As mentioned before by artistic24459: Before/after image effect would be superb!
+1, here’s a good example: http://3clicks.bringthepixel.com/shortcodes/media/before-after/
Animated number counters, i.e.: http://3clicks.bringthepixel.com/shortcodes/other/number/
Sounds good to me.
What is the correct value for the id/class for the content-container in the settings to get wp-backgrunds-lite working with enfold?
And would you really recommend using enfold for this over the flashlight theme?
Tx,
Frank
Hi!
Please go to ThemeForest again and go to Downloads in your profile, then download Enfold once again. The newest version will be downloaded. Then you can install it via FTP as shown in link in my previous post
Cheers!

5) Have the color section work on pages that are not full width.
+1 for the ability to use coloured sections within *any* layout container (or preferably to be able to add custom CSS to all layout containers so we can target containers to change colour padding etc.)

1. Portfolio Slider – so can insert anywhere as a slider style instead of grid style. Saves valuable real estate space. Can insert anywhere inc home page and bottom of portfolio pages.
Like these http://the7.dream-demo.com/project/etiam-accumsan-lectus/
2. +1 to all masonry requests for images, portfolios, etc everywhere. So much neater. IMHO.
3. Rollovers for porfolio section and images option as well. Like this:
http://themes.cmsmasters.net/?theme=increase
For doing things like services my preference is to use images and roll over with the information. And for portfolio I prefer this way of presenting.

Hi guys,
I have started creating portfolio items across a number of categories.
I have a portfolio grid page, where I want all of the items to show in a sortable manner – like in your demo – so when a category is selected, the thumbnails are animated and shift around to only display items from that category.
My problem is that only one of the items is currently showing on the portfolio grid page. Please help?
I currently have 3 items set up.

Hello!
Yes i could login to dashboard. I have not tried activating Enfold but i checked that it is the version 2.2. At this point, i would suggest you to update Enfold to 2.3.1 via FTP

Hi!
For some reason my website in Enfold doesn’t look like it should on my work computer. It looks good on my workmates’ screen though, as well as on my ipad and my iphone.
The slider on the front page as well as the blog entries does not show on my computer. What can this be?
Best,
Marie

Dude.
The demo has a post (not a page) with a gallery, Postformat Gallery: Multiple images with different sizes at: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/2011/02/17/aenean-vulputate-eleifend-tellus-aenean-leo-ligula/
The imported demo content post does not have this gallery. So I’m wondering how to put this gallery in a Post without the the editor. I couldn’t find the shortcode.
Thanks!

Hi there,
(1) Our top navigation bar does side-to-side movement when we click through ANY of the navigation bar titles in IE. It’s especially pronounced in IE 10. It happens on all pages in IE, and I did research the support items and found a recent reference in the forum for http://marsmarketing.com.au (I added that code to custom.css). We see that the Enfold theme works perfectly with IE10 at http://marsmarketing.com.au/
It seems like it’s only happens when we click on Products in Chrome. Our site is alvanatural.com.
(2) When we go from page-to-page the background flashes in our accent “salmon” color (the footer?) – can this be changed to something more neutral like light grey or white via custom.css without affecting other custom settings in Enfold Theme Options?
Could you let me know how these issues could be fixed? thanks.
*Great job – we like Enfold a lot. Well done.*

Hi,
i just updated to the newest version of Enfold, unfortunately i now have a few problems on my site: roessler-mastering.com
1) I can’t use short codes anymore, whenever i try to select one i only have 3 options (Drop Cap1, Drop Cap2, font icon)
2) After the update my rankings in google completely dropped. Before the updated all was stable but now i even can’t rank for my company name anymore… I’m using the yoast seo plugin and i double checked all settings. Nothing really changed despite the template update and no manual spam actions are showing up in google webmaster tools etc.
3) Checking the site on W3C for its CSS code i receive 182 errors, checking the html code i receive 6 errors. I actually thought the themes codes should be validated there?
i assume there must be something broken in the code causing those problems.
I hope you can help being able to use the short codes and solving the sep issue would be very important.
Regards
Manuel
Hey frankwelschlehmann!
Yes, personally I’d recommend to use a background image plugin like: http://wordpress.org/plugins/background-manager/ or http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-backgrounds-lite/ (note – I’m the plugin author). However some advanced customization may be required if you want change the current theme styling to a semi transparent styling with semi transparent content containers, etc. too.
Cheers!
Peter
Enfold is a GREAT theme. But, I have one small issue. Despite being shown as IE8 compatible in Themeforest, I have found that menu items longer than one word overlap when displayed in IE8. The telephone number (text widget) also wraps on the right siadebar like so:

When compared to:

How can I correct this please?
Oh, and the Enfold Google Maps Widget is not displaying under ‘Location’ in the sidebar.
Yeah, I know that MSIE8 has been dead since disco, but some of our clients still have this.
kind regards,
Graham (PPCHound)
