The update to 5.7.1 has to be done manually from versions prior to 4.4.1, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or upload the theme as if it was new under Appearance->Themes->Add New Theme.
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

first of all – thx for the great theme. I use it since 10 years for several projects – and bought more than 10 licenses of course! Great work and great forum, and normally I found a solution here, unfortunately not this time, maybe you can help.
The frontpage is always the standard-Blog. When I click e.g. on Impressum or Datenschutz everything is fine and when I click on the Logo on top everything is OK. But when you initially open the homepage there is always the Blog.
I tried several settings in Enfold theme options and several settings in WordPress > Settings > Reading and there’s no result.
Maybe you can help.

Aside from the Templates option, you can also use the Page Content element to display the content of another page, which can be utilized as templates that can be updated globally. Another option is the Custom Elements Template (CET), which are builder elements that can be customized and added to different areas of the site. Once added, all instances of the CET can be updated in a single place. Please check the links below for more info:

Thank you for the link to your site, the following css will replace the plus icon with a down arrow, but in order to not change all of the accordion icons on your whole site, first add the custom class downarrow in the advanced tab of the element:

Then add this CSS in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:

Glad that this helped, in my install the “Display” dropdown shows 15, 30, 45:

I didn’t find a way to change it, but you can remove it with this css in your Quick CSS:

}

Are there other ways to manage page templates that are created other than accessing them in the “Templates” dropdown in the Ava Layout Builder when editing pages? One of our clients has a very large website and they create/use multiple page templates. However, a single list in the “Templates” dropdown is not ideal for a website that uses quite a few templates. Is there an option or add-on for Enfold that would provide a more robust way to view/manage page templates?

There is a dropdown under Services, but it’s not showing. I took Rikard’s advice and updated to the latest Enfold theme version 5.7.1., but the dropdown is still not showing. Any ideas why?

Hello,
I represent Webhuset AS (webhuset.no), a web hoster in Norway. One of our clients is having trouble using Enfold, more specifically when trying to install demo content.
The download is attempted from https://kriesi.at/themes/demo-downloads/download/417/ , but it seems you have blocked the IP of our web server (the connection times out). We have verified this by trying the download manually from a secondary IP on the same server, which then succeeds without an issue.
The IP which appears to be blocked by you: 31.24.128.58
Please advise on how we can proceed to resolve this issue.

We are redirected to a blank page when we try to log in to the dashboard. Regarding the issue, please try temporarily deactivating the plugins and toggling or temporarily disabling the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings. Make sure to purge the cache afterwards. Please inform us of the result.

Hallo liebes Support-Team,
ich bin auf ein sehr komisches Problem mit Enfold im Firefox-Browser gestoßen.
Wenn ich folgende Seite http://www.fischer-planbau.de/profil im Firefox öffne und die Akkordeon-Elemente öffne, dann springt die Seite nach dem 2 oder 3 Öffnen eines Akkordeons an den Anfang der Seite. Auf der Unterseite “Neues” verwenden wir auch ein Akkordeon, hier allerdings ohne Probleme. Manchmal kann man länger die Akkordeon-Elemente öffnen, manchmal springt es direkt beim ersten mal an den Anfang der Seite.
Getestet wurde es unter macOS und Firefox.
Auch in den anderen ”großen” Browsern, Chrome, Safari, Edge, Opera tritt dieses Problem NICHT auf. Das Problem existiert nur in Firefox und wir wissen leider nicht woran es liegt und finden auch keine Ursache (Plugins usw.)
Wie kann dieses Problem behoben werden? Was könnte eine Ursache dafür sein?

1. I copied your front page to a test page and fixed a tag for you, please see private. Could you test that page out to see if everything works as expected? Note that I activated debug mode under Enfold->Layout Builder->Show Advanced Options. You can deactivate it in the same place.
2. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

The automatic update through the dashboard will no longer work on this version. You will have to download the latest version of the theme from your Themeforest account and update your installation by manually uploading the theme files via S/FTP. Please refer to the link below for more info:

To post a screenshot, you can use platforms like Savvyify, Imgur or Dropbox. Here are the steps to follow:
1.) Visit the website of your chosen platform, such as Savvyify, Imgur or Dropbox.
