    Hi Ismael,

    It seems to be loaded in the frontend as well.

    I was using “Code Profiler Pro” with a not-logged-in user. I used a woocommerce cart hash from another non-logged user with a filled shopping cart to simulate the request to the cart.

    It loads tons of scripts but first page runner ups as far as enfold is concerned are sorted by execution time:

    wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/base-classes/class-popup-templates-base.php

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    We reset the options in the Settings > Reading panel to default. The home and blog pages should be set in the Enfold > Theme Options panel. We then adjusted the Enfold > Blog Layout options a bit to display the posts on a grid.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hey mgyura,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Based on the video, it seems you’ve identified that the Tribe Events Event Calendar and Divi plugins are responsible for the database spikes. This observation was made in the “Object Caching and Performance” chapter of the video, and Divi is also referenced in the “Identifying Slow Requests” chapter. These incidents might be related to scheduled tasks or CRON jobs executed by the plugins.

    In light of this, in the “Database Resources and Options” chapter, you can reduce the autoloaded data in the database by turning off the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings. You can then opt for a different plugin, such as Autoptimize, to handle file compression. Additionally, if your cache plugin offers compression features, you can make use of those as well.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,
    Try this CSS in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:

    #top #testimonialtemp .avia-slideshow-arrows a.prev-slide {
    	left: -2px;
    }
    @media only screen and (max-width: 500px) {
    	.responsive #top #testimonialtemp .av-large-testimonial-slider.avia-testimonial-wrapper .avia-testimonial {
    	    padding: 0px 30px;
    	}
    }

    Please ensure to copy the code from the forum and not an email notification so the symbols are not converted.
    After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.
    This is the expected mobile results:

    Hey Gianluca,
    Thank you for your patience, the “search-no-results” is not a 404 page so it can’t redirect to your custom 404 page.
    For your chart titles, try this CSS in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:

    #top #wrap_all .all_colors .avia-content-slider-element-container h3.slide-entry-title {
    	color: #fff;
    	text-align: center;
    }

    After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
    Try this CSS in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:

    #testimonialtemp .avia-testimonial-wrapper {
      background: url('https://mygolfcoaches.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/horizantalgolfbackground.jpg');
      background-size: contain;
      padding: 50px;
      margin: 0;
    }
    #testimonialtemp .avia-slideshow-arrows a {
      transform: translateY(150%);
    }
    #testimonialtemp .avia-testimonial-content.av_inherit_color p,
    #top #testimonialtemp .avia-testimonial-wrapper .avia-testimonial-name {
      color:#fff;
    }
    #top #testimonialtemp .avia-slider-testimonials.av-control-minimal-dark .avia-slideshow-arrows a {
        color: #fff;
    }
    #top #testimonialtemp .av-control-minimal-dark .avia-slideshow-arrows a:before {
        border-color: #fff;
    }

    I assumed that you wanted the text and arrows white also so I included that css, this is the expected results:
    Enfold_Support_3072.jpeg
    Please ensure to copy the code from the forum and not an email notification so the symbols are not converted.
    After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.

    HI Mike,

    Thanks for your answer. Indeed I’m using OVH.
    I chose Enfold theme because some friends told me it was the easiest solution to customize WordPress.. I’m very disapointed to hear that it doesn’t work properly. Unfortunately I don’t have technical skills to set up a localhost.
    How can I do ? Could you help me please ? I created temporaly admin credentials and gave it to you in my first post

    Hey Dzimnikov,
    Thank you for the link to your site, it looks like the testimonials are in a color section that is light green now, have you tried adding the background image to the color section, or do you want the background image limited to the testimonials only with the light green also showing?
    To make the arrows smaller on mobile devices try this CSS in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 500px) {
    #top #testimonialtemp .av-slideshow-ui.av-loop-endless .avia-slideshow-arrows > a, #top #testimonialtemp .av-slideshow-ui.av-loop-manual-endless .avia-slideshow-arrows > a, #top #testimonialtemp .av-slideshow-ui .avia-slideshow-arrows.av-visible-prev > a.prev-slide, #top #testimonialtemp .av-slideshow-ui .avia-slideshow-arrows.av-visible-next > a.next-slide {
    	    width: 30px;
    	    height: 30px;
    }
    #top #testimonialtemp .av-control-minimal .avia-slideshow-arrows a:before {
        line-height: 30px;
    }
    #top #testimonialtemp .av-large-testimonial-slider .avia-slideshow-arrows a {
        font-size: 20px;
    }
    }

    Please ensure to copy the code from the forum and not an email notification so the symbols are not converted.
    After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.

