    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Are you using the Image element in the Advance Layout Builder? You should be able to select or adjust the image size in the Image element editor (Styling > Size > Image Size).

    To adjust the size of the featured images, you have to adjust the size of the entry_with_sidebar or entry_without_sidebar thumbnails manually using this code in the functions.php file.

    I am still having HUGE problems! I can open the content in ALB now which I could not do after the site went down on Saturday. So, I started doing edits and rebuilding lost content. But now, Enfold is not saving them correctly. The page keeps getting corrupted and I keep losing work.
    For example:
    • In a simple area that is a 1/1 with only a text box in it, Enfold added content that looks like it was supposed to be an icon. I haven’t placed any icons into the page.
    • One of my grids with 5 columns became corrupt and some of the columns were missing. The grids “breaking” has been happening all day long.

    I screenshots of the examples, just no way to submit them here.

    I am so far behind now. I really need help to get Enfold working right.

    I have a client site using the enfold theme that is causing excessively high CPU usage at the hosting server… exceeding the limits of the package, or ANY of the packages they offer, far beyond normal range.

    Have you seen issues when pages remain open in the browser for long periods of editing that may use WooCommerce or the Sensei LMS plugin? Or any other processing-intensive scripts or plugins that might create such an issue?

    We are running 6.1.1 WordPress and 5.4.1 of the theme.

    What we know so far:
    1) The client was in fact editing 4 pages over a long period that remained open in her browser… however, this doesn’t seem abnormal.
    2) I am checking with a third-party developer who helped setup the Sensei LMS system that might be a source of an issue in the child theme > functions PHP file at line 161 of that code.
    3) Because this is a working site for taking orders and students taking online courses, it is very difficult to shut down plugins to test actual issues.
    4) Including an excerpt of the thread from SiteGround in the Private Content section.

    Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for your prompt reply.
    Good to know that Envato API is not working anymore.
    However, I tried to upload the new Enfold Theme as you recommended, it starts uploading / installing theme .zip package, but it always ends up to error screen where is only text:

    So, when I look at the Demo pages of enfold, there are many layout/templates for the various pages. as can be seen in these demos from this page
    I have tried to upload/install one of the themes and I continue to get an error that says,
    Download of files for demo Construction Demo didn’t work!
    You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.
    I did this and still it is not working.

    I have updated PHP to 7.4 and I reset using WordPress Reset, but it still will not upload
    I am trying to import the Enfold Construction Demo for http://www.mooretreese.ca

    Hi,
    when I update my website from 4.7.6.4 to enfold 5.4 my whole website is broken. Backend and Frontend: HTTP ERROR 500
    Whithin the Child Theme Options there was no update available, so I uploaded the enfold 5.4 data via FTP and renamed the theme folder “enfold-neu” to “enfold”. I use a Enfold Child Theme.
    To find out about the details instead of Enfold I activated a wordpress standard theme. Then there was no error. Also I deactivated all the plugins and activated then one by one. With the wordpess standard theme all went fine. But when I chance to enfold version 5.4 theme the error ist back. It seems that an error occurs with woocommerce plugin.
    PHP-Version is: 8.0.28
    Wordpress-Version: 6.1.1

    We got a warning from Google saying that the API key which we use for Google Maps is publicly accessible on our website.

    This is indeed the case: There are several JavaScript variables avia_framework_globals.* which contain this API key in the source code of the webpages which display a Google map.

    Is this a bug of the Enfold theme? Or is this just a false alarm?

    You can use any demo you like as a base for your website.

    You could use the Masonry (https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/masonry/) or the Masonry Gallery (https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/masonry-gallery/) elements to display your products. I think the Image with Hotspots element (https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/image-with-hotspots/) would be useful to highlight the features of your bikes.

    wir sind aktuell auf der Suche nach einem passenden Theme für unser neue Homepage. Das Enfold Theme gefällt uns schon sehr gut. Da wir Lastenräder verkaufen sind Bilder von diesen großen Fahrzegen sehr wichtig. Unter den Demos konnte ich leider kein Fall aus dem Bereich Mobilität/Fahrrad/Auto finden.

    Können sie mir Referenzen aus diesem Bereich nennen? Es muss kein Onlineshop sein, sondern eine reine Infopage reicht vollkommen aus.

