My website using Enfold has now lost custom color themes and resorted to a green color instead of the ones defined in theme options. Also, I am not able to edit any pages or posts as it gives me a critical error. Please see private details for website and login information.

yes, i know you do not support other plugins :-) i just like your opinionif if should request refound….
i’ve recently bought quform, but i’m not able to make any styles from quform appear on the site.
In the preview pane all set style like border color, background color appear, but not on the final page.
If i to somthing like this to enfolds qustom css:

 .quform-3 .quform-element-group > .quform-spacer > .quform-child-elements {
    background-color: #edf1f9 !important;
    border: 1px solid #1d335a!important;
    padding 5px!important;
}

this works, but it is not useable at least. Is something known about this issue?

I have many clients websites that all use Enfold and the Contact Forms are Not sending emails, when it says it is sent!
I also tried to “Recover my password” and I still didn’t receive any email on that.
Please help, I’ve always seemed to have issues with the Enfold emails going to Junk Mail, but now they aren’t sending at all!

Hello, please help! My entire website is down/not working. I can’t even post to the Kriesi website for support even though I thought the product I purchased had lifetime support. It appears somehow the Enfold theme was deleted from my website, but I haven’t even logged in or changed anything. It appears the Enfold Child theme is still there, but the main Enfold Parent theme is not.

There is an error message on the Appearance tab in WordPress that says: “Broken Themes. The following themes are installed, but incomplete. Name: Enfold Description: stylesheet is missing.” There is now an option to install the Enfold theme again on the Envato Market tab, but when I try to install the Enfold theme again is gives an error: “Destination folder already exists. /var/www/wp-content/themes/enfold/ Theme install failed.”. I tried clearing the cache, then re-installing, I tried from different browsers, and other problem solving and nothing seems to work.

The Enfold theme on my website seems to constantly have issues in regards to updates and I appreciate your help getting it working correctly. Please help make whatever urgent fixes are required to get the website working again (info shared in private content). I am unable to access the site by FTP or to upload files etc. due to personal matters I am still attending to and greatly appreciate your help. Thank you very much.

at the moment I am not able to enter the backend of one of my pages (the frontend loads, however). I received a wordpress warning hinting the enfold theme caused a critical error (error details below).
Unfortunately, the last backup is from last month and there have been major changes to the page since.

Hallo, wir überlegen das Enfold 2017 Theme zu installieren. Ist der Demo-content mit den Bildern von diesem Design dabei? Ich habe auf Envato nur alten Demo-content gesehen.