    Hi,
    You had the color section below the bule bar using “Huge Padding”, I changed to none:
    Enfold_Support_3068.jpeg
    please clear your browser cache and your WPRocket cache check.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
    Thank you for the link to your site, I believe that this is a object-oriented cache issue, as all of the page elements are in their start state of hidden.
    I cloned your homepage and saved is as “test-home” linked below and all of the lower columns that create a grid used Column Animation, once I changed this to no animation all of the columns showed, I also did this with the yellow “call-to-action” column so it now shows. But unfortunately there is no way to remove the animation from the slider.
    Nonetheless I know you want animation on your page, I tried clearing your Lite Speed Cache and disabling the Enfold Theme Options ▸ Performance ▸ JS & CSS file merging and compression but this didn’t help.
    I recommend trying to disable the Lite Speed Cache completely and empty the server Lite Speed Cache in order for your site to allow the animation to work, I’m not sure how long it will take the server to clear the cache. Then you can enable the Lite Speed Cache again with the very minimum settings, I not sure which setting is casing this, but I kind of recall an issue with object-oriented cache in the past.
    Please check the test page below, and try this.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hey Diana,
    Thanks for the screenshot and the link to your site, but the login is not working, nonetheless I examined the slider and on the frontend the scale is 2.1%, that is more that double:
    Enfold_Support_3066.jpeg
    I believe the issue is a misunderstanding, you want to set the scale to how much larger that you want it, if you want it 100% larger, or double in size, you would choose 100%
    So in your case choose 10% to make it 10% larger, or a total of 110%. I tested this on my install and it works, please try.

    Mike

    We’re getting a lot of database calls to Avia (even on sites that happen to be on the same network as other Enfold sites but that aren’t using Enfold at all). Is there any way to optimize Enfold so that we can lessen the server load?

    In reply to: Can’t import demo

    Hi,
    Thanks for your patience, please try to manually import a theme demo.
    Are you using the webhost OVH? They have a issue that we have not been able to resolve, To work around this try importing your demo on a localhost install and using the Duplicator plugin to migrate/clone it to your OVH host, this has worked for other OVH users.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hey Elena,
    Thank you for the link to your site, I added this css to your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:

    #header.av_header_transparency .logo img {
    	width: 400px;
    }
    #header.av_header_transparency .logo>a>img {
    	visibility: hidden;
    }

    Please clear your browser cache and check.
    Feel free to change the 400px to the size you wish.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your patience, it looks like TRAINING may be a child of DFR, please check and if you are able to change this then please do.
    If you are not able to change this because the structure is needed elsewhere, or this doesn’t help, try this CSS in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:

    #top.page-id-117 #menu-item-154 a {
    	color: #7f7e7e;
    }

    After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.

    Hi,
    I have numbered these three questions to identify them.
    1: glad that you like the idea to create new sites for the languages like guidedtour/it, guidedtour/fr, guidedtour/en, etc

    2: it is possible to automatically redirect based on language, I would recommend trying to find a plugin for this so it will be easy to manage, but it can also be do with the .htaccess file. More research would need to be done to find the solution. But I would still plan on adding a language selector to your header so all of the sites are linked together.

    3: I see that your site is slow there is no difference between sub-directories or sub-domains. One way to improve your site is to use the LiteSpeed caching in your cPanel, try using this plugin to activate it LSCache for WordPress, and then remove the plugins you are not going to use, sure as WPML Multilingual CMS, & Loco Translate, & JetPack etc.
    Your images can be compressed, I tested one on tinyjpg.com and it could be 82% smaller
    Enfold_Support_3061.jpeg
    Try using the TinyPNG plugin to make your images smaller.

    I recommend first getting your site to run faster before cloning it to create your other sites, try these suggestions and if you need further help please open a new thread so this one will stay on the topic of cloning the main site to create the other sites. Once your site is working well then let us know in this thread and we can make your clones.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    In the column setting, I have partially set an individual top margin. Let’s say of 30. The column to the right automatically takes this setting if I have 2 columns (this is normal and standard).

    But since a few months it destroys this setting after the update of Enfold. The column on the right does not take over the setting of 30.

    See: https://prnt.sc/b70EPguNEbPh

    Is there a css workaround I can use, there are many pages I need to adjust?

    Thanks to all, Tom

    In reply to: Productpage

    Hi,
    Thank you for your patience, the “no-products-found” container is because you have this function at the bottom of your functions.php

    function custom_pre_get_posts_query( $q ) {
        $tax_query = (array) $q->get( 'tax_query' );
        $tax_query[] = array(
               'taxonomy' => 'product_cat',
               'field' => 'slug',
               'terms' => array( 'cursus' ), // Don't display products in the clothing category on the shop page.
               'operator' => 'NOT IN'
        );
        $q->set( 'tax_query', $tax_query );
    }
    add_action( 'woocommerce_product_query', 'custom_pre_get_posts_query' );

    Or you can try Ismael’s css.
    To correct the Herfstcursus image size try this CSS in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:

    #top.archive .thumbnail_container img {
        height: 324px;
    }

    Best regards,
    Mike
