Caching plugin: Breeze (Cloudways)

    Hallo Enfold-Team,

    ich verwende Enfold mit WooCommerce und möchte die Sortieroptionen im Produktkatalog auf „Datum“ (Neueste zuerst) beschränken. Alle anderen Sortieroptionen – insbesondere „Standard“ (menu_order) – sollen vollständig entfernt werden, da sie für meinen Anwendungsfall nicht sinnvoll sind.

    Ich habe den folgenden Code auf Basis eures Forenbeitrags hier verwendet:

    Problem:
    Trotz Entfernung von menu_order über alle relevanten Filter erscheint im Frontend weiterhin die Sortieroption „Standard“ PLUS „Datum“ – das ist redundant weil der Standard bereits “nach Datum” ist..
    Die tatsächliche Standardsortierung funktioniert korrekt (neueste Produkte zuerst), aber das Dropdown zeigt weiterhin „Standard“ an.

    Frage:
    Gibt es in Enfold (ggf. via avia_woocommerce_catalog_ordering oder internem Template) noch eine Stelle, die menu_order oder „Standard“ manuell wieder hinzufügt oder ignoriert diese Filter vollständig?

    Ich wäre für einen konkreten Hinweis oder einen override-sicheren Lösungsansatz sehr dankbar.

    Hi Enfold team,

    I’m using Enfold with WooCommerce and would like to restrict the product sorting dropdown to show only “Date” (newest first). All other options should be removed, as they are not relevant for our shop.

    Based on your support forum post i used the code from here:

    That is the result

    The issue:
    Despite all filters removing menu_order, the “Standard” option is still visible in the sorting dropdown alongside “Date”.
    This is redundant since the standard is already set to “date” and we dont need any other sort option than “date”
    The sorting functionality works correctly — products are sorted by date as expected — but the “Standard” label is still displayed and selectable in the frontend.

    Question:
    Is there any part of Enfold (e.g. avia_woocommerce_catalog_ordering or a template override) that forcibly adds back the “Standard” entry or bypasses the WooCommerce filters?

    I would appreciate any advice or a clean and update-safe way to fully remove that option.

    Upgrading from 4.5.7 to 7.1 will it change the layout of this website ?

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The main menu should be editable in the Enfold > Advanced Styling panel. If the issue persists, try to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings, then deactivate the cache plugin. Let us know the result.

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The site contains an older version (6.0.9) of the theme. Please make sure to update the theme to version 7.0.1, then temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings. Let us know if the issue persists.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    You can disable the Blog Post Category in Enfold > Blog Layout > Blog Meta Elements to hide the post categories. If you’re using the ALB for the post, make sure to manually define the excerpt in the Excerpt field, otherwise, it won’t display any excerpt.

    Das Original Kontaktformular von Enfold verschickt bei mir keine Nachrichten.
    Auf die Ergänzung in der function.php brachte keinen Erfolg.
    Gibt es einen neueren Workaround um das Problem oder andere Plugins zu lösen?

    Liebes Enfold Team,

    in unserem WooCommerce-Shop werden manche Produktbilder im Grid bzw. in der Produktübersicht quadratisch (also zugeschnitten) dargestellt, während andere Bilder ihr ursprüngliches Seitenverhältnis behalten:

    Unter Customizer > WooCommerce > Produktbilder haben wir bereits die Einstellung “Nicht zuschneiden: 600 x 300” gewählt, damit Bilder im Originalseitenverhältnis angezeigt werden. Zusätzlich wurde auch “Regenerate Thumbnails” vollständig ausgeführt.

    Trotzdem bleiben die Darstellungen uneinheitlich – einige Bilder erscheinen weiterhin quadratisch.

    Woran könnte das liegen? Gibt es eventuell zusätzliche Enfold-spezifische Einstellungen oder Zwischenspeicherungen, die beachtet werden müssen?

    Ich wäre sehr dankbar für Ihre Unterstützung bei der Klärung dieses Problems.

    In our WooCommerce shop, some product images in the grid (or product overview) are displayed as squares (i.e., cropped), while others keep their original aspect ratio.

    Under Customizer > WooCommerce > Product Images, we have already selected the option “Uncropped: 600 x 300” to display images in their original proportions. Additionally, we have run “Regenerate Thumbnails” completely.

    However, the display remains inconsistent – some images still appear square.

    Could you please advise what might be causing this issue? Are there any additional Enfold-specific settings or caches that we should take into account?

    I would be very grateful for your assistance in resolving this matter.

    I don’t know why but the enfold did not update since 5.1.1 even the token is ok.
    Do I have to do it manually? Is there any problem doing it which I need to consider?

    I’m having spam issues with the contact form and wanted to ask if you integrated hcaptcha into enfold theme or tell me how to integrated it. There are to many issues with google captcha (gdpr) in Europe.

    Hallo,

    habe WordPress neu installiert
    – hat nicht funktioniert
    habe WordPress und die Datenbank bei meinem Hoster komplett neu installiert
    – funktioniert nicht.

    Wenn ich bei Design – Widget – ein Textfeld anlege kann ich es nicht bearbeiten – es erscheinen nur die Buttons “löschen” und “fertig”
    Aber es ist nicht möglich das Textfeld zu bennen oder Text einzugeben.
    Bei den vorherigen Versionen von Enfold hatte das immer funktioniert.
    Haben Sie noch einen Tipp ?

    Hi, in the HEADER I want the LOGO to be full width and the MENU to be deactivated/removed.
    The solutions in the forum didn’t work for me, so how can I do this?
