    Hi @kriesi!
    in my whole www-lifetime i have been buying your theme at envato. i think i have at least installed it 50 times for customers and my own pages and everytime i buy it, it nerves me. I get 4 (four) invoices that i have to download and everytime my wife who does the accounting has to print 4 invoices and has to do 4 invoice bookings. Than our accountant works with 4 invoices and that is also 4 x 0.45 € plus tax …
    please, is there no other way of invoicing? can i buy directly?
    Thanks for your feedback …

    Hi there,

    I’m trying to update my pages into my ENFOLD theme, but for some reason I can’t go through.
    I can do changes on my page in the backend, but as soon as I click the update button, they disappear and the page goes back to its original state.

    I’ve got this issue on some modules, not on all of them. One of the modules I am struggling with is the Easy Slider module.
    I recorded a video so you can understand my problem. I will put the link in te Moderators only Private Content.

    Could you please help ?

    Thanks & Kind Regards,

    Emmanuel

    Hey GorillaBeats,
    Thank you for the link to your site, I tried adding an item to the cart:
    Enfold_Support_4311.jpeg
    and then I removed the item and it was removed successfully:
    Enfold_Support_4309.jpeg
    I also tried adding two items:
    Enfold_Support_4313.jpeg
    and then removed one item, then one itme was left:
    Enfold_Support_4315.jpeg
    Is this what you mean?

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hey CincinnatiWebTec,
    Thank you for the link to your site, I see that the javascript error is for #gid=918408483
    Enfold_Support_4305.jpeg
    and is for the menu items 5th Grade & 6th Grade under “Homework”
    Enfold_Support_4307.jpeg
    the hash symbol in the google spreadsheet url is causing an error with the WordPress javascript, this error then cases the error with the slider’s javascript.
    I recommend using TinyURL, or something similar, to change the menu links to a new URL and then check again.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hello, we are having an issue lately with the full width easy slider. It just shows up as white with no images displayed and the navigation buttons don’t work. I put a link to the website below as well as login credentials. We also temporarily have the easy slider hidden on all screen sizes because this is an active site. You have our permission to un-hide the easy slider to test. Here’s everything we have tried:

    – Updating all plugins and WordPress (was already done previous to this issue)
    – Disabling ALL plugins
    – Reinstalling the Enfold theme
    – Reinstalling a fresh copy of the wp-admin folder as well as the wp-includes folder
    – Increasing the allotment of RAM
    – Removing and Replacing the Easy Slider with just 1 image.
    – Swapping to a newer version of PHP (php 8.0)

    You also have our permission to disable plugins if needed.

    Thanks,
    Chris

    Dear support,
    I’m using Woocommerce with Enfold for my site. When I add items to my cart and access the checkout page, if I try to remove items from the link remove item, the number of items on the cart Icon doesn’t change because the page reload doesn’t start.
    Can you help me with this issue?

    Thanks

    Hi,
    Try adding this CSS in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:

    #top strong > a {
        text-decoration: underline!important;
    }

    Please ensure to copy the code from the forum and not an email notification so the symbols are not converted.
    After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
    Thanks for the feedback, I see that your image has 50% black area on the left, and a person on the right on your desktop size screen.
    If you also want this for mobile and you don’t require the slider to be full height, then try the “Fullwidth Easy Slider” instead of the “Fullscreen” slider that you are using, the Fullwidth slider will scale down for mobile.
    Or you can use the Fullscreen slider you have now for desktop, and the Fullwidth for mobile, to do this go to the advanced tab and the Responsive settings for each slider and choose the devices to hide the slider on:
    Enfold_Support_4303.jpeg
    If I don’t understand correctly perhaps a mock up would help us understand better.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,

    The option to turn on/off the automatic update of plugin’s is missing. I don’t know if it has anything to do with Enfold, but it works on a non-Enfold site.
    The WordPress site is not installed with Installatron (, but manual via Akeeba backup).
    There is no define(‘AUTOMATIC_UPDATER_DISABLED’, true) line in my wp_config.
    I don’t know where to look more.
    Any idea?

    #1429345

    Hey liuxuewu,
    If you mean the WordPress page “preview” this may not show the elements and styles correctly. Please try making the change and then save the theme settings and then disable your Enfold Theme Options ▸ Performance ▸ JS & CSS file merging and compression and enable Enfold Theme Options ▸ Performance ▸ Delete old CSS and JS files then clear or disable any cache plugin and clear your browser cache and view a live page, not a “preview” of a page.
    If you are using a CDN or server caching you may need to clear those also.
    If this doesn’t help please include an admin login in the Private Content area so we can be of more assistance.
    Also let you know what color you want the main menu items, before and after hover and the color of the sub-menu items.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
    Try this CSS in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:

    #footer-page .av-social-sharing-box .avia-related-tooltip.avia-tt {
    	display: none !important;
    }

    After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.

