Try going to Enfold Theme Options ▸ Custom Error 404 Page and if you are using Redirect to selected page with your homepage selected, then change this to Select Page.
If this is not the current setting, then click the option Redirect to selected page and see if the homepage was selected, if so change this to Select Page.
If not, check the Maintenance Mode option by selecting Enabled – Redirect to selected page ad see if any page is selected, if so change this to Select Page. and the disable and save the theme settings.

This should solve if not then please include an admin login in the Private Content area so we can be of more assistance.

Ok, I can probably change it, so as I understand you want Kostenlos

to be lowercase, try this CSS in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:

.tribe-events-event-cost {
	text-transform: lowercase;
}

After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.

Earlier you wrote that you wanted to change Eintritt but you didn’t say to what and I don’t see it on the page you linked to, is it on a different page?

Topic: After update to Enfold 5.6.5, Advance Layerslider post title no longer appearing

We upgraded Enfold from 5.6.3 to 5.6.5 and afterward the Advanced Layerslider was no longer displaying the post title as it was before the update. This is what we have in place for the layer “Slide Topic Post Details” in ALS:

<div>[title]</div>

It has worked for years, but after upgrading to 5.6.5 the text [title] is displayed instead of the post title itself. Is this a bug with Advanced Layerslider or has something changed we need to adjust for?

We had to roll back to 5.6.3, but the website details are in Private Content along with a link to a screenshot of how the slider title looked right after the upgrade. Any insight you can provide is appreciated.

I’m building a site using Enfold and Elementor and I’m hitting an issue where I can’t edit with Elementor, but only when trying to create a popup with Elementor (Templates > Popups). I’m not having the issue when creating/editing pages or posts with Elementor, and I’ve tested a few other template styles (header, section, etc.), but it seems like only the popups are triggering this error. Also, I’m using Enfold and Elementor on other sites without this issue. I have a ticket open with Tier 2 support at Elementor, but they’re saying that, because the issue resolves when they switch to a default theme, I should talk to Enfold support.

I have a version of the site set up for you to play with, where all the other plugins are already disabled, and a temp login link in the private content. And here’s a screencast of the issue, showing how I get the error when trying to create or edit popups, but not with headers, sections, or pages:

I’m trying to add a line break in the Heading Text box of a Special Heading in the Enfold theme and am getting this warning:

Is there another, safer way to simply add a line break?

I’d like to use the dates stored in an ACF field to generate the order of these events.

This is the css in your Quick CSS adding the circle around the menu item:

so you could remove this from both of your languages and clear your cache plugin.
To add your light orange background color to the active menu item, go to Enfold Theme Options ▸ Advanced Styling and add a second Main Menu Links from the drop down option

and then check Apply only to active state and add your background color, you will need to do this for each language and then clear your cache plugin.

The problem was the Cookie Consent set in Enfold > Privacy and Cookies > Cookie Handling > Default Cookie Behaviour, is set to Essential cookies are accepted on first page load, user must opt in which disallows external video content like youtube from running, you should set it to All cookies and services are accepted on first page load, user can opt out

Thanks again for finding a solution to this – really happy with this. I used to use an old script for adding SKUs to the default search however it now uses depreciated code (and it was a slow query) so this is a much better solution.

Can the documentation be updated with the new snippet/filter once 5.6.6 gets released?

There are a few highly ranking Enfold forum entries with the incorrect solution on them. If they are still open to comment I’ll add the new solution to the posts once 5.6.6 is released.

You may need to temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings in order to ensure that the adjustments in the font sizes to take effect. Also, make sure to purge the cache before checking the page again.

There is no option for disabling the fade-in effect by default. However, you can achieve it by adding the following CSS code. Please keep in mind that if the slider contains more than one image, this modification will disrupt the default transition behavior.

You may need to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings in order to ensure that the changes take effect.

The site is using an older version (5.2.2) of the theme, which might be the reason why the site is not displaying correctly on mobile view. Please upgrade the theme to version 5.6.5, toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings, then purge the cache afterward.

I have used this theme with this site for many years. In April, I had an issue where if I updated the site, it broke half of it. Some images would not appear, some copy as well.

In the end, I had to delete everything and restore it. That was the final fix.

Well, it just happened again over the weekend. If I made any change to the site, it would break it. I had to delete the entire site and database as well, and then restore it.

Then I realized that I had an old version of Enfold, 4.7.3, yet WordPress told me it was up to date. I downloaded and installed the Envato market plugin.

The first time I told it to update, it said I had the latest version. The second time I clicked, it went through, and I was at 5.6.5. It immediately broke the site.

I had to delete the entire site, along with the database again, and reload it. That’s where I’m at. I have some updates I need to do, and it appears I can do them again.

But I know I will end up in the same situation, and I would really like to be up to speed at 5.6.5. My server setup doesn’t offer staging, unfortunately, and there are reasons for that.

I only use three plugins, and I will gladly give you access. I know I have been out of support for years, but I will gladly purchase it if you can help me with this issue. I inquired if I should just do so and was directed here.

More details about this are over in the comments section about your theme. I appreciate your support and will shout it from the rooftops if you can help me sort this out.

Thank you for your patience, I see the site is using the v5.5, please update to v5.6.5 then the Enfold Theme Options ▸ Newsletter ▸ Mailchimp needs to be reverified and then each mailchimp element on your pages needs to be opened and resaved.

Hello Mike,
Thank you for your update. I changed that link and when I made the headers have a sticky menu; it shows up as a stretched image. If you log in and go to Enfold Header menu * then select the sticky menu and save, you see that the logo then becomes stretched again.
Please help.

When I check the source link to your logo it looks like it is coming from a CDN (cloudinary.com) and not your site and the image served is stretched. See the link below and open in a new tab.
Is this the url in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ Header ▸ Transparency Options ▸ Transparency Logo?

If it is change it to the second link below that is a direct link to your image, paste this second url into the field and do not click upload click save all settings instead.

If your link is already the correct second link, then your CDN (cloudinary.com) plugin is scaling the image to a stretched one, find and disable this plugin, or ask the plugin author how to set it to use the correct image, or exclude this image from the CDN so the correct image is shown.
