Hey!
Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab and adjust as needed
.hr { margin: 10px 0; }
it is 30px 0 by default
Best regards,
Yigit
Hi!
Please add following code to Quick CSS instead
.grid-entry-title {
font-size: 16px; }
You can go to Enfold theme options and change fonts under Styling tab

I am trying to fully integrate my videos, which are hosted on Wistia, into Enfold using the oEmbed codes, so they can be recognised by Yoast Video SEO.
If I bring in the code and place it directly on a page/post, it works fine. BUT if I use the Advanced Layout Editor and use a Text Block, the code is not seen and is brought into WordPress as text.
If I add the link to a clear post/page, using the Default Editor, it works fine.
I tried adding the text into a page, (which had been previously designed using the Advanced Editor), by using the Basic Editor to add it, and it seems to have corrupted the page.
My questions are:
Does anyone know how to bring in the oEmbed pure link into Enfold without any elements affecting it?
OR
Can I mix styles on a page, where some elements are designed using the Advanced Layout Editor and some using the Basic Editor?
Looking forward to hearing your responses.
Thanks in advance.
Hey brijesh1111!
I recommend to click the “Import dummy data” button on the theme option page (Enfold > Theme Options). It will import some demo content (including the LayerSlider page) which can be used as a starting point.
Best regards,
Peter
Hi!
You can suggest the Nextgen Gallery integration here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-feature-requests/ – if more users request it we’ll look into it.
Cheers!
Peter

Thanks for the comments.
I know its has no affect on himself (he’s a real pain) his argument is that he wants the site to work for him before it goes live to the masses as he can’t garuntee that his customers won’t be using XP etc…
Its only frontend thats have layout issues backend resolves itself in IE9+
Chrome, Firefox and Opera & Safari works great, all mobile browser work as expected.
Its down to the fact that they don’t support HTML5 & CSS3 in some of the browsers.
Really annoying as a sort of workaround i’ve just add a browser check that informs visitors if their browser is out of date.
I have had several problems creating and editing my webpages using the Enfold template also in IE 10. My English is not too good, but I’ll try to give you an example:
I have a page with two text elements (1/3 + 2/3). In each element there is a text header that is in orange, while the remaining text is in black. When creating this in IE10 it is only possible to get one of the headers in orange. The header in the other element box will switch to black. With Chrome this works without a problem.
Hi!
Please provide a link to the website – I’ll check it with IETester.
Regards,
Peter
you have to add PIXELS:not just numbers
.content { padding-bottom: 20px; }
I can confirm the problems with IE 8, but with 9 and 10 I don’t have problems.
Are you talking about backend or frontend? because frontend does not apply to your client but to HIS clients – and they probably don’t use IE 8 cause it is REALLY outdated nowadays… And to use XP after next April is really fooliish….
Hi!
Great – thank you. We’ll include it with the next theme update.

I am using s2member to generate paypal buttons and manage members… When I attempt to use a encrypted paypal button on a checkout page I get the following error from paypal “We were unable to decrypt the certificate id.” I’m not using SSL certs…
However, when I deactivate enfold and activate the the twenty fourteen or twenty thirteen theme’s the paypal transaction works fine??? I have isolated the issue to the enfold theme, however I’m struggling to understand how the theme would conflict with s2member paypal buttons???
As it appears to be a conflict with the enfold theme I am asking the question here…
What type of logs or information do you need to help me debug this issue???
Many Thanks,
Sean.
Hey!
@elmanisero: Thank you so much. :)

I can only confirm that Enfold does not work well with IE when editing. There are numerous problems with CSS. I use IE for everything but Enfold. Chrome works great.
Apart from that: Drop the client!!! Any client that insists on staying with XP is bound to give you some serious headache in the future!!!!
Hi!
Install the plugin, go to Tools > Localization and select “Themes”. Then search for “Enfold” in the list and click on “Add new language”. Then select your language from the list and click the “create po-file” button. Click on “Rescan” to search for all text strings. Then click on “Edit” and translate the required strings from the “avia_framework” textdomain. At least click the “create mo file” button next to the “Textdomain” selection dropdown (top left corner).
Cheers!
Peter
Hey!
Enfold should display a language switcher as soon as you activate WPML. It seems like WPML is not activated at the moment and thus you can’t see/use the language switcher. The language switcher will be displayed at the top menu (i.e. like here: http://goo.gl/v5TMq3 ).

Hey dustingrof!
Can you please give us a link to the page that renders the code above? Do you have the latest version of Enfold, 2.4.5?
Cheers!
Ismael
Hi!
It seems like another plugin already loads the google map api file and this breaks the map widget. Try to insert following code into the functions.php file (insert it at the very bottom) to fix the issue
add_filter( 'avia_google_maps_widget_load_api', 'avia_remove_widget_script', 10, 2);
function avia_remove_widget_script($load, $config) {
return false;
}
Cheers!
Peter
Hi!
Please download the latest version of Enfold on your themeforest account. Update the theme manually via FTP: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/64927359
Please deactivate all plugins then test it on another browser.

Ismael

Hi Kriesi,
I have a new problem with the page not found (error 404):
– I Have latest version of Enfold 2.4.5 (with 2.4.4 I had the same problem)
– Installed WooCommerce last version
– Installed WPML with IT language default and EN second language
– I use custom permalink
When I installed latest version of Woocommerce multilingual (3.1) all the portfolio pages and product pages in Italian are not found but the version in English works fine.
I tried all the solution found in the forum but without success.
I created a temporary test enviroment here: http://www.buzzaceto.eu/nannini where you can check the problem.
Let me know if you need the admin credential to check a solution.
This is a very headache to me as I have to update the site in few days
Thank you for your help!
Guido
Hey wistlaumann!
WPML 2.6 is outdated and maybe it doesn’t work with WordPress 3.8 or Enfold. Please update to WPML 3.x (= latest version).
Afterwards go to Settings > Permalinks and hit the “Save” button to flush/rewrite the permalink rules.
Regards,
Peter
Hi Yigit – I found the solution to my problem already! I realised there must have been a conflict with the Enfold layouts and the layout builder of my previous theme. So I deleted all the files and plugins from the old theme and hey presto, my pricing table looks perfect! Luckily I am loving Enfold so there is no going back…
