We are not yet sure what is causing the issue, but upgrading the theme from 5.6.4 to the latest version 5.6.6 might help. Please upgrade the theme, then temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings afterward. Let us know if this helps.

The easiest solution would be to upload images with the same size and aspect ratio. The featured images in the posts above vary widely in size, one is 1210px in width while the other is only 400px. Other options are to edit the enfold/includes/loop-index.php template file and assign a different thumbnail to display in the posts, or use the avf_post_featured_image_link filter.

Thank you for the update.

I am guessing that using Enfold compressions, WP Fastest Cache compressions AND AO compressions would not be a good idea. . . I have another thread on that question.

Using one of the option listed above should be enough, and you don’t have to combine them. The result might differ on each website, so you have to play around with the settings a bit until you get the best result.

Any idea why it would only be a mobile issue?

According to the pagespeed insight tool, the images in the site are not compressed and sized properly. Installing an image compression, enabling lazy loading and converting jpeg images to webp should help. And for some reason, the gtag script is loaded twice. Did you install a plugin for Google Tag Manager?

If the issue persist, try to temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings in order to ensure that the changes take effect, and post the site URL in the private field.

You might need to switch to the default WooCommerce 3.0 product gallery option in Enfold > Shop Options > Product Gallery settings. This will display the default product gallery with standard functionality like variation image switching and product image zoom.

Thanks for your question, Envato (Theme Forest) changed the way the in-theme updates work a while back so your user will need to download the latest version from their Envato (Theme Forest) account and update manually.
After you update you will need to go to your Theme Forest account and create a new Token for future updates.
To update your version of Enfold you will need to download the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New

after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue

then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.

The shop cart button is a woocommerce menu item, you want it removed from the menu and float at the bottom right of the screen?
I don’t see a way to do that, please try using a plugin like these:
Floating Cart for WooCommerce
XT Floating Cart for WooCommerce
Perhaps there are other options in the WordPress Plugin library, you may need to try them to see if they work with Enfold.

After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.
Please note that testing with iPads & iPhones can be hard to clear the cache, often you need to also clear the history to fully purge the cache, following these steps for Safari and note Step 4 where you will Clear the History.
I don’t have an iPhone but this seems to work for Android.

We are able to insert additional elements to the portfolio item and update it successfully while the plugins are deactivated. You may need to remove the cache or test it on incognito mode. To find which plugin is causing the conflict, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

The live site is not loading properly on our end. Typically, updates should be applied to the dev site first, not the live site. It’s recommended to do it the other way around.

In the live site, please try to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings to make sure that the scripts and stylesheets are loaded. Also make sure to purge the cache before checking the page.
