after searching for hours for a hint or a solution, i need to ask you in the end:
I can’t see the text of the main menu on safari 12.0.2 and my client can’t also. Firefox and Chrome are working. All Plugins deactivated, cache is emtpy (flushes serveral times…), Enfold-Version 4.6.3.1. I really don’t know what to do, or where to search for a solution.
Please help me… Please…

I have an update. I used that site (https://www.aliciaramirez.com/closing-tags-checker/) to check for unclosed tags. I ran it twice:
1. I first enabled debug mode. Then I opened my page for editing, and located the debug field. I copied the text in that field and pasted it into the tag checker. It reported no unclosed tags. But as you know, the debug field does not contain all the HTML on the page–there are many shortcodes. Here is the full text of the debug field.
2. In the second test, I opened the front-end of my page, and viewed the source code. I copied it and pasted it into the tag checker. It reported several unclosed tags:

Schema data is missing for the YouTube videos I embed using your theme Enfold. And I posted you the error message Google search console is returning. Since the videos are uploaded via your Enfold editor and not manually, I cannot add those Schema missing fields.

are there any known issues with the internal WP search when using the left sided main navigation in Enfold?
When using a top navigation the search works fine. But when we switch to the left side navigation it seems like we get _all_ pages as search results, even if the page doesn’t contain the search keywords.

I really appreciate enfold theme but I’m not being able to get out of the impasse.
I need to use the following header configuration, all of these elements have to stay on the same line:
on the left: 1. menu as hamburger icon; 2. search icon; 3. drowpdown language selector;
on the right: logoHow can I do that?
Unfortunately I could not find this kind of configuration on your support pages :(.
I guess i will insert a widget next to menu and put the WPML language dropdown menu in that widget, isn’t it?

Hi, the link you gave me is exactly the only link i found.
The only code i found was a css code which hides the attribute name but keeps the spacing, so its not enough.
i have been searching again around the internet without finding any solution, are you sure you can’t help? maybe it’s a enfold thing too.

I really like the Enfold Minimal Portfolio theme! Yesterday I was warned that if I ever change the theme, I will lose all the information from the portfolio pages. This would be critical for me, as I’m an artist-researcher, and all my project work will be online as ‘portfolio’ content. So what would happen please, if I do ever move to a different theme?My second question concerns the design options for the portfolio ‘pages’. What are the design limitations please? I created a new WordPress installation (latest version) and the installed the newest Enfold and then imported the “SPA Demo”.
In the frontend, none of the (slideshow) images load and the only error in the console isì.AviaTooltip is not a constructor.
We do also have a child theme but disabling it does not remove the error.I disabled the CSS and JS compression as recommended in this topic but the only thing that changed is changing

I solved one of my two questions. For the magazine presentation, to add “Published on” before the date, I went into /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/magazine/magazine.php and replaced the following line:

I have a problem with the ajax search function.

I added
“echo get_search_form();”
on Header.php file after
“do_action(‘ava_after_main_container’);”
Then I add the following code to CSS in Enfold theme options
“@media only screen and (min-width: 767px) {
#top #searchform>div { display: none; }}”So desktop search doesn’t work and the search icon on mobile is not good (you can see in private content ).
Thank you!Hello, A few years back a designer built a WP site for me using the enfold theme (child). I’ve been maintaining things since. I’m no expert, but functional to make changes to the site. Yesterday while editing a page, the Avia builder became unstable and won’t load pages nor allow a switch to the default editor. Its just stuck. All pages in the site are unable to load. I’m running WP 4.7.15 and enfold 3.5.2 I’ve researched fixes, but have had no luck and restoring the site to a version from about a week ago didn’t change the behavior. I’ve wondered if the theme needs to be re-installed. I don’t have an account with you since my designer made the site. Do I need to purchase a single user for Enfold to be able to fix this perhaps with an upgrade? I would have tried your tech support page, but without an account I cant’t.

Enfold is generating an extra URL for each individual page.
It does so with the search icon code:<a href="?s=" rel="nofollow" data-avia-search-tooltip="......Yoast SEO adds a canonical tag to the duplicate URLs, which points to the original URL.
But yes, this is not very crawl-budget friendly…Hello:

I’d like to use the masonry or grid element to display blog posts of ‘link’ type and have the card/grid item link directly to the page that the link post is linked to instead of the post itself. Basically, a gallery of external links.Is this possible with straight-up enfold or do I need to use a plugin like Content Views (ugh) to do this?

we have a domain that use Enfold Version: 4.5.3
and we have a staging site where is installed Enfold Version: 4.6.2 where I see that you have added support to RelevanssiWe where using the code suggested in https://kriesi.at/support/topic/limit-ajax-search-results-with-relevanssi/#post-404320 but we have removed it as indicated in latest directive “Since Enfold version 4.5.7.1 Relevanssi ajax search is supported by the theme in the core.”
We use Relevanssi because it is an eCommerce and we want to limit the search only to the products
In the staging site the ajax search in top bar is not working. When I enter a text nothing happens and in the console appears an error saying
