Hi, thanks. Yes, I would love to try. How can I upload the documntation and share it with you?
Hi Ismael,
Thank you for your reply. The font is from Adobe and it is not part of Google Fonts. So, does this mean I can not use it?
Using the font-face-rule seems to comlicated for me. English is not my native language, and I am also not very technical with css things. I don’t understand how this works.
Best wishes, Anouk
The problem is solved, my provider did something and I could activate the them again. Thanks anyway!
My provider said this: it is important that you know what was going wrong because it is a fault in the theme. I will translate what he said: the cause was the use of 2x
%s
instead of%1$s
and%2$s
on line 311 in/enfold/includes/admin/option_tabs/avia_blog.php
.So this is something that must be looked at in the theme in order to prevent also other people to have this issue.
Thank you for your help!

Sorry, I don’t know what you mean with FTP logins privately?
This reply has been marked as private.Hi,
I did download the latest version, but it does not upload. I do not have the chance to unpack the zipfile because there is nothing to unpack. So another problem arises. What can I do to make sure the latest version will be uploaded as the newest template?Hi Alex, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the plugin does not change anything. I still see “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.4.1)” without an option to update it somewhere.
Would you please help?Thank you so much Peter! It works!
Hi Victoria,
I don’t even know what php is? How can I find out if I have the PhpZip extension enabled on my server?Thank you, Anouk
September 26, 2018 at 11:54 am in reply to: Problem Updating Enfold: "Download failed. Problem downloading theme" #1014681I have read all these posts and I also have problems to update from 4.3.1 to 4.4.1.
I really don’t know what to do. My account name and API key are right, I have more websites and some of them have no problems with updating. I don’t know what ftp is or how I get there. Can someone help me to sort this out?
Thanks in advance!
I just saw my API code (which I need for the update) is empty and I was forwarded to the new https://build.envato.com/api/ website. But to be honest, I don’t have a clue what I have to do to get the API key. First of all, there is way too much information for someone who does not understand what this is all about. It just could have been in the Arabian language, I would then have understood the same parts, nothing. How do I get the API key which I need to update my theme? And what can I do to get the updates automatically?
On my website is shows this about Theme Updates
Once you have entered and saved your Username and API Key WordPress will check for updates every 12 Hours and notify you here, if one is available. I updated before so why did it not do this automatically? Thanks in advance!

One more thing, the font size is the same now but the space between the rows is smaller then it should be, smaller then H4. The space should be 1.5. How can I change this?
Thank you! This works!
Hi Rikard,
I changed my homepage in the front page settings, so you must see the right FrontPage (called home).
If you look at the first 3 contents, (without the header), then you see the first 2 are the same in fontsizes.
The third one, starting with De Reis, has the same fontsize H3 & H4 but is shown different. You don’t even have to log in to see the difference. I don’t know how I can change this as the fontsize in de working space is exactly the same, is also has H3 & H4 as fontsize, but still it is shown different on the page itself. Do you understand what I mean?
Best wishes, AnoukWhat does this error mean? Did you log in to my website, to wp-admin?
This is the page: http://truenaturetrails.com/home/?preview_id=11&preview_nonce=53b291d1bf&_thumbnail_id=-1&preview=true. This link is a copy of what I see in my browser when I am logged in op wp-admin. All my pages are hidden because my website is not finish yet. So you have to log in first to see what I mean.
Thanks for your help!I don’t know what you mean with setting the correct one in the theme options. What theme options? There are so many!
Hi, no I was not referring to the footer. When you click on home (homepage), you come to another page then when you arrive at the website. I made a screenshot. The content on the bottom is a diffferent size then the one above. The one above is how I want it. (post link: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/content-sizes-do-not-match/#post-864650)
https://www.dropbox.com/s/v0kg0ivm8gl9w0q/Content%20sizes%20do%20not%20match.docx?dl=0
the website should be http://www.intonaturehiking.nl. The O was missing. Sorry!
January 20, 2016 at 11:34 am in reply to: Possibility to place comments under a page which is not a blog. How? #568521Hi Elliot,
Thanks for the reply. But how can I switch to the “Default Editor” if I made everything in the Advanced Layout Editor? If I do this everything is white and I don’t see my content anymore. I have no idea what I have to do with shortcodes (Magic Wand Icon??) to build a similar page with comments though. Can I copy my content from the ALE to de DE? It seems very complicated.
Best regards, Anouk
Thanks! I found out how it works. Enjoy the day!
