Hi,
i would like to use this google font with enfold theme:
“Zen Kaku Gothic New”
how can I import the font into Enfold so that I do not violate the GDPR regulations and the font is loaded directly from Enfold instead of from the Google server?

Please note that support contracts are good for six months to a year at a time, this is different than paying a developer each month. If you are unable to login to the support forum because you don’t have a activate support contract, please try going to your Theme Forest account and renew your support and then log in to the support forum and open a new thread. If you don’t have a Theme Forest account because the license is in your developers name you can purchase a new license in your name with your email address as a login and you will get 6 months of support included. I recommend extending the support to 12 months for just a little more.

I have managed to update the theme. A few notes on how I did it, since it may be useful to someone else.
First I ran online virus check and online 1 out of 66 checkers found something suspicious: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/76d8c5f2d3761b74b3d7285cc6652e286db927d9ac381bcdeb53d852015b6ebc
Video guide how to update Enfold via FTP shows that you overwrite existing theme, that didn’t work for me.
I have uploaded via FTP to a new folder under themes and then inside WordPress I have activated the new theme. This worked immediately, even the old theme settings were picked up (I didn’t have to import them).
And that was it.

Hello I am doing chemo and I really, really need your help. The theme has so many errors that it crashes every single day due “missing dependencies” with lots of “avia short codes missing”. I have removed a number of plugins and it seemed to be fine but there are so many missing dependencies and it crashes every single day.
PLEASE HELP!!!

Hey Chris,
You will need a valid theme license in order to update the theme, if you can’t access the one used on your site then I would recommend that you purchase a new license. Otherwise you will have this problem every time you need to update or access the theme files.
Once you have access to the theme files then the update to 5.7.1 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or upload the theme as if it was new under Appearance->Themes->Add New Theme.
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Which version of the theme are you running? Please make sure that it’s running 5.7.1 first of all: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/. The site in question is running an old version of the theme and it needs to be updated. If you don’t have access to the account which was used to purchase the license, then I would suggest that you purchase a new license, otherwise you will have this problem every time you want to update or access the theme files. Topic: Postslider javascript
On this website homepage at the bottom there is a Nieuws&Inspiratie part:
This is a postsslider with some filtering of categories and amount of posts that will be shown.
We noticed an error that I try to describe:
If you go to the homapge and see the 3 slides shown. The link of the IMAGE is not correct (the title and lees meer/read more) are correct.
When you use the arrows to go left or right and then go back, the link of the image is correct.This let me think it must be some javascript that it doing something wrong (since the links are correct, and the page will solve itself when using the arrows).
Can you tell me what to do, of what javascript is doing this so perhaps I can look for my self?
Enfold version is 5.5 I believe, already tried (locally) a newer version but this does not seem to solve it.
Hi. A client who used your “Enfold” theme in the past contacted us because they have a problem on their website and they could not reach the old webmaster who actually made the website.
Now, as soon as I could not do nothing for the issue myself and we need support to solve it, I was wondering if I can buy only the support for the theme, or a one-off support for this problem.

RikardHello enfold-team, its me again with a new problem….
For a few days now, I have not been able to see a header on the private content website without updating it or doing anything similar.
I use the plugin Filebird, and added only a few document in the last days.
In the meantime I have updated plugins, theme and wordpress, but nothing is change in the header area.I use fullscreen-slider and slide-show. And I try color-section with a picture in the background. But it is still white.
Do you ever had this problem or any other idea what happened?

We added the following css code to hide the recaptcha badge and temporarily disabled the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings to make sure that the changes take effect. Please make sure to purge the cache on your end before checking the page.
