Thanks for the login, I see that it looks like you have a site built with WPBakery Page Builder I would not recommend importing a demo site into your current site, Enfold includes it’s own custom page builder Advanced Layout Builder which can not be removed and other page builders conflict with.
If you want to migrate to Enfold and page builder I recommend creating a new WordPress install in a sub-directory or sub-domain and then import the demo there. The WPBakery shortcode is not compatible with our builder so you will need to create each page from scratch and not import them.
I don’t think this is the reason the demo import is not working, it’s probably a security option on your server. Please check your PHP settings to see if the secure options are activated.
If “allow_url_fopen, “allow_url_include” and “register_globals” are “off”
then try turning these “on”.
If this doesn’t help we can take another look on your new WordPress installation.Best regards,

I just placed a Logo instead of leaving the logo field empty and removed the code from the Quick CSS. I thought this would solve the problem with the Enfold Logo.
What happened is that my own logo replaced the Enfold logo only in Chrome as long I’m in the preview mode of WordPress. After I logged out of WordPress, Chrome, Mozillla, Safari and Tor are still displaying the Enfold Logo on every subsite and of course they do not show my onwn log on the main site.
I’ve also deactivated all Plugins = same result.
I’m getting crazy….

AlexEDIT: I solved the problem by replacing the Enfold Logo in wp/wp-content/themes/enfold/images/layout/logo.png with my own logo.

1. For the font, try to change it to Lato font. Also, regarding the colors, you don’t need to change them individually but you can change them in Enfold > General Styling, then change the color values in Main Content and Alternate Content.
2. Go to Enfold > General Styling > Alternate Content (tab) > set Default Background color to #39342d

We are having problems with Edwiser Bridge working with Enfold. I know the issue is with the theme as we have deactivated the theme and tested with the basic Twenty Nineteen WP theme and the issue goes away.
The problem we experience is that the Woocommerce Integration of Bitwiser does not save to the course as we apply it but reverts back to no integration after editing and saving and opening the course again.
The site is currently in a stage environment and we would urgently want to launch it to the root domain once this issue is resolved.

Schalk1) I installed the Enfold Restaurant Demo and changed the default styling from Brown to Splash Green in the General Styling Settings. Unfortunately, the font has also changed as a result! Both styling settings, however, say “open sans” as the font. It looks even worse with “flower green”! Is there a way to prevent this? And are there any other changes involved besides the fonts?
Do I now have to change each color individually to bring green to my page?2) In the form on the “locations” page, the background color unfortunately disappears (or is white), I would like it to be brown (like in the demo) or preferably green. Where do I have to make which settings?

Thank you for your patience, I tried to login to your dev site but I get a DNS error, so I assume that this site is down.
I see that your live site is using v4.7.5 I believe there was an error in this version so you will need to manually update and then future updates will work successfully.
To update your version of Enfold you will need to download the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New
after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue
then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.

leider konnte meine zerstörte Seite (mit Demo ENFOLD Restaurant) nicht per restore gerettet werden, jedenfalls bekomme ich es nicht hin.
Wie kann ich das Demo-Theme sauber löschen und neu installieren, um wieder neu anzufangen? Es eilt sehr.

You can login on ThemeForest account that you used when purchasing Enfold and go to Downloads page to download the latest version and update the theme – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ preferably via FTP.
Enfold 5.2.1 is compatible with WP 6.1.x and PHP 8.0.x. It should work fine with 8.1 as well. We have made some improvements and they will be available in upcoming version :)

Now I want to do a completely new installation because Hoster has updated on php 8.1. Website is completely off. All deleted.Questions:
Must I buy a new enfold theme or can I get a (free) update?
If so, where can I get the update?Will enfold run on basic wordpress 6.1.1 (I have already installed)

It seems like you have modified WooCommerce files on your child theme. Could you please temporarily switch to Enfold parent theme, clear cache and check if that helps?

1- I have reverted the oldest available revision on your homepage. Could you please review it?
2- To display revisions, I simply went to Enfold theme options and switch the editor from block editor to classic editor. Then, I edited your page and clicked “Screen options” on the top right corner and then enabled “revisions”. Then I clicked on the oldest available one and reverted to it :)
3- The way our forums are set up, there is always a moderator available to check the threads. Kriesi and our lead developer are from Austria however all moderators speak English. So as I mentioned in the other thread, you can post in German if you feel more comfortable. In case your case is urgent, please attach “Urgent” to the thread title and we will try to prioritize it :)
