I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme.
The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and an API key. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.
If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.
I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.

Sorry about that however as we mentioned multiple times, it would be possible using some plugins. Kriesi said that he does not want to make the theme bloated with features, nevertheless, we add new features that are highly requested. This is not one of them.

It was because of flaticons. I went to Enfold theme options > Import & Export and removed them and that helped. Please review your website now :)

Enfold theme options had a “facelift” and now looks different then in screenshots in our documentation however tabs and options are the same :)

You can try using a plugin such as this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-customer-reviews/. You might need to check out more advanced ones as well. However unfortunately, since we have not tested such plugins with Enfold, we cannot guarantee that they will 100% correctly. You could contact plugin authors and ask if they had any experience with Enfold to be on the safe side :)

We only provide support through our support. We have German speaking moderators as well so you can post your questions in German if you feel more comfortable however since there are more English speaking moderators, you would probably get quicker response if you do not mind posting in English :)

From the source code it seems like it is however we cannot be sure by just looking at it. Envato has tools to detect illegal copies :)

Sorry to hear that you are having issues. Unfortunately, i have no experience with the mentioned plugin. It would be better to wait to hear from plugin authors as they should have better insight what could be causing the issue :)

Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display and increase catalog image sizes and then regenerate thumbnails using this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

WooCommerce was acquired by Automattic so this is the correct plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/
You can also try using – http://www.wpeasycart.com/ which is compatible with Enfold :)

We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.
But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
