Hi guys happy new year!
When I upgrade to 5.3 does it automatically move custom uploaded fonts to the newfolders or do I need to go in to the theme control panel > delete and re-upload them?
All of my Enfold sites have custom fonts – just trying to save a bit of time.
Hi Alex,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.3.1.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi,
Enfold is fully compatible with PHP 8, maybe you are running an old version of the theme? If you should need any further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hey amitshemesh96,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
select {
font-family: sans-serif;
}

Hello,
since I updated my Enfold-Theme to version 4.7.6.3 I can’t edit any of my Slides.
When I visit the LayerSlider WP tab I can still see all of my Slides, but when I choose any of them there is a white page without content.
Maybe I just have to update the Plugin (I have version 6.11.2) but I don’t know how to do it, because the Plugins tab don’t shows the LayerSlider Plugin in the list.
Thanks for your help.
Sincerely,
Alex

Hi,
Glad Ismael could help, if you have any further questions please create a new thread and we will gladly try to help you. Thank you for using Enfold.
Best regards,
Mike
I created a new wordpress site with enfold and imported the enfold settings from a identical page.
Afterwards I imported also all blog posts, media data and so on from the old page.
The problem is, that I always see a 404 error on all pages except homepage & blog (with postname under permalinks).
The funny thing is that it works with the simple permalink structure (*****/?p=123).
I already tried everything but it did not worked and now I have no more ideas.
I am a senior frontend developer and have already implemented dozens of pages with enfold but I don’t know what to do here.
See private content for further informations.
Thanks in advance.
Hey claugutierrezt,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Looks the icon is pushed outside the box area. Adding this css code should fix the issue or adjust the position of the accessibility icon.
#pojo-a11y-toolbar .pojo-a11y-toolbar-toggle svg {
max-width: inherit;
color: white;
fill: white;
width: 13px;
height: 13px;
position: absolute;
top: 4px;
left: 4px;
}
Please make sure to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings and purge the cache after adding the css code.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi,
Thank you for the update.
Please try to use this css code instead.
.wc-pao-addon .wc-pao-addon-wrap .wc-pao-addon-radio {
width: auto;
float: left;
margin-right: 10px;
margin-top: 4px;
}
.wc-pao-addon .wc-pao-addon-wrap .wc-pao-addon-checkbox {
float: left;
margin-top: 4px;
margin-right: 10px;
}
After adding the css code, please make sure to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings, then purge the cache.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hey Eleina,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Updating to version 5.3.1.1 should fix the issue. Please download the latest version from your Envato account or do an automatic update from the theme options. After the update, make sure to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings and purge the cache.
Let us know if this helps.
Best regards,
Ismael
We use the Wild Apricot member management software for our organization. They have a wordpress plugin that allows you to use a short code to restrict page content to registered users only. This short code is not working on the new website we are setting up with the Enfold template. The short code end link is displaying as text on the website and no content is restricted. We have been succesfully using this plugin with other templates for years. Please help.
Hey Eleven11Creations,
Thank you for the inquiry.
There are a few things you could try to troubleshoot this issue:
1.) Make sure that you have the latest version of the Enfold theme installed.
2.) Check your server logs for any errors that might be related to the demo import process. This can help you identify any issues that might be preventing the demo from being imported.
3.) Make sure that your server has the necessary resources (e.g. memory, disk space) to import the demo. The required resources will depend on the size of the demo you are trying to import.
4.) Try importing the demo using a different web browser.
5.) If you are using a caching plugin, try disabling it temporarily to see if that helps.
We hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions. If the issue persists, please provide the login details in the private field so that we can check it further.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hey tonias2,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Have you tried to temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings?
And aside from disabling the file compression, you can also try the following steps:
1.) Clear your browser’s cache and cookies and try loading the editor again.
2.) Deactivate all plugins and then reactivate them one by one to see if any of them are causing a conflict with the Enfold editor.
3.) Make sure that your WordPress and server environments meet the minimum requirements for running the theme.
We hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.
Best regards,
Ismael

Hi Ismael,
thanks for your answer. But I must say, that I don’t know,
what you mean with ‘private token’.
I set the tokens at envato as described in the support-file from kriesi.
I told you the url of that file I found before.
That’s what I know and did:
Please, see, that this website is still under construction, but that couldn’t be a reason for the described problem.
I share the URL and password under ‘private content’.
The private token is entered.
If you need FTP data, please let me know.
Thanks for supporting me
Stefan
Hi,
I’m using the privay cookies from enfold and also its magnificpopup-function.
When using mangnificpopup to load content of an side (via abc/xyz?iframe), then the cookies badge is shown in the iframe, even if the user has accepted it and clicked it away already on the start-side. Seems to be a bug. Is there a solution?
I#ll give you example links in the privat area.
Best
Tim
Hi,
I’m just starting a new website, working on the home page and playing around with one of Enfold’s new image options: Image Element > Advanced > Animation > Image Hover Effect – But I do notice that the image link does not work. Am I correct that you cannot link an image elsewhere if you are using this feature? It’s really cool by the way, I love it!
It’s the three images at the bottom of the page under What We Do on the homepage shown here:
https://watermarkredevelopment.com/bypass
I received this notice from WordPress during the holidays. Maybe this is the issue.
An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 49 of the file /var/www/wp-content/themes/enfold.bk/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/chart/chart.php. Error message: Access level to avia_sc_chart::shortcode_insert_button() must be public (as in class aviaShortcodeTemplate)
Hi,
We imported the Enfold band demo, but on the front end of the site we get a critical error. Details are in the private content. Can you help?
Hey frawer,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.wc-pao-addon-wrap label {
display: inline;
}
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi mikehuber,
The login details you posted are not working. Please open a new thread and include working WordPress admin login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
Rikard
Thank you!
That is the problem. Before the enfold update (like staging site) it worked with this function.
After the update it is not working.
But I would like to have the archive only in years. Is there a possibility?
Best regards
Barbara
Hi,
I just switched a new site also to Enfold and now I have a problem with formatting Radiobuttons and Checkboxes.
On:
the Radio Buttons and Checkboxes appear above not in front of the Product Options. With the normal WordPress Themes this was working fine, with Enfold ther buttons are shown a line above the options.
Any ideas how to fix this?
Thank you very much!!!!

Hi,
Your archive link is not correct, it should be a month and year but yours is only showing the year:

I commented out this custom function on your staging site:
// Blog Archiv nur Jahre anzeigen
function my_limit_archives( $args ) {
$args['type'] = 'yearly';
return $args;
}
add_filter( 'widget_archives_args', 'my_limit_archives' );
add_filter( 'widget_archives_dropdown_args', 'my_limit_archives' );
and now your archive links are working correctly:

Try this on your live site.
Best regards,
Mike
