I would like to have better CSS option so that styles for body & paragraphs like H1, H2 can be set directly in the Enfold backend… from my point this would complete the styling options in the enfold backend.
other feature would be a full size animated portfolio (like the one from salient) with video runnin in background… that would look amazing

It’s not easily possible to change the animation effect and it’s beyond the scope of our support forum. You need to change some parts of the menu function in enfold/js/avia.js (search for function avia_responsive_menu() ) and probably some lines of the menu css code. Please deactivate all plugins. Did you modify anything on the theme files? Go to Enfold > Header > Responsive Header Main Menu > select which type of mobile menu you want. Do this a few times. Save changes.

First, don’t set a blog page on Enfold > Theme Options > Where do you want to display blog? option. Create a page then insert the Blog Posts element, modify the Blog Content length to show an excerpt. You can also use the <!–more–> tag or click Screen Options when editing a post then enable the Excerpt. You can have full control over the summary.

Anyway, you don’t need to be a wizard to change the style of a certain element on the theme. All you need is a very basic understanding of CSS. You can use the Enfold > Styling > Quick CSS field to create the necessary changes that you want.
What do you mean by the “sizes for each paragraph”? Do you want to set an excerpt? You can modify the Blog Posts element’s Content Length, choose Excerpt. You can watch Enfold videos here: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes

Please post a screenshot of what you’re trying to do. Use imgur, dropbox, mediafire etc. FYI, you can change the single post view on Enfold > General Settings > Single Post Style. You can select betweem big and small preview image.

Can you first try updating the theme files to the most recent version of the theme. 2.1, which is installed, is quite a few months behind at this point and you’ll need to update to keep things up to date with the newest version of WordPress too.

The only other thing I could suggest would be to talk to your host and see if they see any issues with timeouts or something like that. I’ve been using the same install for all of Kriesi’s themes with 64mb(on purpose for testing) of memory and hundreds of different pages at this point and am not getting any issues with the admin being overly slow.
Different hosts run WordPress at varied levels and with Enfold there is a lot more going on when you are saving a page because of the extra data with the template builder so the flaws and budget hardware/settings start to get highlighted pretty quickly.
In Enfold, when using the shortcode directly, the layer slider will only be as wide as the boxed page, not the full width of the screen as it is when used in advanced layout mode.
eg.
[av_layerslider id=’2′]Is there any way to make it take up the full width of the screen as when it is used in the advanced layout mode?
I would prefer not to use the advanced layout mode as these pages don’t have any content in the WordPress search preview (seems a major flaw) and I am using a snippet plugin to generate some pages and it is not usable by this.
I have advanced layout mode debug turned on, so I can see that this is the exact shortcode that is being emitted.
It seems that you can not add any elements to a tab.
Lets say that I wanted to add a button or even a Team Member area…it seems that it is not possible. If you have for example 4 vertical tabs and each is a product and you want a button to show in the content area of each tab, it seems you only have the option of html. Is that correct?
Lets say I want each left vertical tab to be a different person profile with the same functionality that is on the Team Members page and add a TEAM MEMBER content element, you can t. I am experimenting with putting html directly but it would be so much easier to use the layout builder within the tabs area

A couple of things to address first: you are on an older version of Enfold and you’ll need to update to bring it up to date with the current version of WordPress. There are a good number of big errors loading in theme scripts and other items which seem like a symptom of something else going on so try deactivating all active plugins you have running and see if that helps.

YigitI made a copy of my site on our dev server to test out the Enfold theme. After activating the theme, when I view the site all the page/post content is missing. What should be a page instead only shows the sidebar menu. Investigating with Firebug shows that the “main” content section somehow has an element style of “display:none”. Disabling that style makes the page display just fine. So I know what the problem is but I can’t find what’s causing it. It’s not coming from any css (it’s an element style with no css source listed) or customizations (I haven’t added any). Also, I searched for any javascript in the Enfold directory that applies a “display:none” and temporarily disabled each instance individually and there was no change.
Here’s the section causing the problem:
<main class="template-page content nine units" itemprop="mainContentOfPage" role="main" style="display: none;">Removing that “display:none” at the end fixes it. It feels like there’s simply some option I haven’t checked or enabled that’s causing this but I can’t find what it is at the moment.

I just bought enfold wordpress theme few days ago
after I made my website I just realize there is no comment section on page that I want to show, I’ve already try to find in this forum how to enable that comment section and I found a few member that already have a same problem with me…and I also try to follow the suggestion on this forum to add the comment section on page. but it still no works…I really need those comment section but I can’t make my web work without standard editor,
I’ve already add on
