    Hi.

    I don´t find in the forum an answer for my problem. The thing is that I have Enfold version 4.7.6.4 installed and when I try to update to the newest version (5.6.8) it doesn´t work well and mobile version crashes a lot.

    Where can I find a repository of the different versions of Enfold so I can try them until I find a version that it works?

    Hey lalupacreativa,
    We don’t have a repository and we have had no reports 5.6.8 crashing, perhaps this is do to a plugin conflict?
    Try disabling your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
    Or try creating a staging site to test on, most cPanel webhosts have a staging site option, some in the dashboard:

    Others add the option in the Softaculous WordPress Management

    There may be other staging site options in different cPanel servers, these are the two that I have seen.
    Then update the staging site to 5.6.8 so we can see the error and assist.
    Please include an admin login for the staging site in the Private Content area so we can be of more assistance.

    Finally I was able to make it work.

    There were two plugins that crashed mobile version.

    Hello, I am using Enfold theme Version: 5.6.8.
    Sections and Content Elements disappear when you edit the page with the Page Editor (Advanced Layout Builder). The edits I make do not appear on the page, even the old ones are deleted. There has been this problem for a long time.

    The problem was solved when I deleted the html codes in the “Special Heading” element. How can I use html codes in “Special Heading”?

    I was using it this way in older versions without any problems. Error occurred after updates.

    Please check your content for any open html tags and close them properly. If you should need further help, then please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.
