Hi,
I believe you are referring to changing the content of the pages after they have been created by some other way instead of editing the pages themselves, such as though the database with an import file such as, xml, csv, or json. Such as your opening post.
I don’t know of any plugins that can do this.
We do have a Custom Element Templates option, and these elements have a group level ability, such as changing the text of a custom button, or the color and size this might work for you if all of your galleries and content was the same on every page.
Best regards,
Mike

Hey abbes,
Thank you for contacting use, our theme template is available at Theme Forest, and includes 6 months of support. Our theme is for people who wish to create there own sites and we offer many demos to start with, most people find it very easy to customize.

Mike
Hi,
Please use the first icon in the element that you want to save as a template.

Hi,
Thanks for the link to your site, when I check the language dropdown next to the burger menu it seems to work for me, for Italian the home page shows this text:

and for English I see this:

perhaps you have sorted this out since your last post?
Best regards,
Mike
Hey Francesco,
Thanks when I check your main menu links they are using your custom font:

I note that you have used the Advanced Styling Main Menu Option 4 times and some set the font as Supera Gothic Light and others are Supera Gothic Book, so perhaps this is the issue that you are referring to.

The setting at the bottom will be the one to take preference, not the ones at the top in your screenshot, try removing the unnecessary duplicates and use one setting, you can click the red X to remove the extra ones.

Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
Please attach the links to this thread in the Private Content area or in the message area so they will be available for the whole team to view.
It looks like you may have started this thread via the contact form instead of the support forum, so to see the Private Content area try logging into the support forum instead of replying to a email notification.

Mike, I’ve open a new thread for the Enfold Theme fonts issue.
To answer to your previous reply, no there is not any personal CSS or any modification.
Just added the fonts as shown in the guide.

Could you check?
Hi,
If the Advanced Editor Tools plugin requires a license key, it would not be the Enfold license key.
While the font dropdown in your screenshot is from the AVIA Editor, this option is from the plugin, not the them.

If looks like you added a second question to this thread as I was answering the first question, multiple questions in a thread can cause confusion.
On my test site changing the font in the Advanced Styling for the Main Menu items works, perhaps you have some custom css that is causing a conflict?
Best regards,
Mike
Hi Mike
Ok, as far as I know support will ask for licence key… have I to give them the same as ENFOLD?
Moreover, screenshots attached in previous message are related to ENFOLD theme not the AVIA Editor.
Could you help with this issue?
I importet 2 custom fonts to Enfold via the import tool.
I selected one via “general Styling” fonts as a header font.
The other font gets used on a few certain textblocks via css and developer setting by using a custom css class.
When using the site the fonts load VERY slowly.
How can I spead this up?
Hi,
Thank you for your patience, we don’t have a way that you can add your content via database.
I assume that you want to use the Advanced Layout Builder to create your pages with the gallery text blocks and separators, so I recommend creating your first page with the elements in your layout and then use the Advanced Layout Builder Templates option to copy the page:

then in your new pages you can use this template and adjust the images and text to suit.
Best regards,
Mike

Hey gatehealing,
Did you add a function like this to your functions.php file? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/logo/#image-logo-with-subtext. If so, then please remove or change the h2 tags from that.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hey davecate,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.6.9) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
If you haven’t registered your theme license, then please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

Hi! I imported the Demo of the Dark Enfold theme.
When I visit the site, the front page, the Work page, displays no images. I imagine it should as there are demo images already loaded in the media gallery. I checked the page and the gallery and saw that the correct portfolio was chosen.
I also imported my own image and changed it for one of the portfolio entries, but that did not show either.
All the architecture should be working because i just imported the theme. So why would this be happening?
Thank you for your time and hard work :) Mario
We recently built a new form on our website running Enfold. For some reason, the Gravity Forms do not appear in the editor any longer. Additionally, when you access the Text Editor in a block or section, the Gravity Form button is there, but it is not active.
I have turned off all plugins. THE ONLY THING that seems to work is to turn off Enfold, both our Child Theme. The Enfold primary theme also results in the same problem. Gravity Forms does not appear to work with the publishing tools in Enfold.
In addition to the above checks, Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari all result in the same issue as well.
Can you provide any assistance to why this may happened?
It keeps spinning; no elements are loading; we are using Enfold v5.6.9 and WP6.4.2.
We’ve tried troubleshooting quite a few different ways, but we’re still having no luck. I manually removed the shortcode, and somehow, the code reappeared. I suspect there is also a bug adding media elements, i.e., Fullwidth Easy Slider.
The debug mode isn’t working. Unable to remove iframe on the home page.
Please read all the troubleshooting details from Yigit and my comments here from the user name trajanstudio: https://themeforest.net/comments/30334041
Ok thank you for the response!:) but my theme was customized by the web guy who used it like 7 years ago, if i update the theme wont that over write the custom parts of the code they implemented and make the site not work? that is the issue i think im up against . the enfold theme he customized is version 4.0.2
Hi,
In the LayerSlider options try choosing “autopaly after opening” and the “Play Muted” enabled:

In this thread this worked on Android but it may not work on iPhone, iPhones are the strictest and may block completely.
In the future this may not work at all, so your best option may be to use a image on mobile or a gif.
Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
Please refer to this on how to register your theme license: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
You could also update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp

Hi,
I’ve been licensing the Kriesi Enfold Theme for quite some years now via Themeforest-Platform.
Currently my license expired once again and I saw that I can only re-license it for half a year on Themeforest. Do you offer a different type of license (e.g. a year or longer)?
Hi Willi,
This looks like a compatibility issue. Which version of Enfold and PHP are you using? If you are not using Enfold 5.6.9, please update Enfold to the latest version via FTP ( https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ ).
Regards,
Yigit
But – sorry – could there be another problem related to the browser?
I just noticed that after making a change on the page and saving it, refreshing the front page doesn’t respond. I just had to update four or five times before the new status was displayed – and then also the admin bar again.
I use Mac, Firefox 121.0.1 and Enfold 5.6.2.
Do you have any experience with this effect?
Best regards
Grobi
Hi,
Tut mir leid für die verspätete Antwort.
Warum dieser Fehler auftritt, ist mir nicht ganz klar.
Ich habe aber einen fix eingebaut, der das Problem lösen sollte.
Kannst Du bitte die Datei:
…\enfold\config-templatebuilder\avia-template-builder\php\class-post-css-management.php
ersetzen durch:
https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_5_6_9/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/class-post-css-management.php
Falls Du Hilfe benötigst, können wir das gerne für Dich machen – gib uns Bescheid.
Der Fix ist Bestandteil der nächsten Release 5.6.10 die in den nächsten Tagen geplant ist.
Best regards,
Günter
Hi,
Thank you for the update.
Please make sure to remove the add_filter (pre_get_posts) and the include_cpt_search function altogether.
function include_cpt_search( $query ) {
if ( $query->is_search ) {
$query->set( ‘post_type’, array( ‘post’, ‘page’, ‘proyectos_ma’ ) );
}
return $query;
}
add_filter( ‘pre_get_posts’, ‘include_cpt_search’ );
was created to be able to use the Enfold visual layout designer in the new custom post type: projects_ma
The filter avf_alb_supported_post_types should be enough to enable the Advance Layout Builder for the custom post type (projects_ma).
Best regards,
Ismael
Hey Anouk,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#top #wrap_all .all_colors h1 {
letter-spacing: 4px;
}
Best regards,
Rikard
