What is the current version of the theme? You have to upgrade to version 5.6.9 in order to fix the cart issue. After upgrading the theme, make sure to toggle the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings and purge the cache before testing the page again.

I think it’s time to solve this problem that affects the display of the Enfold color section on tablets.
If you go to MY SITE* and open any product, for example the first one here: LINK* inside the page there are two color sections that flow as a background.
On desktop and phones bg images is displayed correctly.
On tablets the background image is zoomed and not resized correctly, both in portrait and landscape mode.
The problem, is not clear why, it only appears on physical devices, on software simulators it seems to not exist, but I have personally tested the problem on more than one tablet and the problem exists.
Other thing:
On iphone the social icons block is not displayed correctly in portrait mode, icons are not resized correctly and not centered. Try to check on mobile (iphone) here: LINK2*
I think the problem in both cases is some error in the CSS

I am setting up a website for a safaris company. they would like this functionality
– make a booking based on the safari they select (select different safari)
– add any additional services they would like (any other activities more than likely a group of selection boxes)
– additional information (names, ages and passport nos of people)
– Other info (eating preferences)
-confirm this booking
– then need to pay a 50% deposit based on what they have booked.Is this type of functionality available in enfold theme?
it is almost done in the restaurant theme that you have as a demo. they can choose date , time, table and enter some other details.
is there a way to enhance this that I could do myself? I am not a coder so not sure if it would be very easy to do?
Topic: webp images not being served
Hello,
I’ve converted all images into both jpg and webp formats. Most of the images on my site are being served as webp. However, I’ve notice that the full width blog images at the top of articles are not displayed as webp. I use a plugin to optimize and convert all the images and can see the formats available. Do you know why the top full width images (see below for the image link as an example) are not converting over within Enfold? Thank you,

I’ve done that and waited 48 hours of the same problem.
I’m wondering if we have crossed wires here. I’m referring to the search results generated by Enfold.
To re-create the problem please enter the word ‘fox’ into the search box here ttw.org.uk and look at the top result ‘Fox’s field’ and you will see ‘Aenean massa. Cum sociis natoque’ in the sub text.
I’m going to ask what may seem like another silly question… Is the theme search managed by Google? Or did you think my original question referred to Google search?

I’ve just purchased Enfold and have managed to get a site on localhost looking decent by modifying the “construction” demo however wondering how I can populate a pages with content via database.
I want to have for example 6 pages, each with 6-8 items.
Each item requires a gallery with 3 images, text block and seperator.
Each page and item will follow the same layout.I can create each page and item statically, however my concern is each one (~50 items) will need to be edited if I want to make even a minor change to the layout. So I would like to know how to populate via database and also the best way to create “items” from the backend which follow a predefined layout (if this is the best solution).
This is not an ecommerce website.

You’re using a third-party plugin called Visual Footer Credit Remover to override the copyright text set in the Enfold theme options > Footer.
Please edit the copyright text in the plugin settings.

I disabled de Enfold/performance/file compression . The error now disappears. Thanks a lot.

Thanks Ismael I have added the code and moved memory limit declaration and it has got rid of the warning on the front end. I also have access to the backend.
Plugins Updraft Plus, Yoast SEO and Simple History are no longer showing despite being in the plugins folder. Do I just add them again?

Yes that is true but for my part, however, I try to activate the Advanced Layerslider for performance reasons only in Enfold installations where it is absolutely necessary. That means really complex animations have to be realized. That’s why I usually deactivate it in the settings (always in such a way that it can be reactivated if necessary).

Yes, that should be possible. You can apply a custom css class name or ID to the element, then adjust your css rule accordingly.

The server cache is still active when we checked the site, and the site is still using the merged or compressed stylesheets even after disabling the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings. The changes that we made are not reflecting in the frontend. Can we deactivate the plugins temporarily?

It seems to be an issue with the merged scripts. Please upgrade the theme to version 5.6.9, then temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings. Let us know if this helps resolve the issue.

Yes, sure it would help. It was like that before. But it’s enfold code so you would have to change it.
We did a workaround and created a custom class with a public function that extends your class and calls the zip_flatten function. So it’s working for now.Hello, the site http://www.glasspaint.com has enfold, that was customized to work for the site, it worked great for 7 years, until last night i had to update woocommerce version and wp version to fix credit cart processing issue that was outdated. now the cart icon doesn’t show a number at the top of it representing how many items are in cart and the drop down to quick view cart items is not there, it does give a little gray area under the cart area when hovered over like its trying to drop down but hidden from other things in front of it.. the thing is in wp theme editor page, the preview of the site looks correct and thecart icon shows and works correctly, but in live view it has the issue. i deactivated all plugins and it doesn’t change, if i reactiveate woocommerce plugin the site doesnt work so i can deactivate that one.. im scared to update theme because the theme was customized. im willing to pay a pro to go over this site, i use to have an email to someone here that went in and fixed theme issues in the past, but this was 7 years ago. i cant find his contact now. he fixed it in like 3 seconds. im willing to pay for help on this. i payed $45 for “support” for the theme from theme forest yesterday, im not sure what that means, its been really hard for me to get this far on this forum. my web guy has vanished and every time i outsource things they have done serious issues to the theme code, that’s why in the past i had a person for here fix the issues the other outsourced guys made. im here now trying to do this myself because i feel i have no options. thank you all in advance for reading this.
