    Hey jeff!

    Sorry for the delay. did some testing but could not figure out what is causing the problem on your installation. I have uploaded the previous version of the layerslider which at least seems to work. Would recommend to stay on this version of the slider for a few releases, since its probably a bug with the layerslider that I can’t fix right now and needs to be addressed by the creator :/

    Also, the icons don’t always light up WHITE consistently. Sometimes I have to change the size of the screen for the icons to turn white.

    Meine Fragen / Anmerkungen

    • Welche Server nutzt ihr bei welchem Provider mit welchen Leistungsdaten. Eure Themebeispiele sind ja angenehm schnell und flüssig. Liegt es nur am Server?!?
    • Mir ist klar das ich z.B. für die Startseite noch einiges an Performance bzgl. der Bilder rausholen kann, aber das erklärt nicht warum die Unterseiten auch so kriechen und auch nicht warum das Backend mittlerweile nur noch unerträglich ist. Was kann ich noch tun? Alles Pagespeedmessungen ergeben auch hinweise in Richtung zu großer JS Daten
    • Den Support von Hosteurope habe ich auch schon angeschrieben. Dort scheint alles in Ordnung. Keine Auffälligkeiten in den Logs. Ein Reverse IP Lookup ergibt nur das ich alleine auf dem Gerät unterwegs bin. (Ich weiß nicht ob Hosteurope das irgendwie faken kann – dafür bin ich zu wenig in der Materie Server drinnen…)

    Über jeden Tipp bin ich dankbar!!!

    I am having problems with images in the portfolio. Here is the old site and similar to how I want to do it:

    You can see there is a small preview image and then a large lightbox image for the same portfolio item. I can program this out in an HTML site, but within the WP environment I am having trouble. I am hoping I can configure something similar in the “Ajax Portfolio.” Here are my questions:

    1. For a lightbox, I am used to 2-sizes, one for the small preview and one for the large lightbox. What I need are different proportions as the large full lightbox image is usually rectangular and large and the small preview is usually square or close to it.
    a. Can I make the small preview image square to fit the grid layout and the lightbox image as a larger, rectangular image–that is two images for one portfolio item? Or, do all the images have to be from one main image and the small previews always just crop in square?
    b. What is the minimum and maximum size for the square preview image?
    c. I am using the “Child” theme, so in what files can I customize the blow-up size, background fades, and so on?
    d. Is there a configuration file for the Ajax portfolio where I might customize it?

    2. I am also having trouble with the images. On a test nothing works well. See – http://blaircomm.us/blaircomm14/portfolio/portfolio-ajax/ If you click on the “Cushman & Wakefield” you will see it doesn’t then come up and the gallery images have all changed size. If you click on the sun image the “Cushman & Wakefield” image is in the gallery and is clickable, but the lightbox image is too small. There seems to be some sort of compression going on when I upload once it’s in the WordPress environment. Can you point me in the right direction as to how to get it right? It is essential I have high quality images for the small previews as well as the large lightbox.

    3. I can probably work out the image upload and layout difficulties. My big concern is the cropping in on the main image for small square previews. That just won’t work on my portfolio images. I like the theme for the time it will save on developing the responsive site, but don’t know if it will work for me in the portfolio section. Am I trying to do something that is not possible in Enfold?

    Hey, forget it. I figured it out.

    At the bottom of Menu Page I had to select the Theme Locations: [v] Enfold Child Main Menu, under the title Menu Settings.

    Now is working fine.

    Envato support would be the best place to ask something like that since Kriesi (and us) don’t really have anything to do with the specifics of licensing other than picking which license to use.

    I *think* that would be okay because it falls under a single use but I can’t really say for sure one way or another.

How can I add a tagline again on my Blog http://miApple.me on Enfold 2.6?

    Hello everybody.

    I bought the Enfold theme today and the first thing I’m trying to do is installing a child theme properly.
    I downloaded the enfold-child sample and uploaded to the website. I also imported the parent theme settings.
    I don’t know why my menu structure is wrong. When I shift back to the original Enfold theme, everythings turns correct again.

    It perfectly make sense what you are saying. I’ve enabled the secondary menu but its position is Top Bar at the right as you can see it now at alloelectricien.lu. But I want it to be displayed as at alloplombier.lu. How can I achieve that please?
    At alloplombier.lu which uses an old version of Enfold I was using this code:

    This is a new problem I have encountered:

    When I place a product grid object in a page the Enfold Latest News widget doesn’t show the latest posts
    Here is an Example:

    (the product grid is located at the bottom before the footer, the latest news widget is the one in the center column in the footer)

    In the rest of the website where the product grid is not showing the latest news widget works ok:

    Just to check, I created a page where the only content is the product grid and it isn´t working:

    The same happens with the default latest posts widget, so the problem may be laying on the Product Grid Object.

    I´ve been using the template for around 6 months and this bug is new, it used to be working fine. I don´t know if it has anything to do with the latest update of woo commerce. I mention this as it might help find the error

    Unfortunately I have no idea were this is coming from since enfold itself is not sending any additional headers. I did a quick source code check for some keywords like “must-revalidate” and there are non in the source code so I am not sure why this is happening for you :/
