I am afraid your API key is wrong. I added my API key and it updated just fine.
Can you please check this thread – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and generate another API key and place it in Enfold theme options?

@dianajuhn It is still the same. Enfold 2017 demo does not have menu description but it has sub menus. Please see – https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide
If that does not help, please start a thread and post a screenshot showing the changes you would like to make. You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here.

1- Please go to Enfold theme options > General Layout > Dimensions and decrease container width
2- They are actually aligned correctly however image sizes are not enough to fill their container width, hence it looks misaligned. Please upload images in bigger sizes.
3- Please turn on custom CSS field for ALB elements – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ and then edit your text block elements and give them custom CSS classes (“box-one” and “box-two” in example below) and then add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

.box-one { background-color: orange; }
.box-two { background-color: blue; }

4- I created a testing page. Linked in private content field below and added some custom CSS code to Enfold theme options > General Styling > Quick CSS.