    Hi,
    This looks like a new topic, please note that we ask that each thread stays on a specific topic, this helps other users find solutions based on the opening subject line quicker.
    When I check you site on mobile your slider is fullscreen, so I assume that you are asking if it can be fullscreen and so the background image similar to the desktop version.
    Your slider is using a landscape image, but mobile is typically a portrait layout, so your best solution would be to create a second slider for mobile devices and choose a image in a portrait layout.
    Or you could try moving the image to the left so the person is shown in the middle on mobile devices with this css:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    #top.home .avia-fullscreen-slider .avia-slideshow-inner .avia-slideshow-slide {
    	background-position: right center !important;
    }
    }

    Please ensure to copy the code from the forum and not an email notification so the symbols are not converted.
    After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.
    Please note that testing with iPads & iPhones can be hard to clear the cache, often you need to also clear the history to fully purge the cache, following these steps for Safari and note Step 4 where you will Clear the History.
    If this helps you with this topic please let us know so we can close this thread.
    Thank you for your patience and understanding and for using Enfold.

    The map view in the All-in-one event calendar shows a “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.” error message. However, when I create a new post or page and use the Google Map plugin/option, the map views fine.
    My WP version, Enfold theme, and plugins are all current. So, I’m wondering what the problem might be.

    Thanks in advance

    Hey Enfoldfanatic,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Edit the Accordion element and make sure that the Content > Behavior > Behavior is set to Multiple toggles open allowed. You can then add this script in the functions.php file to programmatically open all toggles only on desktop view.

    function av_custom_inline_script()
    {
        wp_add_inline_script( 'jquery',
        "
        (function($) {
            var windowsize = $(window).width();

            if (windowsize > 1024) {
                $(window).on('load', function() {
                    $('.toggler').trigger('click');
                    $('.toggler').addClass('activeTitle');
                    $('.toggle_wrap').addClass('active_tc');
                });
            }
        })(jQuery);
        "
        );
    }
    add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', 'av_custom_inline_script' );

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hey fabienneRedUmb,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    You can leave the Heading Font Sizes and Subheading Font Sizes of the Special Heading elements set to Default, and define the font size for headings (h1, h2, h3, etc.) in the Enfold > Advanced Styling panel. Afterward, you can add the following css code to adjust the default size of the subheading element relative to the configurations or style adjustments made in the Advanced Styling panel.

    #top .av-subheading {
        font-size: 1.2em !important;
    }

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    You can add this css code to adjust the color of social icons inside the footer container.

    #footer-page .av-share-box ul li a {
        color: #ffffff;
    }

    You may need to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings after applying the modification.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Mike,

    So sorry, I must have missed your reply in my mails and was still waiting. In the meantime Foo has been able to offer a solution (they had another Enfold client with the same problem) and I´m posting it here in case anyone else needs it.

    It turned out that Enfold is simply adding a specific CSS style that is moving the overlay to the front instead of behind the Booking Date Wizard popup. This means that you can’t interact with the popup/modal window. Foo was able to fix the issue by adding custom CSS to the site:

    In the theme editor navigate to Enfold > Style CSS > config-templatebuilder > avia-template-builder > assets > css > avia-modal.css and adjust the code on line 983:

    /*BACKWARDS COMPAT*/
    /*legacy thickbox scripts should be displayed above modal window*/

    body #TB_overlay,
    body>.ui-widget-overlay{
    	z-index: 999 !important;
    }

    Alternatively this should work by placing it anywhere in your child theme.

    Best regards,
    Sara

    Hi,
    In this screenshot your strong tag is not closed correctly and will probably cause an error:
    Enfold_Support_4297.jpeg
    Please review the documentation link in the warning message and don’t add html code the title fields.
    Please use our Special Character Translation plugin that you can use to replace the html characters with safe characters, such as:

    < = ###lt###
    >  =  ###gt###

    If you saved this error as a template then the template will need to be deleted and everwhere that it was used will need to be corrected.

    If you need further assistance please log in to the support forum and open a new thread, please note that using the contact form is not appropriate for support questions.
    If you are unable to login to the support forum because you don’t have a activate support contract, please try going to your Theme Forest account and renew your support and then log in to the support forum and open a new thread.

    Hey Mustafa,
    Glad to hear that you found the issue with your HTML codes in the title fields, this has been a issue for a long time as often users would forget to close the html tags and this will break the layout. This is probably what occurred on your site. This is also why the Dev Team added the warning with the link to the documentation page.
    Enfold_Support_4295.jpeg
    Which recommends using our Special Character Translation plugin that you can use to replace the html characters with safe characters, such as:

    < = ###lt###
    >    =    ###gt###

    Please use this method and see our documentation: Using special characters for further information.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hello, I am using Enfold theme Version: 5.6.8.
    Sections and Content Elements disappear when you edit the page with the Page Editor (Advanced Layout Builder). The edits I make do not appear on the page, even the old ones are deleted. There has been this problem for a long time.

    The problem was solved when I deleted the html codes in the “Special Heading” element. How can I use html codes in “Special Heading”?

    I was using it this way in older versions without any problems. Error occurred after updates.
