I tried to do the enfold update on the wordpress side – it said it had failed as missing stylesheet. So I downloaded the files and tried to upload via ftp – but I have done something wrong big time as now I can’t even log on to the wordpress site – it is just showing a blank white page when I put in wp-admin.
Then after a while it is saying internal server error.
What have I don e- any ideas?

Hey!
As you are using a transparent header the transparent logo is being shown, which is 297×340, try changing that in Enfold > Header > Transparency Options.

Thank you for the reply. I have installed the plugin and created a custom menu “Furniture” and added pages to it: Tables, Lighting, Seating. I checked the radio buttons on these Furniture Pages for the Zen Menu to put the Furniture Menu there, but it has also replaced the Menu on all the Flute related pages to the Furniture menu since in the Menu Settings we only have the Enfold Main Menu to place the menu into, so the new Custom Furniture Menu replaces the Main Menu (Flutes Menu)Menu Settings

What should I do?
Hi there,
I have a live WordPress website that is not running Enfold. I would like to move it onto Enfold. It is hosted with GoDaddy.
How can I install Enfold and create the website so that I can simply change the pointing of the domain to the new Enfold site so there is no down time?
I have only created new sites, where I can turn on maintenance mode so no one see the site being developed. Then I turn off maintenance mode when it is ready. But this is different because I don’t want to take down the existing site until the other one is up and running.
I hope that makes sense.

The problem still persists even after adding those stuff to quick css.
As you can see from the picture even the social media buttons start going wrong at one point.
It changes to mobile/tablet view from 900px but these problems are within 900px-1405pxAnd of course, Enfold is the best theme I have ever used and I have no regrets for using it, you guys are simply awesome!

ich habe genau den selben Fehler. Der Layout Editor lädt immer (auch 4 Stunden wenn ich warte). Ausserdem kann ich z.B. keine Buttons wie die Optionen anklicken oder den Update-Button vom Enfold Theme.
Hab darum wie oeben beschrieben bereits Update via FTP auf 3.0.2 gemacht. Auch alle Plugins deaktiviert, trotzdem immer noch der selbe Fehler.
Was soll ich noch tun ? Oder mag sich jemand vom Team mal in mein Dashboard einloggen und kucken ?

I (like many other Enfold customers) have had problems with the latest WP update.
It has been impossible to use the advance editor (it just keeps spinning around), we can’t change back to the default editor, can’t make changes in the ‘Enfold’ area etc.
I’ve tried:
* Updating the theme (following the video) with plugins enabled
* Disabling all plugins (clearing the cache, refreshing the page etc)
* Then re-enabling plugins
* Updating the theme with all plugins disabled via ftp
NONE of the above in any order fixed the issue.I’ve then tried searching for the answer in the forums and came across somewhere where they recommended editing the wp-config file. I did this and now the website is completely down and I can’t even log into WP. This is the same in all browser versions.
Please help!!!! This is kind of urgent now!!!!

Just curious, I’ve installed the Jetpack WordPress plugin to enhance the wordpress options for customization. I want to offer an option to my readers to “like” my posts even if one chooses not to share the post on social media.
I’ve activated this functionality. But the “Like” option isn’t appearing per the configuration set-up.
Do you know if there is a conflict between this functionality and the Enfold Theme? If so, how can I include this option using the Enfold Theme customization?
I have no CSS experience. I don’t understand how to access .php or files to add coding. Eeek.

I’m looking for where I can change the mobile menu icons, both the lines and the closing X. I don’t want to use a .png file, but rather, the entypo-fontello icons currently used through Enfold. I can’t find where you guys added the icon for the mobile menu.

YigitI tried entering the analytics code in the footer but it appeared in the footer on the webpage,
then after removing it it from the footer, the website still shows the code.
p.s. i did it because google couldnt recognize the remarketing code i inserted in the enfold tracking info box. any solution to that as well ?
