I’ve just updated to Enfold 2.6.1 and I’ve lost my heading font color and widget title color…
My (maybe old) css is :.flex_column h1, .flex_column h2, .flex_column h3, .flex_column h4, .flex_column h5, .flex_column h6 {
font-weight: normal;
color: #a2e619;
}#footer .widgettitle {
color: #a2e619;
}After update, font-weight is working but my font color is white…
Any idea?

Which version of Enfold are you using? If not 2.6.1, please firstly update the theme and check if issue remains – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Hi!
All of your theme settings are tied to the name of the theme. If you change the name then you lose your settings and need to start over.
If you simply want to hide the fact that you are using Enfold from the client then use a child theme and re-name the child theme to whatever you like. Its a small layer but it makes it a bit more custom looking to the client.
There is nothing in the theme that prevents a user from changing its name however.

It should display the same sidebar content shown here – http://codelessme.com/weightlossrebels/2014/03/04/measuring-up/. I do have sidebars to display on pages.
Any ideas?

I just upgraded / to Enfold to 2.6.1 and like some others I am having these errors:1. The logo in the header on mobile is too big. I did this styling before which had it justified left and fitting nicely between the left edge and menu. How can I fix this?

}2. The WPML language switcher is gone from the header. I put it in the menu for now but would like to get it back in the header soon.
That’s all so far. I would appreciate it if you could give me a quick fix for these issues. I have looked through the header settings but don’t see any extra settings for mobile other than the menu options.

First I did it as Quick CSS and then moved it to the child theme’s style.css (it did not work as enfold-child>css>custom.css). Is this the best place to have this code, in the child theme style.css?
Is it possible to have the width for images (videos and stills) different from the text in the same post, where the images would be a max of 1200px but the text less? I can’t tell if the supplied code was supposed to do that and changing one or the other line to less than 1200px did not change just the text but both the image and text width.

Guy’s I noticed that every time you make an update to the template, lots of setting will revert to default.
for WPML, you need to reset the placement of language flags. I had to do this for each of my language websites. Go to ENFOLD (ES) > HEADER > EXTRA ELEMENT TAB > (Header Secondary Menu: Secondary Menu in to bar at the right)

There is only ever a single version of the theme available for download from ThemeForest. So any of the licenses you’ve purchased will all have the same one available.

Don’t know if it’s related. Both of those features (Full Width Easy Slider and up arrow) are working on my site after the upgrade. My problem seems isolated to the LayerSlider WP plugin.
@murphy88 – What isn’t working exactly on the site linked? The child style.css is loading in without issue and in the correct order.
@Ipongo – You can’t have multiple themes named enfold anything in your themes folder and have a correctly working child theme. The child theme finds the parent based on its name. The correct folder structure should be:
enfold – the newest version with no difference in the folder name
enfoldchild or whatever name your child theme folder is called.Regards,

The site title is set from the WordPress options. Go to Settings>General>”Site Title”
Changes are *not* instant with google and indexing. It takes time for any change you make to be reflected in a search result on any search engine. So if a page has been index it can take time for it to no longer be shown.

Try deactivating all active plugins and then doing a quick re-install of the 2.6 update over FTP to make sure that there aren’t any file errors that could be the cause. Then try things again while still keeping plugins inactive.

Great theme so we are using it a lot:)If we want to update a theme, does it matter wich version I download?
Does it has to be the same licence key?
Of course we buy for every version of our websites a new Enfold, but with the updates it’s very difficult to find the right one.Gr. Jeen

The activated is the version 2.6.1
It doesnt workSo I go back to the fallback (version 2.6) which activates and provides me a working website.
Then I unzip the them file downloaded from themeforest again and reupload it (the enfold-new).
Then rename the activated and broken to “notworking” or whatever, and rename enfold-new to enfold.
Reload appearance page and click on the “theme details” button to find version 2.6.1.Activate it.
Pray/Pee
Come back and hopefully have a functional and updated enfold 2.6.1

If it isn’t showing in the theme options you may need to re-upload the theme over FTP as it sounds like there was an error with a file or two not getting properly written over on update.

Sorry, I’m trying to grasp this concept before I dive in and try it (although at this point, anything would be better).
I still having problems trying to disable lightbox from portfolito-ajax imagelist. When you point at the picture in the portfolio-ajax, a blue circle w/2 arrows displays and the cursor changes to a hand and it opens into a lightbox when you click on it. I am using the enfold child and I put the code below in the Quick CSS and also in the enfold custom.css but nothing changed.
Appreciate any suggestions. Thank you!

YigitI would even say that would be great as a new feature on ENFOLD header settings to have random or default flags on the preview in order to figure out how them will be locate at.
Since I’m waiting for a solution from the post above, I’m just wondering if there is any chance to set the social icons ahead at the main header area and keep language and/or phone number at the top bar.
Hope these comments to be useful and helpful in order to solve this issue.
