Is there a way to specify the order in which Portfolio Items are listed? Masonry seems to suggest that “Page Order” can be used, but I cannot find that entry in Portfolio Items. Is there a method to set the order? Thanks.

We have a problem with Enfold and WooCommerce on the website labhsuet.no.
1. The problem is WooCommerce’s problem using Enfold.
The site works extremely slow when we work backend. It have been a problem in a few weeks now.
We have switched plugins on and off and received feedback that there is something wrong with Enfold.
This topic comes up and our webhotell tells us this problem:

2. It´s also a problem that the media don´t images in the media do not appear when they are to be loaded on the pages.

Hi, I’ve inherited a wordpress site…We ran some updates last week, but now we are realizing, with the new editor (no longer classic) that all of the text blocks, when you click to edit them, are BLANK in visual view. There is text + code in the text view that can be edited, but I get this warning when I try to add even an extra space: “It seems you are currently adding some HTML markup or other special characters. Once all HTML tags are closed the preview will be available again. If this message persists please check your input for special characters and try to remove them.” ANY SOLUTIONS ON HOW TO REMEDY THIS?

Thanks for your patience, to add bold text or links in the built-in OSM element you will need to add our Special Character Translation plugin, please see our documentation: Using special characters
Basically you need to replace all greater-than and less-than symbols with ###lt### ###gt### in the ALB elements.

I am using a simple enfold contact form on a ‘Coming Soon’ page and everything works fine when I submit the form on my laptop but the email does not come through if the form is completed from mobile (an iPhone).
Nor does the ‘Thankyou’ message appear on the iPhone.
Any ideas?

Das in Kali eingestellte Style (runde Ecken, grauer Hintergrund usw. ) wird aber nicht übernommen, sondern von den Einstellungen von Enfold überschrieben. Wie kann ich das Überschreiben des Styles des Plugin unterbinden bzw. das KaliForm Style online bekommen. Danke für die Hilfe.

You may need to reset the options in the Settings > Reading panel to their default settings and replace or rename the “news” category. This category might be conflicting with the news page. Have you configured the front and blog page settings in the Enfold > Theme Options panel?

If not, then please try to clear all minification and/or cache from any third party plugins to see what happens then.

Hey Enfold-Support-Team,
we can not update the enfold theme anymore. Also with the envato market plugin and the created token the site
stucks when we try to save the token.
Also we have major problems in adjusting theme options. Changing something on certain sites. Or creating a new site and blog.
Some Plug-Ins also not function anymore. We deinstalled them and re-installed them but the problems continue.
Back-Ups also not working.
We renewed the support and below you find all credentials for login and FTP.
Please feel free to update the theme and make it work normally again.
Your help is much appreciated.

I have one section for a standard blog with images, and another as a text-only blog for displaying client testimonials. In the text-only blog, a placeholder image is displayed for each entry without an image, which I would like to remove. Could you please guide me on how to remove or hide the placeholder images in the text-only blog section?

Thanks for your feedback, sorry to hear that the manual update steps above seem complicated, they are really not, but as an alternative try using the official Envato Market Plugin to manage the updates, this is recommended on the theme update panel:

I also note that you are using the Elementor plugin on your site, please note that the Enold theme includes it’s own built-it builder, the Advanced Layout Builder, and other builders like the Elementor plugin can cause conflicts, I recommend that you do not use this plugin.

Thank you for your patience, I found that for the backside of the flipboxs to have white text, you have manually added a H3 tag:

so the default H3 font color is working here, to adjust for your situation I added this css:
.main_color .av-icon-cell-item .avia-icongrid-text h3 {
color: #fff;
}
To make the spacing between the items closer, you will need to reduce the padding:

So we made the adjustment at Icon/Flipbox Grid ▸ Styling ▸ Padding:

and now they are closer, please clear your browser cache and check.

Are you sure that you are uploading the correct file? If you extract the file in your first screenshot, do you then see a file in there called enfold.zip? If so, then please try using that file instead.

It looks like you are using the WordPress block editor to build your site? Could you try using the build in Enfold Layout Builder instead? The theme settings won’t have any affect over layouts created with the block editor.

I understand you can’t help with losing lots of stuff. I had Enfold 4.5.5 and updated to 5.6.6. This was too much of a leap for the website so I have to make incremental changes. My questions was how many Enfold versions do I need to update eg. Do I need to go through all the versions from 4.5.5. to 5.6.6. or are there key increments that I can upgrade to one by one?
Please advise where I get the back versions of Enfold that I need to go through to make the upgrades one by one?

Hi, im sorry to be a pest but we just did all the requested updates and still having a strong presence with the issue. I just spent 2 hours with Godaddy support to check DNS, servers and others he says that might be related with network issues but its strange because when I turn off Enfold theme.. all works just fine. The problem Im getting now is the same and now its happening when I do edits in the news page, any edit to the image mosaic and it breaks the site showing a black screen with this legend.. also when it comes back, the spinning wheel of the layout editor keeps going for hours.

With the stretched layout, top header, and no sidebar, the content isn’t full width, and there’s a gap at the top and the bottom. Seems to not matter what I set Maximum Container Width. I’m sure this is just some simple thing I’m overlooking, but I’m been stuck on this for quite a while now.

After updating to Enfold 5.6.8, some of the formatting and CSS from the child theme is not being recognized. Are there any known issues or fixes for this?

When I go to support there is still no support button.
I have undone all my changes above as I jumped from Enfold 4.5.5 to 5.6.6. and lost a lot of stuff.
What increments do I need to go up in please, or what are the key versions I need to install one by one?
Where do I get all the older versions of the theme?
