When I add a new portfolio item to the Enfold theme, I dont see the advanced layout editor, like normal.
I have tried to update the theme, but Theme Update says:
No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (5.2.1)

Hi folks.
I have a gridrow containing only 3 cells in a row.
These are the sizes:
2/5 — 1/5 —- 2/5I’d like to have these 3 cells displayed one below the other, in a column, when switching to tablet/mobile according to the “responsive” settings.
I am not able to achieve this: on the “Responsive” tab, I’ve set “Each cell is displayed on its own“, but if I set the “Set the screen width when cells in this row should switch to full width” to “On tablets“, what I achieve is the following:1) when resizing the Chrome browser on the PC, reducing the width, I get EXACTLY what I want: tree cells in a column.
2) when browsing on my mobile phone (iPhone 14), only the MIDDLE cell (the 1/5 one) is displayed. The other 2 are not visible.What the heck could be the reason?!?
In addition, please note that in your documentation on the Grid Row component , the youtube tutorial at the end cannot be opened (“the video is private”).

MikeFrom within WP, you can view all the pages they’ve already created with PMP without having to log in as a member. Just View any pages with “memberhip” in the page name. The ones I’ve tried open fine in the Enfold theme. Whether they actually WORK from within enfold, I don’t know.
I’m trying to help an organization that is making a website in WP. They have chosen Paid Membership Pro (PMP) as their membership plugin(s). I know how to use Enfold and WP. The person creating their site does not know anything about WP and was trying to use the PMP companion theme Member Lite (made by same developer as PMP) as their theme. Member LIte is clunky and restrictive compared the Enfold.
I”m hoping to get PMP working with Enfold because I think it will be a better option for them in the long run. However, PMP uses its own WP blocks to create forms and pages.
I’ve created the start of a page design that is close to what they have now in Membership List. I can easily open the pages already generated by PMP and they look fine in the Enfold theme in a browser, but in editing those pages already made, I have to either stay in the block code editor and have only clunky design options, or if I switch to the Enfold editor … I’m not sure how that would work to build a new page.
I’ve recreated a semblance of the home page by opening it to edit, switching the enfold editor, then just putting the short code that was already in the original page into enfold short code blocks and reworking the rest of the page design in enfold.
What I haven’t figured out is, if I start a new page, or want to add some PMP block to the page, how to I do that? I was able to keep the PMP blocks visiible in a left column while having the page in enfold editor by temporarily switching to Default Editor, scrolling to the PMP blocks, then reverting to Advance Layout Editor. But dragging a block into enfold does nothing.
So if I generate short codes I can copy and paste them into enfold short code elements. But I’m not sure about some other PMP things.
I’ll put in the private content links to a sort of sandbox site they’ve set up for me to mess around in and put a screenshot of what I see in the editing window with both Enfold and PMP blocks.BTW, for now I am using an Enfold install that I paid for for another site because I’m not sure this is going to work. If it does work, and this org wants to use it, I’ll definitely have them buy their own Enfold install and get their own token.
I’ll give you login and pw to this site. PMP website says it works with “all” wordpress themes, which is impossible. Then it says, well, there might have to be some CSS adjustments with some themes.
The person in this org doing all the PMP stuff can submit questions to PMP support if I have any specific questions. I want to determine whether to pursue this option or just work with the clunky theme they have. They are not going for anything fancy. I just can’t stand to work in default blocks!

My problem is that I don”t want to export anything as I could export malwares that are affecting the website at the same time.
Wordfense has finished its work but I still ldont have access to any updates (plugins, theme,etc..)
The ” update” button normally under ” dashboard” button is not here, the update functions for all plugins are not here and when I try to update Enfold I get this message : “Sorry, you are not authorized to access this page.”What you I do or ask Wordfense to do to solve that ?

One of my clients website ( http://www.fiveeyesprod.com) has been hacked.
If you type the url in the address bar, you will arrive straight to the website (entertainment, events organisation etc.) but if, for exemple, you type ” five eyes production” in googl search it will show a website selling tshirts,etc.
We have asked Wordfense to do a full audit of the website and they’ve confirmed that a malware was found.

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or upload the theme as if it was new under Appearance->Themes->Add New Theme.
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Years ago I bought the Enfold theme. For some reason I did not buy an upgrade service. I have even noticed it until now. My current version is 4.3 !!

Thanks for that. It doesn’t work to add any content to that page, I’m not sure why though. Try temporarily deactivating all plugins first of all, or try copying all the content shortcodes to a new page. You can do that by activating debug mode under Enfold->Layout Builder->Show advanced options.

RikardHello, I have a massive performance issue in the backend since switching to a newer PHP version.
Saving drafts takes up to 10 seconds, and loading the pages overview is also extremely slow. Even just calling up a textbox to edit text takes up to 10 seconds.
– I am working with WordPress 6.8.2 and the Enfold theme version 7.1.2.
– I’ve observed the issue on MySQL database version 8.0.36. I tested with PHP 8.2.29 and PHP 8.3.24 without any improvement.
– I only have 4 plugins, which I have all deactivated for testing purposes. The problem persisted.
– My server settings are more than sufficient. The PHP memory limit is set to -1 (unlimited), and the max_input_vars is at 5000.
– I have optimized the database, but this did not solve the issue.
– The error disappears as soon as I activate a default theme.What can i do?

If you still have access to your Themeforest account, then you will only need to update the theme. You shouldn’t have to purchase it again.
