You are currently using a very old version of Coherence theme which is not compatible with the latest version of WordPress. Please update the theme to the latest version 4.3 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
To update the theme, you will need an access to ThemeForest account which was used to purchase the theme i am afraid.

You currently have 2 Enfolds on your installation and both are very old versions. Please remove inactive one and update Enfold to the latest version 4.0.5 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Yes, you can simply overwrite the theme files to update it. If you have made any changes on theme files, please have a backup first.
