A sad story of Enfold.
Social media marketing and embedding of easier link solution is not understood by enfold.
This question to have an easier solution for social marketing comes since 2013, referenced in Google for Specific searchenfold social media documentation shortcodes
Some users don’t want to have a share button. A link to the social media profiles is also often requested (instead only in footer or header), without any discussion of the GDPR-Note for social share-buttons. I can’t understand, why not into the “share” element a dropdown is implemented for seleting “share” or “open social media profile”, as we have defined in Enfold.
Despite the many requests over the years.
Many other themes have had simple solutions here for years.
Why you can’t find a solution here, I can’t deduce. Instead, we have to go into some “debug” menus and do some manual work.
I can’t understand, why you make Enfold users the work difficulty.I mean: We have defined the Social Profiles in Enfold. I can’t deduce why this stupid share-bar with these old-fashioned icons is not updated. And you don’t have a widget for sidebar or the website.
Creating something like this must be a feat for Enfold that is impossible to create: yes, I know we should install the 30121 plugin additionally.
It would be nice, if you implement this feature in your roadmap, which is requested again and again very often since 2013. (See google).

I tried to login using the credentials you gave however it returns:Unknown username. Check again or try your email address.You should be able to update in WP Dashboard > Enfold > Theme Update.
If there’s no token in Enter a valid Envato private token field, please request it from the one who purchased the theme.
The token should have the following permissions:- View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
- View your Envato account username
- View your email address
- View your account profile details
- Download your purchased items
- Verify purchases of your item
- List purchases you’ve made

NikkoI cannot access the advanced styling options, or any other options for that matter, in the Theme Options area of Enfold. I have already searched this forum for solutions and tried them all, but nothing works. I have deactivated all of my plugins, made sure everything is updated, tried clearing the cache completely, tried multiple different browsers. I have no idea what caused this because the options were there just a week ago, but today when I logged back in they are all missing (despite my not making any new changes to the site).

Please note that above I linked to and used the same instructions for the Header Layout: Widget left, Logo center, widget right, menu below.
Also, note in the example the color of the menu and how it is not full-width, this is because the menu is wrapped in the header.
So if the header and the menu are white the menu will look full-width, but once the hearer background color is changed you would see what I mean.
Anyways I returned the layout to the way it was without the sub-menu, and then adjusted the css a little more, please clear your browser cache and check and see the screenshot in Private Content area. I will research for a way to make the menu appear full-width white.Best regards,

I’ve searched high and low and can’t find anything on how to change the text size in the pricing table. In particular… the text under the “Pricing” amount in the example https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-app/. The text “forever!” and “per month” under the amount.
I just want to be able to put “per month” in the directly under the price but have it smaller than the price itself. Can you help help with this?

This sounds like the same overall issue, the custom post type doesn’t show “the_content” on the front end, a filter would be needed, or the theme files would need to be adjusted, as in the case with Toolset.
To test try checking if your content shows on a “page”, were “the_content” is used, not a “post” or a “custom post type”, if this works then it would show that it is an issue with “the_content”.
For this issue the dev team writes:
The Custom Posts uses “WP_Hook::apply_filters” so a filter such as:$additional_info = array( ...... ) $content = apply_filters( 'avf_the_content', $content; $context, $additional_info );$context helps to figure out what location and with $additional_info you can render needed additional data.
Have a look at enfold\config-templatebuilder\avia-template-builder\php\shortcode-template.class.php shortcode_handler_prepare() and enfold\template-builder.php.Since you are not using Toolset now please see this thread, but I didn’t find much info on ACF & Custom Post Types UI, most threads point to ACF documentation, but I assume you are fimaular with this.
While I was researching this I found that the dev team has a new proposal for the Toolset team for “the_content”, Toolset has not replied yet, but I will post here:

i’m trying to add the SearchWP into the single.php in my child theme but i’m not able to make it works.I’m trying to follow the documentation in here https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/search/, so i copied and pasted the SearchWP code and the shortocode string “add_shortcode(‘avf_ajax_search_function’, ‘get_search_form’);” into my function.php, then i tried to add the shortcode into my single.php but it always return the default one and not the one with the search preview like when i’m using that one in “Content Elements”.
What am i doing wrong?

Please try to flush out the cache in any caching plugin (or built-in internal caching provided by the webhost) or any optimization plugin.

I searched the forum and found a number of issues related to the fullscreen slider display issues on mobile devices.

We’re having some issues with Woocommerce, specifically the Bookings add-on.
I’ve spoken to Woo support and they have pinpointed several issues, one of which is theme related. Details are below.

I installed the WooCommerce Predictive Search plugin and they have help me position the plugin’s search bar using a widget I created in in my header.

Thank you for the feedback, the files you downloaded were the same as the ones that are included with the theme, so to change the translation you will need to open the pt_BR.po file (your language) with the Poedit software and search for the terms that you wish to change and then save and upload the pt_BR.po & pt_BR.mo files to your site again.
Please see this video starting at 0:36 you will see how to search for a term and add your own translation.
Please try to change a couple of terms and save the file at\wp-content\themes\enfold\lang\pt_BR.pothen check your page.
I would be happy to check your pt_BR.po & pt_BR.mo files after you make a few changes if you find it is not working for you, just upload to somewhere like Google Drive or DropBox or even your site, so I can download and test.
If this is not clear to you then I will make a video for you showing one term being changed, just let me know which term and the translation.Best regards,

You are still using Enfold 4.7.5, please update to the latest version (4.7.6.3).
I noticed that you’re token is restricted, please make sure the token have the following permissions:- View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
- View your Envato account username
- View your email address
- View your account profile details
- Download your purchased items
- Verify purchases of your item
- List purchases you’ve made
And you should be able to update to the latest version and fix the issue with ALB.

A lot of sites are having issues after updating to WordPress 5.5 which is not very much surprising because it’s a major update.

Wordpress 5.5 and Enfold 4.7.6.3 had some issues with masonry pagination breaking but with revolution slider as well, you’ll have this issue: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/alb-bug-when-slider-revolution-active-space-character-does-not-work-in-fields/ these issues are currently being addressed. I would suggest you to rollback with WordPress 5.4.2, then have a staging site where you test updates.Best regards,

Envato has already stopped using API key for update and are now using tokens that’s why you can’t see any update.
The patch was added in Enfold 4.6 and the latest release is 4.7.6.3. Maybe you can request for the web development company to download the latest version and request them to generate a token that you can use for theme update.
Here’s how you can generate an Envato token: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and make sure the token have the following permissions:- View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
- View your Envato account username
- View your email address
- View your account profile details
- Download your purchased items
- Verify purchases of your item

On this website I use a page as footer. I translated it in english (second language of the website).
With wpml I choosed to empty the cart each time a visitor changes the language.The issue is : when a visitor adds a product to his cart while visiting the website in english, wpml triggers the popup telling him he’s trying to change language.
I’ve contacted wplm support about this issue and after searching and doing the classic plugin deactivation process to find where the issue was coming from, we found it was coming from the “page as footer” from enfold so wplm sent me here to find a solution.Now in english I put back a classic footer and the issue is gone but it is not an ideal solution. I can provide a staging website so you can see the issue and find a fix.
Do you have any idea where this incompatibility between Enfold and wpml could be coming from ?

As far as I know Enfold 4.5.2 uses API key and you can’t update it via Theme Options.

after updating Enfold to the newest version (version from 22 August 2020, not sure if 4.7.6.3 or .4) the menu items on the left side disappeared.
Using WordPress 5.5., Firefox browser.
The Website is visible and working normal.
I already searched the forum for solutions but couldn’t find something properly.Thanks for help!
