And to have an access to theme files, you would need logins of ThemeForest account which was used to purchase the theme. If that is not possible, you can contact your developer and ask them to provide you API key and username so you could insert them in Enfold theme options – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ to receive auto updates.

I tried switching back to Enfold parent theme and then it worked. Have you made any changes on JS files?
