How can I customize the 404 page in such a way so that visitors of different language site will be directed to the 404 page in the same language?
thanks,

How can I export all the existing pages from one site to another? I have to re-do the whole site again and really don’t want to re-create all the pages from scratch.
thanks!

go to themeforest and you will see it prints 2.4.3:
“2013 December 16 – Version 2.4.3
What changed? This is mostly a bugfix/improvement update for the frontend that also makes the theme compatible with WordPress 3.8. We added the “Comments” Template builder element so you can display comments on pages now and now allow to set a minimum height for sections, so you can create fullscreen sections with centered content.”

Thank you so much Yigit. It’s a very good plugin that you recommended!
I thought this was related to the theme but it turned out to be a bug with one of the plugins. After installing the latest version of that plugin, the issue is gone.
thanks!
Thank you, Peter. Hope you are doing well! :)
I need to hide the admin bar for only subscribers. How can that be achieved?
And, why the site is showing admin bar even for visitors? This was not seen before.
Thanks,
This reply has been marked as private.Click on a “button” from a Promo Box or Pricing Table then you will see many configurable fields, start from the top “Button Label”, “Button Link?” …, in the “Button Link?” section, select “Page” and then you get to pick up an existing page to be linked to the button you are configuring. That drop down Page list is what I am referring to. It supposed to give you all the available pages but what I have is not a complete list. That’s why I call it a truncated list.
Hope this clarifies.
Thanks,

the error page is probably caused by permalinks problem…
thanks.
Josue,
this one works!!
thanks,
Hi Peter,
Thanks for asking.
Yes, I opened a case with them and it is still being worked on. They have been asking me to try different things but none fixes the issue. I am really frustrated with that now.
The worst case scenario would be to use the default permalinks settings but that would be my last choice.
Thanks,
I used CSS minify before. It caused issue to my site so I removed it.
Hi Devin,
No caching is used. and used usual set up.
thanks,
thanks!
Devin,
Thank you for still remembering the icon issue that I had.
I upgraded the theme to 2.4.1, the icons somehow are still not showing up correctly. Please check it at http://acutta.com/?page_id=2713. It’s the URL for the test page. I had to change the permalinks to the default one because Peter found out the WPML string translation plugin breaks links for portfolio items. WPML said they found there was an issue with WPML translation management plugin where the plugin had wrong value there for the Chinese slugs of portfolio items. The portfolio items were accessible again after that change but it made some other pages not accessible :(. Long story short, so I had to switch the permalinks back to the default one, for now.
Thank you,
Thank you Devin.
I will do manual update then.
Please go ahead and close this ticket.
thanks!
October 22, 2013 at 9:08 am in reply to: button text color changed to black after upgrading to 2.3.2 #178930Hi Kriesi,
Yes, just did a re-save of the page but still the buttons using default theme color are in black with a theme background which in our case is deep blue.
Strange thing is buttons using non-theme color are showing up fine with fonts displayed in white. I took a look at the CSS file and found adding “!important” to the end of below line would solve it but this means another change to the default theme configuration which would not be a prime choice if we have another solution.
change to shortcode.css line 415 would make the button text in white.
body .avia-button.avia-color-theme-color, body .avia-button.avia-color-theme-color:hover{
color: #fff!important;Thanks,
Ismael,
When you say “erase everything”, do you mean the files placed in the child theme directory would actually delete the main theme files?
What do I do when a new version is released? Assuming I have a heavily customized header.php, would I need to compare the entire header.php file with the new version? If so, wouldn’t that be even more time consuming?
thanks,
October 21, 2013 at 7:27 am in reply to: How to align Caption Title/Text to the right for Easy Slider images #178279Yigit,
It’s really weird. I added !important to the code in custom.css file but still the same. Did clean up the cache and deleted temp files but still the same.
thanks,
No problem.
I have upgraded to the latest version.
If I made changes to files like header, functions and files in the css folder. How should I keep them under a child theme? Do I put them all together in the same folder or follow the main theme structure? If I modified shortcodes.css and put it in a child theme, which shortcodes.css would site load since there would be two with one under the main theme and the other under child theme?
thanks,

Several test users of our site who use the old IE8 reported this issue to us. Not sure how I could get this fixed. Would be fine if it happens to few but not if it’s related to IE 8.
Thanks,
YukanOctober 20, 2013 at 12:39 am in reply to: How to align Caption Title/Text to the right for Easy Slider images #177967Yigit,
I added both to the custom.css but seemed only the content moved to the right. The title is still on the left.
thank you,
Devin,
I don’t have the steps to follow that can re-produce the exact error. As I mentioned, it happened after I saved changes to an Easy Slider, and the odds of seeing this happen is not low.
You may spot this easily if you do several updates and saves in an Easy Slider.
Thanks,