    Hey tleipone,
    Thanks for your question Envato doesn’t use the API anymore, for a couple of years they have used the Token, but you can’t use the Token in your version to update you will need to manually update first then create a token within your Envato account.
    To update your version of Enfold you will need to download the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New

    after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue

    Hey Guys,
    I’m using woocommerce with my Enfold theme to provide a shop and I am constantly having problems. Normally it says woocommerce is not installed and the whole shop is not showing. Now I deleted woocommerce and installed a new version. Bought a new Germanized pro and so on. Now everything seems to work, but when I open the webpage on my mobile device, it would not open the shop. And I have no idea, what else could be the problem, since there is no error showing.
    Can you help please?

    Hi,
    We have been using Enfold Theme since 2018 and we bought it from Envato Market.
    We are having:
    – WordPress: 6.1.1
    – PHP version: 7.4.29
    Our site is a bit slow and Elementor is not working well. We started to look at the issues and noticed that our Enfold version is really old (4.7.6.4), so we would like to update it.

    So I tried to update it directly from WP -> Enfold (EN) -> Theme update.
    In order to do that, I got the Envato API code to update it automatically. However, Enfold page tells that:

    “Theme Updates
    No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.7.6.4)
    Check Manually
    Your PHP version: 7.4.29    ”

    On the other hand I can see that the latest version of Enfold is 5.4. So my question is that why I cannot update the Theme from WP -> Enfold and how can I do it?

    Dear support team,

    I was now able to solve the problem myself: there was a connection with the plugin WP Fastest Cache. When I deactivated it, the font display was correct again.

    Does ENFOLD often cause problems with this plugin?
    Can you recommend me another cache optimization plugin that works here?

    Dear support team,

    I ran a theme update from ENFOLD for the following website (https://meine-achtständigkeit.de/) and since then I’ve had a problem with the font display.

    For the headings h1 and h2 I have defined the font “Cormorant Garamond”, all other headings and texts are in “Lato”. I integrated the Google Fonts directly into the website via the import function.
    So far, the font display was as follows: https://meine-achtständigkeit.de/support/fonts.png

    Since the theme update, the same page looks like this: https://meine-achtständigkeit.de/support/fonts-aktuell.png

    I have uploaded and linked all the fonts again – but without success. I have also tried loading a standard font such as TIMES as h1, but this did not change the appearance either. Now I have reset the h1 to the desired font “Cormorant Garamond”.

    What else can I do to ensure that the fonts are displayed correctly again?

    What PHP-Version do you suggest for this theme? The Plugin-Support from Vendidero (wooCommerce Germanized) recommends PHP 8.0 …

    Dear Enfold Support,

    I have two issues in need of your help:

    (1) My PayPal smart buttons are not appearing on some browsers and devices. I copied all the completed Paypal code – HTML in <div> tags and two Javascripts <script> – and pasted everything into a single code block. I left the “Code Wrapper Element” blank … but is there a tag I should use in the code block? Is there a better way to add the Paypal code with the Enfold theme?

    (2) The burger/menu is not showing up on my site on mobile devices. Here are my settings under “Main Menu”:

    • I don’t have an alternate mobile menu
    • The menu items for mobile are activated for smartphones and tablets.
    • Always display submenu items
    • Default menu icon style
    • Sidebar flyout menu (classic)
    • Menu icon color is white (#ffffff), which should show up on the dark header
    • Flyout width is 350px

    I am trying to create posts carousel in Layer Slider 7 by creating 3 dynamic layers: [image], [title], [excerpt] with simple linear transition. Both [title] and [excerpt] work perfectly fine on embed version but [image] is visible only in Preview mode.
    I created 4 posts to check how the slider works and in the 4th slide I added the same image as a background. On this 4th slide background image is showing fine but the dynamic layer [image] is still not visible on the page, but looks fine in Preview Project mode.
    What could be done to make it properly show all dynamic layers or may be you can suggest another way to show posts carousel in Enfold. (I tried Post Slider but it looks terrible on mobile phone screen.)

    Hi Ismael, the File Compression settings are disabled within the Enfold settings. Is that the settings you mean?

    I haven’t installed a lazy load plugin,and lazy load is deactivated within the Enfold settings and the module settings on the page as well.

    I’ve also tried deactivating the performance plugin I use which could be compressing the scripts with no luck.
