Hey!

Total cache activated and still does load fine on my end. It does on Rikard’s end as well therefore this is definitely a caching related issue.
Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
Also, please try logging in with the logins you provided for us and check if that makes a difference on your end.

This is the error i am seeing in console. I tried de-activating cloudflare but that did not help. Can you please contact plugin authors as they should have better insight on what could be causing the issue?
Out of the box, after inserting API key, it should work fine.

I changed custom CSS code to following one
```
#header .textwidget .flex_column {
width: 100%; 
padding-left: 30px;
}
.custom-align {
    float: left;
}
```
and wrapped Chat and Contact buttons inside a div with custom class. Please review your website now

Then edit your Grid Row element and choose to display each cell on its own on mobile. Also, please go to mobile tab and make sure that you have not chosen to hide it on mobile.

It was cache related. I re-activated Total Cache plugin and flushed cache and it works fine for me now. Please flush browser cache and review your website
