    Topic: favicon in mobile missing

    Hello,
    I realized that the mobile favicon is missing in search results (it shows the standard wordpress one) . the favicon is loaded both through the Enfold settings and through wordpress settings ( Appeareance > Customize).
    I think this is something theme related, because all other websites I made and in which other themes are used, they show custom favicon as it should be.

    Hi,

    I am working on rebranding my company’s website.

    Ive noticed that when creating columns that the second row are not aligned with the row columns above. I have tried everything to see what causing this issue but I can only assume that it’s a bug after hours upon hours of trying to find the issue from my side.

    I have searched through the Enfold forum without any success.

    Hey, I’m looking for help with something… and I’ve always been told to create a new thread for new issues… but I can’t seem to find the “Create New Thread” button.

    Has my account been downgraded or something? I’m a bit confused.

    I have an issue on this page on the site: https://www.bonjiglass.com/shop/

    When you go on the right hand side… to the categories area… its very hit or miss. Sometimes when you click on a category… it works. Sometimes when you search for something… it works. Often time it doesn’t.

    I’m not quite sure why thats happening. I haven’t downloaded any new plugins recently at all… maybe its cause of the Enfold update? Something clashing with the code of the WOOF plugin that I use?

    Please let me know. The login to the site is the same as listed in the Private Content area in the initial post.

    Hallo!
    Ich habe das Enfold Health Coach Demo installiert und fülle es seit Stunden.
    Ich weiß nicht in welchem Schritt die Schrift Caveat für alle Überschriften verschwunden ist, auf jedem Fall lässt sie sich nicht wiederherstellen.
    Ich habe auch das Special Character Translation plugin installiert und aktiviert, über search&replace die 4 Charakteren wie beschrieben ersetzt, jeglichen von mir generierten Content untersucht, aber keine Chance, ich finde den Fehler nicht.
    Egal welchen Schriftschnitt ich in den Enfoldt Theme Options für alle Headings auswähle, er ändert sich im Frontend nicht.
    Was kann ich tun?

    P.S. Ich kann den Post nicht löschen, es hat sich vorerst erledigt – habe das Demo erneut installiert, somit ist die Schrift wieder da…

    Topic: Some menu links not clickable on mobile…

    I’ve searched the site and it seemed this was an issue in the past but didn’t see any clear solutions from responses.
    If you go to mercyhillchurch.com on mobile and click MINISTRIES then try and access MH KIDS, it can’t be clicked to go to that page. It does enable the submenu page and that’s clickable.

    Any fix for this? Not using any mega menu plugins just what Enfold offers.

    Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css,  if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

    To add a search widget you will need to use a WooCommerce filter: woocommerce_before_main_content.

    My fellow Enfold users,

    I am facing a lot of trouble getting the content part of https://herpesfree.co.uk/ indexed. Two days ago, I spoke to my contact from Google Ads, and he confirmed that nothing was wrong with the website build., Content is unique, no penalties, load speed is ok etc etc. Google Search Console is green-lighting everything as well. He then told me, that he suspected my template to be the cause of my problem. Google has indexed all URLs, but content is nowhere to be found on SERP. He then explained to me that the CSS could be too heavy to be considered “user-friendly”. I believe he was addressing the load-speed here. Anyways, I don’t know. Do you?

    Has anyone had similar issues when using the Enfold theme? Please don’t get me wrong – I am happy about the theme and I use it in many other countries without problems. The explanation for this could be that Google’s algorithm works differently in the co.uk engine.

    If anyone could cast a glance at the project, I would be forever thankful. I really, really need to get this solved asap.

    Hi. I am attempting to have the hamburger menu appear for the tablet size (max-width: 1084px) because the menu runs into the logo currently. I cannot find the code in the files to change it and I do not know how to properly code this in Quick CSS.

    Also, I would like to have the hamburger menu go under the logo on the mobile size (max-width: 320px). Right now, the hamburger menu, search, and ‘add to cart’ run into the logo on a 320×568 screen.

    Please get back to me asap. This is not a live site. I am building it on Local.

