.widget { padding-bottom: 0; }

1- Heading elements have 8px of bottom margin
2- Widgets have 30px of top and bottom padding

When slider caption has so much content, sometimes it does not fit. However you can add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab to decrease font size and padding around it as a workaround

I recommend you to go to Enfold theme options > Header Layout > Mobile Menu > Header Mobile Menu activation and choose 990px, so menu will not overlap your logo :)
