Hi Frank!
Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is 2.9.2. If you are not, please update the theme via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750
You can use (Email address hidden if logged out) but please post login credentials here privately if updating the theme does not help

Hey Annemarie!
Please turn on Custom CSS field for ALB elements ( http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ ) and give your text blocks a unique class and then add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
@media only screen and (min-width:1140px) {
.custom-class div { min-height: 349px; }}
@media only screen and (max-width:1139px) and (min-width: 990px) {
.custom-class div { min-height: 382px; }}
@media only screen and (max-width:989px) and (min-width: 769px) {
.custom-class div { min-height: 466px; }}
Cheers!

Hi there, I’ve realized that the breadcrumbs inside portfolio items are not ok when I’m using WPML. At the begining, I though it was something related with my child theme, because the heavy changes I made it in. But after I try to do it with a fresh install of wordpress using just 3 Plugins and the lastest enfold version (2.9.2) without modify anything:
- WPML Multilingual CMS (v.3.1.7.2)
- WPML String Translation (v2.0.9.1)
- WPML Translation Management (v1.9.6)
I will show you in images, because I don’t know how to explain properly in english.
This is the image that I have for my page from a portfolio (only one item, but is write in spanish)

And this is the english portfolio

At this point, breadcrumbs works properly. We have “Inicio – Pagina en castellano” for spanish version and “Home – Page in english” for the english one.
The problem came, when I click on the portfolio item:

As you can see the breadcrumb is “Inicio – Page in english – Ejemplo 1 – Castellano” instead of “Inicio – Pagia en castellano – Ejemplo 1 – Castellano”
For English items works properly, but not in spanish.
I hope you can help me with this issue. Thank you.

Hi,
I am facing the same issue: Updated to Enfold 2.9.2 and all plugins, then updated WP to 4.0. Pages with Layout Builder load and load, but the AVLB does not appear. It happens with all plugins active or not, so does not seem to be any hazzle with plugins. Same applies to portfolio items, loading wheel keeps spinning, no content whatsoever is in reach to edit.
When trying do set up a new page or portfolio item, neither Layout builder nor standard editor are working.
Moreover, e.g. homepage`s permalink changed to an event title, somewhat like http://www.musikzentrale.net/jazz-sonntag-auf-der-landesgartenschau-mit-alltid2-und-michael-diehl – which is really strange and causes our Google ranking and visits to drop.
To make things even more weird, on writing blog posts, creating events etc., only the text editor shows up, visual editor does not react on clicking.
Any idea on how to solve this is highly appreciated.
Cheers. Sebastian.

Could you help me ?
Best regards
As i wrote in topic title, my portfolio grid disappear in homepage.
thanks for your reply :-)
Hey!
Not sure why it is applying target attribute on the menu link items. Please try to upgrade to WordPress 4.0 then update the theme to Enfold 2.9.2. Maybe, overriding the theme files will fix the issue.
Regards,
Ismael
Hey Peter!
Cheers!
Hey!
Please update the theme to the latest version (2.9.2).
Best regards,
Josue

Hey!
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to debug the issue if you don’t upgrade WP and Enfold. Please update the theme and WP then reconfigure the broken elements. Sometimes, clicking update on the page usually fix these issues. Please give us a link to the broken pages. We would like to check it.
Regards,
Ismael
Hey!
If you want to remove the meta infos, add this on Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS field:
span.post-meta-infos {
display: none;
}
Regards,
Ismael
Hi m00n!
Thank you for using Enfold.
You can edit includes > loop-index.php. Add the the_modified_date function. Please refer to this link: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/the_modified_date
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi zDigitalProduction!
Thank you for using Enfold.
You’re not using the latest version of the theme. The current one is not compatible with WP 4.0. Please download the latest version from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
This is a random issue with the breadcrumb. If the theme update doesn’t fix it. Please try the fix here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/fix-for-disappearing-titles-and-breadcrumbs/
I tested it on one of the page and it works: http://alom.wpengine.com/?page_id=1302 (hosted on WPengine)
Cheers!

Hello,
I installed the theme in another folder on the same website in order to create a different header and appearance for a specific service.
I cannot get the Advanced Layout Builder or the additional Enfold CSS and other options to show up.