    With the new Schema.org Accordion function:

    Please create one at your testpage, please post URL or screenshot from googles rich snippet testing tool.
    Test for Rich Snippet

    If I create something, no FAQ Markup is shown into the test, while the option is turned on in the newest Enfold.
    For my understanding, this new element is not working correct. Google don’t interpret the content as faq.

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The pseudo element that contains the other social icons are missing for unknown reason. Have you tried disabling the plugins temporarily?

    Did you modify any of the theme files?

    For the phone icon, we could utilize one of the social icons that you are not planning to use (the VK icon for example) and change its default icon to a phone icon using the avf_default_icons filter in the functions.php file.

    Hello,

    There are two issues with my website that I would like assistance with:

    #1 – The social media icons and the search icon on my website are not appearing (they are showing as squares) on Chrome and Firefox. The website scroll-to-top arrow is also appearing as a square. For some reason, the icons all appear fine on Safari, but the icons appear as squares on Chrome and Firefox. Could you take a look at my site to see what might be causing the issue? I’ve made sure that the theme is up-to-date, that the plug-ins are working properly, and I’ve cleared the cache on my WordPress website and on all of my internet browsers.

    #2 – There were some issues with my site (the Enfold options were not appearing in the Dashboard) so I needed to install the JQuery Migrate Helper (I read this as a recommendation from a Kriesi/Enfold thread). Installing the JQuery Migrate brought back the Enfold options, but it resulted in some jQuery Migrate Helper warnings (because this is a public thread, I have replaced my website address with ‘URL’ for privacy):

    The shortcode renders only that search form. To get a copy of the one that you have you need to have the Advanced Layout Builder debug mode enabled and copy the shortcode from that field to the single.php.

    All my post contains custom fields that do not display in the enfold theme

    The custom fields have to be added manually in the template. They will not be included in the default content automatically. If you are using the ACF plugin, you could use the get_field function, but if not use the get_post_meta function instead to fetch the value of the a custom field and render it in a template. For the post, you have to modify the single.php file or the includes > loop-index.php file.

    I’ve searched through the enfold theme files but can’t find what the menu location names are. I’ve used top-navigation and mobile-menu as placeholders here.

    Topic: admin-ajax.php error 500 – too many pages?

    Hi there!
    I have the weirdest problem ever!
    Using enfold theme on my wordpress site. Getting error:
    Domain.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error) – domain.com/wp-admin/load-scripts.php?c=0&load%5Bchunk_0%5D=jquery-core,utils,moxiejs,plupload&ver=5.5.1

    This happen when I click on any ALB element on a page like slideshow, title etc.. the popup modal is gettion opened, the loading wheel sping for 3 seconds and than getting white blank.

    Now thats the interesting part – this is only happen if I have more than 1740 *published pages* – as soon I move a few pages to the trash, and the total number of pages below 1740 – everything works perfectly!
    Tried to increase php limit to 1g, change php version 7.1-7.4, debugging – nothing, deactivate & removed all plugins, optimize, clean & repair db, increase max_allowed_packet & innodb_buffer_pool_size, everything.
    running latest wordpress version with the latest enfold release.
    My only assumption is that somehow the admin-ajax.php close/abort the connection because of large query from database? Or timeout?

    Anyone face something like that before? i searched the entire forum for the ajax 500 problem saw just a few that exactly related, tried every solution someone offer with no luck, i come to you as my last resort.

    Hi, I have a search function in my main menu. When I search for a keyword using Firefox on a PC, the usual search results page shows up. On an iPhone using Safari, same thing, the search results page shows up. However, when I use Chrome on a PC, after I enter a search term the home page reloads. The URL changes from mysite.com/ to mysite.com/?s={search term} but it is still the home page, not a search results page.

    I have Enfold 4.7.6.3 installed, PHP 7.4.9, WordPress 5.5.1.

    Topic: Child Enfold WordPress Still Showing After Customizing Site Identity and Tagline

    Hello, even after using the General> settings AND the Appearance> Customize options, in searches the site is still showing My WordPress Just Another WordPress site instead of the site identity and tagline I’ve entered.. I’ve purged the cache, resaved. Frustrating. This is the 5th or 6th site I’ve worked on with Enfold and the first time I’ve had the issue.
