Kriesi, the author of Enfold – Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme, has replied to your review:
Hello,
1- Which code doesn’t work? If you’re trying to add code to your page, did you try using the Code Block element?
2- This issue is usually related to the server configuration. Please check out the troubleshooting section at https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#troubleshoot. You can also manually import demos ( https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#how-to-manually-import-a-theme-demo ).
3- It looks like you didn’t post anything on our forums ( https://kriesi.at/support/profile/abdouz_2000/ ) and therefore didn’t receive any support from us. Please feel free to start new threads under the Enfold subforum when have a question or an issue.

Dear Mike,
thanks so much for your efforts.
Unfortunately I can’t reproduce your results with the WP MapIT plugin on my Enfold page. I have disabled the theme Leaflet option, deactivated other WP Map plugins and emptied the cache, but still the popups don’t show on click. Could you please have a look into my page? See info in Private Content.
As written before, your theme Leaflet option would be the preferable option for us. It is no problem that it can only show one popup at the time. However, it doesn’t seem to work on our website: When clicking the second marker, the popup of the first marker does not close and the popup of the second marker does not appear. Could you please please check this option as well? (Please note, that the theme Leaflet option and the Leaflet Plugin should then be enabled/activated again.)
Also I was wondering if it is possible to use a Gutenburg Block (for building a map) in combination with Enfolds ALB. If so, how?
Thanks again in advance for your help!
BR, CJGVD
I had been using a CommentLuv plugin but ended up deactivating it last night while trying to figure out what is going on with my site because I noticed the developer hasn’t updated it in years and wondered if it was now conflicting with recent updates to Enfold. The issue persists whether it’s activated or not. I reset the password on the account I sent you and provided the new login info below.
Bonjour Rikard,

Thank you Ismael.
Yes, 5.6.8 is my current version of the theme.
I see that this learnpress certificate add-on is causing the problem, thank you for pointing it out! I just opened a ticket to learnpress to ask for support with that and they say it’s something in the enfold theme
What should I check next?
I deactivated the plugin for the moment.
Thanks a lot,
Simone

Hey maori,
Thank you for the inquiry.
The theme is no longer available on Themeforest and hasn’t received updates for a while. It is not compatible with the latest PHP and WordPress versions. We also discontinued support for this theme for quite some time, so we recommend switching to a different theme, such as Enfold.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hey phschatz199,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Looks like the issue with the background is random. Did you install a lazy loading or compression plugin recently? Please try to deactivate the plugin temporarily, then toggle or disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings. Let us know if this helps.
To insert a layer slider in the product page, you could use the woocommerce_before_main_content hook, or override the archive-product.php or single-product.php template files directly.

Hey Yaphoon,
1: to change the font size of the special heading, please use the setting in the element

2: for the table font color, try this CSS in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:
.main_color table caption, .main_color tr:nth-child(even), .main_color .pricing-table>li:nth-child(even), #top .main_color .avia-data-table.avia_pricing_minimal td {
color: #000;
}
3: to change the font colors, please use the option in the element:

4: to change the font size in the icon list element, please use the element options:

5+6: to add space above the special heading “Contact Us For More Information” and “You Might Also Like” try adding some “top padding” in the element:

Hi,
It’s installed, but not active. We would never intentionally rename the theme as it can cause problems, and we most definitely would never create custom theme images as that which is used in your child theme. I’m guessing that someone has built this site for you?
Anyway, I installed a default child theme for you, but some images are missing due to them pointing to a different domain when it’s activated. Please see private for any example. You can activate the Enfold child theme in order for you to see the problem yourself. Why are some of your images added from that domain? I wanted to check the content of your current child theme, but the file editor functionality is turned off on your installation.
Best regards,
Rikard

Hi,
Thank you for your patience, I believe that you are trying to animate this layer:

The issue is that once you mouse-out of the Transision Preset box the animation is no longer chosen:

so to workaround this try using the keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+S, then the Transision Preset will be saved as draft and you can publish:

unfortunately this didn’t seem to work, I notice that you are not using the latest theme version (v5.6.8) and you don’t have a valid Envato private token in place, our latest update updated the Layerslider to 7.9.1 please try updating and try this workaround if needed.

Hey sasminka,
Thank you for the link to your site, I see that your theme version is quiet old: 4.9.2.3
Mailchimp has changed their API and your version won’t use it correctly, please update to v5.6.8
To update your version of Enfold you will need to download the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New

after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue

then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.
Best regards,
Mike

Hi,
The issue seems to be that the google badge message on your form has a min width of 300px and on very small screens this is too large.
Try this CSS in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:
@media only screen and (max-width: 400px) {
#top .avia_ajax_form .av-google-badge-message {
min-width: 100%;
}
}
After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.

I also noticed that there is a legacy of issues between TinyMCE and the Nefold theme, strikingly similar issue is found here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-tinymce-advanced-any-known-issues-or-is-it-me/
Hi,
Thank you for your patience and the link to your site, I was able to show the custom field product images (thumbnail_image) on the shop page with this function in your child theme functions.php:
function custom_thumbnail_display() {
global $product;
// Get the "thumbnail_image" custom field value
$thumbnail_image_url = get_post_meta( $product->get_id(), 'thumbnail_image', true );
if ( ! empty( $thumbnail_image_url ) ) {
// If the custom field has a value, display that image
echo '<img class="bcs-thumbnail" src="' . esc_url( $thumbnail_image_url ) . '" alt="' . esc_attr( $product->get_name() ) . '">';
} else {
// Otherwise, display the default WooCommerce placeholder image (optional, as WooCommerce will handle it)
echo wc_placeholder_img();
}
}
add_action( 'woocommerce_before_shop_loop_item_title', 'custom_thumbnail_display', 10 );
and then I added this css to remove the duplicate woocommerce-placeholder.png when the custom field product image is shown on the shop page
.woocommerce-shop .product .woocommerce-LoopProduct-link .bcs-thumbnail ~ .thumbnail_container {
display: none;
}
So now the result is:

Since you are using the BCS BatchLine Book Importer plugin, the single custom field product main image is shown (main_image) by the plugin, if someone was not using this plugin the custom field product main image could be shown with this function:
//for the single product main image
function custom_single_product_image_html( $html, $attachment_id ) {
global $product;
// Get the "thumbnail_image" custom field value
$thumbnail_image_url = get_post_meta( $product->get_id(), 'main_image', true );
if ( ! empty( $thumbnail_image_url ) ) {
// If the custom field has a value, return that image as the main product image
$html = '<img src="' . esc_url( $thumbnail_image_url ) . '" alt="' . esc_attr( $product->get_name() ) . '">';
}
return $html;
}
add_filter( 'woocommerce_single_product_image_thumbnail_html', 'custom_single_product_image_html', 10, 2 );
perhaps this will be helpful to someone in the future.
Please check your site and let us know if you find this working as my screenshots above, so we can close this thread :)
Best regards,
Mike

I have no idea what has caused this, but ever since I updated to the latest version of Enfold, my visitors cannot comment on my posts. My site requires a name and email address to post a comment but when someone enters that information and then submits their comment, they get a message that says “Sorry, the post you are looking for is not available.”
