Do you mean that the only way to fix this problem now is to upload the 2.9.2 release through FTP? What will happen to my previous settings?P.S. I can’t update the theme through the Enfold settings page becasue the left sidebar completely disappeared.

JasonHi brand new site with Enfold 2.9.2 and WP 4.0, all plugins disabled and cache cleared in both Chrome and Firefox.
Have tried a few of the cool (jQuery powered?) features: Accordian FAQ and various sliders but issues with display of all of them.
Please see example of Accordian FAQ. The default content displays but the animation isn’t working – mouse click on toggle does not open display.

Is Kriesi working on an update to fix the Yoast plugin issues other than telling us to increase the memory to 128M? Because increasing the memory doesn’t fix anything Yoast related issues that have surfaced with the latest Enfold update. Their latest updates 1.6 &1.6.1 changed and added quite a few things. I won’t be surprised if the random permalink change has to do with the new wpseo_json_ld_search_output or wpseo_json_ld_search_url additions on the last 2 updates. Have you guys checked these among others?

Hi omchilin!
Go to your WordPress menus manager in the WordPress admin and you can assign a new menu. There is an issue with the dummy data import and 3.9.2 + WordPress 4.0 at the moment where the menu structure doesn’t get fully imported.
The next release will have a fix for it but in the mean time the only way to clean it up is manually just like you would be doing when setting up the menu for your own site.

The same thing is happening to me. I was trying to replace the default footer text but couldn’t find it in the widget area. After researching I my understanding is to just create a text widget and drag it to FOOTER – COLUMN 1. and so forth. That did replace “interesting links” but it sits lower than the default

Glad to hear it. There was a script update with WordPress and I know for many users it was an issue with their local cache trying to use the old script (either from Enfold or WordPress or both).
As for the ThemeForrest issue I wish there was something we could do about it but as of right now we can not. Kriesi provides support outside of ThemeForest voluntarily which is what the Premium support is. We simply don’t have access to or can even interact with Envato employees any more than you can as a user.

Just that you know those 3 together does not work .
I have the latest version of wp + enfold + ckeditor.
The Advanced layer slider does not display the images and there are js error like setcontent function does not exists or b.on does not exists.
Once CKEditor is disabled everything works as expected. (And it works beautifully if I may add …)
I can manage without CKEditor for now so no biggie for me.

a few moths ago we changed our theme to enfold. This was a good decision. No doubt! But we realized today, that all comments made in our blog before this theme-change, are not shown at all. We can see, they will be counted in meta.information above the blogpost. In the comment area a box shows the number of comments, but not the comments itself. The comments are not listed in the source-code either. No other comment plugin is installed and we are not using additional facebook comments.
All comments made after the migration work fine.
Strange. What’s the dfference between old an new comments? Guess we miss some settings?

Cannot make Codestyling Localizatiion for WooCommerce and even Enfold but it works great with Display Product.
– wp-config.php has
define('WPLANG', 'nb_NO');which is Norwegian Bokmål
– In Codestyling Localization: add language with nb_NO (very carefully checked that nb_NO is chosen)
– Rescan, find strings and translate
– Generate mo-file successfully (file timestamp also correct)In WooCommerce i can force translate and then WooCommerce is translated. Where is the translation saved? Could be the problem that wp does not read mo-file generated by Codestring Localization.
I’m really stuck. No idea where to look. Please help!!!

The links in my blog layout don’t seem to work. I use the Enfold theme settings and it looks fine, but the links of the article title and the ‘read more’ redirect to the homepage of my website in stead of the blog post. How to fix this?

I imported the Dummy Content: Posts, Pages, Categories and the masonry blog page is not the same as the demo. I was wondering if this is an error, or is designed this way, but i was hoping you guys could tell me how can i get the same exact format that is in the demo. That was one of the biggest selling points for me.
I already looked the forums to no avail.
Also how do you add an image to your profile in this forums.
Update: I’ve been tweaking with the pages and im kinda getting how to do it but more information on how to properly do it will be really helpful.
Also I have a question with the masonry options, it says to add a tag with the line “portrait” or “landscape” to alter the size of the image. But where do you do this? (sad that i can upload screenshots to show more accurately what im talking about)

JosueHi I have just purchased enfold theme. And the layout option in the theme option (activate:1030,activate:1210)does not really fit my requirement for the website. I want the max-width to be little bit more. How can I customize this value to fit?

Topic: Text All Over Slider
I have text written all over my front page and in the slider. My page is at: http://mickscarpet.com/
The text is all links of homnepage options such as: homev4 small slider, home v5 portfolio style, etc. etc. There are probably about 25-30 different stles and I don’t know how to take them off my hoe page.
I’ve just installed Enfold and have made zero changes to the default thus far except for donloading the “dummy.” I would apprciate any assistance.

KevinI just had it drawn to my attention that our homepage Layer Slider is not showing in Safari at all. It displays fine in Firefox and Chrome. How to resolve? Help asap is appreciated.

I do not normally use Safari and have no idea how long this is the case.
Wondering how much, on reviewing forums here, there are any incompatibility issues or conflicts with WP4 and Avia Framework, and especially with the integrated LayerSlider? Is there an Enfold update to address issues in this forum? There has been a release of new versions of LayerSlider, will there be a release with a seamless integration of it, again in Enfold update soon?
I have bought the plug-in seperately – Layer Slider. Is one able to update it one’s self within Enfold? I believed as already installed, cannot install it separately as a stand-alone.
Any directions here on being able to self-update, so to have the latest bug fixed version is appreciated.
May resolve the missing home in Safari (I hope).

Hi, I have been working on my website (franchiseelites.com) for months. However, indexing process with google is taking so long. Now, some dumb people started to copy and paste our content into his website and it seems google recognizes his content much quicker than ours. His website is on top of google search results with our content.
