Hi,

It is cropped to be square. If you would like to change it, please try the following:
1. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
2. Go to Settings > Media
3. Change the square image size (increase its width / height).
4. Regenerate the thumbnails by clicking the button at the bottom.

Please change input type from Text to Number and arrows would show up automatically. It is a browser features and not theme related however input type should be the correct one :)

Have you regenerated thumbnails after adding the code to functions.php file? If not, please do so – https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ as image size is still small at the moment.

Sure! Enfold is currently $59 on ThemeForest and it comes with support for 6 months. You can choose to extend it anytime you want or not. Totally up to you.

After purchasing the theme, you will be able to download it from ThemeForest > Downloads. Then you can refer to this post – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and insert API key and username in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates, which are not paid of course.

To sum up, you would pay for the license once and receive updates and 6 months of support. When your support period expires, you can extend it or not, totally optional.

Please go to Enfold theme options > Layout Builder and check “Show element options for developers” and then edit your element where you have your special bold element and give it a custom CSS class (“my-bold-text” in example below) and then add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options > General Styling tab

.my-bold-text strong { color: orange; }

There might be some sort of server side caching. Please contact your service providers and ask if that is the case.

Also, please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times after making changes – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh. It might be browsers cache as well
