I believe it would be better if you disabled sidebar on your blog page. Then please try the following:
1. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
2. Go to Settings > Media
3. Change the entry_without_sidebar image size (increase its width / height). (“entry_with_sidebar” in case you would not like to disable sidebar)
4. Regenerate the thumbnails by clicking the button at the bottom.

Can you please switch Blog Style to “Single Author Big”, add featured image to your posts and then try adding following code to Quick CSS

You can enable debugging mode to see shortcodes you have created in pages using Advanced Layout Builder – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

Or, You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.

Alternatively, you can refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/ and add widget area to your header and place HTML inside your widget area using Text widget :)