Please advise.
Hi,
I setup the Enfold theme and have managed to work with it quite well after a while. Now that my Website is basically finalised I have two issues I cannot solve, no Idea why (Website URL: http://www.advoluchs.de) :
#1 On the Top of the main page there seems to be a whitespace but it is not there in the visual editor (i.e. between the menu and the beginning of the content there is a lot of space – marked red & blue in the picture): http://i57.tinypic.com/30bmvkm.jpg
#2 In the Contact Form (built throught the contact form shortcode of the enfold theme) the button is in the middle of one field, no Idea why and I can’t change it, played around with the fields and it’s always in the middle of the last one: http://i57.tinypic.com/30aqjop.jpg
Hope you can help me solve this. Thanks in advance.
Hi,
I have a stupid question. I don’t know why in my site with Enfold theme, I always have the Default Widgets on the right side even on page I explicitly pick my widget. It show my widget then right below it include the default widget.
Thanks,

Hey!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Please edit functions.php, find this code on line 16:
if(isset($avia_config['use_child_theme_functions_only'])) return;
Below, add this code:
function avia_add_custom_icon($icons) {
$icons['yelp'] = array( 'font' =>'entypo-fontello', 'icon' => 'ue802');
return $icons;
}
add_filter('avf_default_icons','avia_add_custom_icon', 10, 1);
function avia_add_custom_social_icon($icons) {
$icons['Yelp'] = 'yelp';
return $icons;
}
add_filter('avf_social_icons_options','avia_add_custom_social_icon', 10, 1);
You can now select Yelp at the very bottom of the social icons.
Cheers!

Hey!
@TheodoraPhotography: As a temporary solution, please update the theme via FTP. Refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
@nparent: Sorry for any inconvenience this problem might have cause you. I’ll ask Kriesi to take a look. For the meantime, please update the theme via FTP.
@mjaraas: Do you mind if we take a look at the website? Please try to deactivate the plugins, see if that changes anything. Enfold 2.9.2 should fix any issues with WordPress 4.0 but third party plugins that are not compatible with the latest WP release can ruin things up.
Regards,
Ismael
Hey!
I’m sorry but we won’t be able to help if we can’t access the actual site. Have you tried overriding the whole theme files again? Did this issue occur after you updated WordPress or Enfold? What is the current PHP version of the site? Please check the chrome console if you’re using Google Chrome, see if you can find any reported script errors.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi!
Thank you for using Enfold.
There is only a single slide on the page. I can’t see the transition. Please create a test page with two or more slides then enable 3D transition.
Cheers!

Gday there
I’ve been using the Masonry image Gallery in the past and was able to edit the Title of an image.
However, since the upgrade to WP4.0 and Enfold 2.9.2 I haven’t been able to edit the titles.
I have a short video here showing the process that I follow, and you can see that it doesn’t save the change.
I’m wondering if you can help me out, see if there’s something I am missing? or whether this is a new bug?

cheers

Hi Enfold Team!
I’m using the plugin Pie Register for the registration on my website. But I have a problem, I don’t know how to have a logout page.. If I’m login and I tried to go to the login page, the plugin charge the redirection page..
The perfect solution, would be the have a Logout link in the footer to logout directly, without needed to go in a new page. I don’t know if I’m understable..
Thank you for your help!
Adrien
Hi Luis,
You’d need to enable shortcode rendering there first, open /enfold/includes/helper-main-menu.php and look for line:
if($phone) { echo "<div class='phone-info {$phone_class}'><span>{$phone}</span></div>"; }
Replace it by this:
if($phone) { echo "<div class='phone-info {$phone_class}'><span>".do_shortcode($phone)."</span></div>"; }
Regards,
Josue
The accordion slider on the homepage has suddenly stopped working after upgrade to WordPress 4.0. See site at this address: http://novabook.us
The outline of the slider is there and it is rotating and sliding and so on, but the images no longer show up even when replaced and the links do not work properly—on click it just reloads the home page instead of going to the right location. This essentially puts the site down and out of business.
Is there a fix for this?
Is Enfold incompatible with WP 4.0?
Exactly what functions and sliders now do work with WP 4.0?
Am I going to have to redesign a home page to get it to work?
What are your suggestions?
The rest of the site seems to work normally. I hope you can help on this issue.
Thank you.

Hi!
Yes, there is no special panel for Enfold mega menus.
P. S. UberMenu can be integrated in Enfold – http://sevenspark.com/docs/ubermenu-enfold
Regards,
Josue
That is the partner/logo element with images of all the same size. For example: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/files/2013/10/wpml.png
The settings are:
